Global Cataclysm: Start building a floating island

Chapter 53 Unfamiliar Place

Chapter 53 Unfamiliar Place

Lin Ye carefully turned on the camera, wiped off the viscous tissue fluid on the screen, and then selected an undamaged file on the disk to play.

The war photographer next to him seemed to be hiding on a cliff to shoot.

In the silent picture, a valley first appeared, and a large black mass of alien creatures gathered at the bottom of the valley.

The camera focused, and Lin Ye was able to see their appearance clearly.

That was the zombie army, numbering at least one hundred thousand.

Then the camera looked into the sky, and there was a Leviathan mothership from the Zerg floating a hundred meters above the ground, and there were many small and medium biological warships floating around.

The picture continued to zoom in. Although the bottom of the valley was crowded with alien creatures, there was still an open space in the center area, and a group of tall black figures stood there.

Even though the distance was too far and the picture was extremely blurred, and the appearance of the black creatures could not be seen clearly, Lin Ye was still able to recognize the identities of those guys.

They are silicon-based organisms.

In Cataclysm, the races are the least numerous, but pose the greatest threat.

In addition, there are also some high-level zombies and Zerg, who are also surrounded by the open space, seeming to be discussing something.

In connection with some things encountered in Yancheng and Mage City, coupled with the scene in front of him, Lin Ye can almost confirm the bold guess he made before:
These three camps really joined forces!

In the cataclysm of the previous life, because each camp had different degrees of civil strife, the wars between them were not particularly frequent.

Under the leadership of the first federal leader, human beings took advantage of the serious internal friction of other alien races and successfully won a place in the last days.

But judging from the current situation, human beings will have no chance of winning this survival war.

Although Lin Ye did not completely destroy the insect nest in this operation, it was a worthwhile trip to get such amazing news.

He needs to pass this news to the crisis response team as soon as possible so that he can prepare well in advance.

At this time, half a minute after the video file was played, the screen suddenly shook violently.

Because there was no sound, Lin Ye didn’t know exactly what happened.

As soon as the camera turned, a black stinging bee flew behind the battlefield photographer, but it changed back to a silicon-based creature the moment it landed.

Immediately afterwards, the silicon-based creature reached out and grabbed the camera, and began to fiddle with it.

It pointed the camera at itself and watched silently for a long time.

It doesn’t seem to be looking at the camera, but through the lens, staring at the person in front of the screen with white pupils.

”Got you!”

A familiar voice sounded in Lin Ye’s ears, making him break out in a cold sweat.

No matter what the situation, even watching a video will be talked about by people!
Did he have a grudge against these fucking silicon-based creatures in his previous life or something?
Lin Ye was furious, but when he looked up at the soldier in front of him, he found that the soldier was trembling with fright, and he couldn’t even straighten his legs.

This looks like seeing a silicon-based creature...

This half-joking complaint just flashed across his mind, but in the next second, Lin Ye straightened his back immediately, and his expression gradually became serious.

The external playback function of this camera is damaged, so who was talking just now?

Lin Ye’s pupils trembled slightly. He took a deep breath, then quickly turned his head, and at the same time pulled out the forelegs of the stinging bee on his back, and swung them out together.

Due to excessive force, several zombies standing behind mining were cut in two.

But the owner of the voice, that is, the silicon-based creature that appeared in the mine at some unknown time, was standing three meters away, observing this special human being with great interest.

Lin Ye was never used to this kind of silent threats. Before, he would definitely rush forward and give the opponent two stabs.

But his current strength is too weak, and he doesn’t have the capital to compete with silicon-based creatures.

Their physiques are very special. If they cannot cause fatal damage, they are essentially no different from ”scraping”.

But as long as it is hit by it, it will either die or be disabled.

Lin Ye backed away silently, took off the shoulder bag of the field photographer, and carried it on his back.

The current situation is special, he has no way to take care of others, not to mention that this soldier is already poisoned, even if he is rescued, he will not be able to survive.

Just as he took a few steps back, a trembling scream came from beside him.

The war photographer who saw silicon-based creatures went crazy.

He was holding his head, crying and trying to hide, but there were mines and tunnels all around him, and there was no place to hide at all.

But the ear-piercing roar alarmed the surrounding zombies.

Unlike Lin Ye, who has Zerg blood, he can disguise his identity.

Therefore, all the surrounding zombies dropped their mining tools and surrounded him, devouring the soldier alive and eating them up completely, without even a chance to transform into a zombie.

The commotion in the tunnel spread quickly, and Lin Ye took advantage of the commotion and immediately turned and ran away.

Unexpectedly, after running not too far, a large number of Oslia Federation soldiers who were affected by the toxin but did not evolve into zombies appeared in front of them.

There is not a battalion, let alone a company.

He suddenly remembered what happened to Cheng Bei and Nan Xiao. These silicon-based creatures seemed to want to obtain important information from humans, so as to infiltrate the human defense line.

This is why the Zerg and zombies are allowed to assist in the capture of humans.

One is to catch people alive and save them for interrogation.

Second, after the interrogation is completed, the human beings who have lost their use value will be transformed into zombies to supplement the labor force for mining ore.

Really good abacus!

Looking at the panicked faces, Lin Ye didn’t stop. Instead, he mobilized all his strength and rushed towards the upper floor of the mine at the fastest speed.

But the farther he ran, the brighter the light on the cave walls became.

A strange feeling emerged from the bottom of my heart again.

He noticed that there were no pursuers behind him, so he immediately stopped to observe the surrounding environment.

Since the silicon-based organisms were too cunning, he was worried that he might have fallen into another trap.

At this time, Lin Ye saw a pool of water in front of him, embedded in a pothole on the top of the cave.

And directly below, a drop of water slowly condensed on the surface of the raised stone pillar on the ground, and then flew into the pool water at the top, splashing circles of ripples.

If it weren’t for the crisp sound of dripping into the water, and the ripples rippling with light spots, he wouldn’t have discovered this miraculous sight at all.

Lin Ye turned his head and looked at the deep mine, with the hairs on his body standing on end.

He suddenly had a bad idea.

In this one-way tunnel, he may have unknowingly gone in the wrong direction.

After realizing this, the faint halo covering Lin Ye’s body dissipated immediately, and the soles of his feet suddenly lightened, and he flew to the top of the cave.

In other words, it fell to the real ground.
.
There was a weak wind on the ground, and it seemed that the exit was not far away.

But Lin Ye was not as excited as before.

After experiencing this series of strange things, he wasn’t even sure whether the front was the real exit or not!
He rubbed his shoulders and stood up. After hesitating for a moment, he continued to walk forward.

Deep in the mine tunnel, he has no other choice.

After walking for about ten minutes, a huge pothole appeared in front of him, and the ground was full of fluorescent ores, which were far purer than the sandstones he had seen before.

There are also many Zerg creatures digging ore in the pit, and the huge negative spider acts as a mine cart, transporting ore back and forth.

Lin Ye’s attempt to go around the middle this time is somewhat unlikely, because the stinging bees in charge of guarding the mine are not so easy to fool.

After thinking about it, he lowered his body, sneaked onto the ore-laden spider, and then used this to leave the pit.

After going through bumps all the way, Lin Ye finally saw the long-lost light.

There are many cracked rock spiders guarding the entrance of the cave. They look different from before. Not only are they wearing black heavy armor, but their appendages are also equipped with sharp knives.

This is really unbelievable.

When the spiders pass through the entrance of the cave, they need to line up to pass through a ”insect worker security check”. Lin Ye, who is hiding in the ore, has a high probability of being found.

After thinking about it, he