Why Would an Aircraft Carrier Be Dispatched to Escort His Fishing Boat?

65: Chapter 65 Opening the hatch and releasing the iron pillar, Second Class Merit”Open the hatch!”

”Release Tie Zhu!”

After listening to Jiang Chen’s plan, Zhan Tianhao issued the order on the spot.

Tie Zhu’s body was made using the Carbon-9 Molecule material; with the United States’ technology, there was absolutely no way to dismantle it.

Tie Zhu could perfectly follow remote commands, pretending to be a robot that had fallen from a UFO, to gather secrets from the United States.

Chua!

The Xuan Nu ejected the hatch, and Tie Zhu jumped out.

Like a cannonball, it plummeted into the Mississippi River.

”Entering sleep mode; only the audio-visual system is currently operational.”

The Xuan Nu automatically closed the hatch and set sail back to the country.

Meanwhile, the Black Palace below soon monitored the relevant information.

”Lord Black Robe, the UFO has left!”

”Radar has scanned an unidentified object falling from the UFO, crashing in the Mississippi River area. Shall we capture it?”

As the technicians rushed in to report, Lord Black Robe finally breathed a sigh of relief.

He immediately ordered, ”Lawton, take people and head there personally at once! You must bring the object back for testing!”

One hour later, the United States’ technicians fished Tie Zhu out of the river.

”This is a mecha-human. Judging by its appearance, it’s very sophisticated.”

A small piece of silicone fell off Tie Zhu’s face, revealing golden skin. Its eyes reflected the sophisticated instruments.

They looked excited, preparing to dismantle Tie Zhu. However, after the efforts of hundreds of their technical experts and countless large-scale cutting devices, they discovered something terrifying.

That was that they couldn’t even cut off a single finger of Tie Zhu.

”What kind of material is this made of? There isn’t even a scratch on it!”

Lawton stood in the monitoring room, completely dumbfounded.

They had already used the world’s top-tier molecular cutter, yet they still couldn’t make a breakthrough on Tie Zhu’s exterior.

”Minister, could the coating on this thing’s exterior be the legendary Carbon-9 Molecule?” a subordinate pondered aloud.

Lawton was stunned, then shook his head, saying, ”The theory for the Carbon-9 Molecule hasn’t even been established yet. Currently, only Longke Academy is boasting that they’ve manufactured it. As for whether it’s true or not, who knows.”

”Then this...” The group looked at the object with suspicion and uncertainty.

”Don’t worry. I’ll have Dr. X take a look; perhaps he can identify it.”

Lawton quickly contacted Dr. X. Not long after, Dr. X entered the testing room to examine Tie Zhu’s exterior.

After a detailed study, he furrowed his brows slightly: ”This should be the legendary Carbon-9 Molecule. But it’s truly strange; how could it appear on Earth?”

”Dr. X, you might not know this, but this morning, a UFO flew over the Black Palace, and then this thing fell down,” Lawton explained to Dr. X.

”A UFO?” Dr. X was stunned. He looked Tie Zhu up and down.

At this moment, Tie Zhu’s audio-visual system was scanning the surroundings, recording everything nearby.

Just then, Dr. X suddenly received a video call. He looked down and saw that it was from Professor Gao Xiaohua.

He opened the video call: ”Professor Gao Xiaohua, you haven’t done a very good job with your mission.”

”Dr. X, I need your help. Could you give me some support? I can definitely infiltrate Longke Academy and work for you!” Professor Gao Xiaohua quickly pledged his loyalty on the other end.

”Hmph! I’m not interested in people with no value. You’re on your own.” After saying this, Dr. X hung up the call.

Since this Professor Gao Xiaohua couldn’t infiltrate Longke Academy, he had no value to him.

Isn’t he just a traitor? When he had value, he could be used. Now that he had no value, naturally, there wouldn’t be the slightest sympathy.

Did he really think that by changing his face, he could become one of his own kind? Wishful thinking!

”Damn it!” Professor Gao Xiaohua roared in anger; he felt the rage of being abandoned.

But he immediately redirected this anger toward the Dragon Country: ”It’s all Longke Academy’s fault! It’s all the Dragon Country’s fault!”

After Dr. X hung up the phone, he continued to examine Tie Zhu. Little did he know, the audio and video of his recent call had already been transmitted back to the country by Tie Zhu.

”Sure enough, this Professor Gao Xiaohua is no good!”

Inside the flight base! Jiang Chen and his group were reviewing the audio-visual content transmitted back by Tie Zhu. After seeing the content of Dr. X’s call, Xia Zhongxun was furious on the spot.

Such a person had almost infiltrated Longke Academy!

”Dean Xia, I’ll have a copy of this audio-visual content made for you. You can take it to the Longan Department.” After frowning, Zhan Tianhao immediately had someone make a copy.

He had expected to discover some of the United States’ technological secrets, but he hadn’t expected to flush out a traitor first.

”Comrade Jiang Chen, your suggestion was truly excellent. We’ve already had a harvest immediately.” Zhan Tianhao couldn’t help but give Jiang Chen a thumbs up.

Jiang Chen smiled and said, ”No, it’s mainly because Tie Zhu is amazing. Later, when he comes back, can we apply for a military merit for him?”

”Of course, at the very least, it’ll be a second-class merit!”

”Haha, then you all continue collecting content; we’re heading back to Longke Academy.”

”Alright, I’ll see you off.”

The matter of Professor Gao Xiaohua colluding with Dr. X quickly reached the Longan Department.

After verifying the matter, Minister Zhou Anbang of the Longan Department quickly issued an order.

”Treason!”

”Arrest him immediately!”

Upon the order, a large number of Dragon Warriors were quickly dispatched.

At this moment, after learning that he had been abandoned by Dr. X, Professor Gao Xiaohua panicked.

He bought a standing ticket for a plane overnight, intending to carry the plane out of the country. But he never expected that when he arrived at the airport, a large number of fully armed Dragon Warriors had already stepped forward and quickly subdued him.

”What are you doing? I am a scientist returning to the country! I am dedicated to serving my country! What are you doing? You bunch of mediocrities, are you jealous of me?”

Professor Gao Xiaohua screamed, hoping someone would save him.

”Professor Gao Xiaohua, we have conclusive evidence that you intended to steal Longke Academy’s secrets for the United States.”

”Take him away!”

Upon hearing this, Professor Gao Xiaohua’s face turned pale instantly, and he screamed, ”No!! Impossible!!!!”

Not long after, on Weibo, the Longan Department published news about Professor Gao Xiaohua being arrested for treason.

[Holy crap, there’s a traitor among us?]

[Isn’t this Professor Gao Xiaohua, the one dedicated to serving the country? How did he suddenly commit treason?]

[Haha, ”dedicated to serving the country,” my foot. I said it long ago; this old guy didn’t look kind. He’s been licking the United States’ boots for so long, and then he comes back so arrogantly—he must have had bad intentions. Now he’s finally been caught.]

[Where are the people who were praising Professor Gao Xiaohua? They’re all 50-cent army members!]

[”Dedicated to serving the country” Professor Gao Xiaohua? ”Envied by the mediocre” Professor Gao Xiaohua?]

[Gao the Joke!]

Everyone felt greatly relieved. As for those who had been praising Professor Gao Xiaohua, they all fell silent.

News of treason defined by the Longan Department must have hard evidence. Since that was the case, how could they dare to speak recklessly?

Before the hard evidence was found, they were all just running their mouths. Once something actually happened, they all shrank back! Like turtles.

[Brothers, stop paying attention to this traitor. Over at the Pearl River Military Port, the Dragon Cry has returned and is about to hold a commissioning ceremony for a new companion!]
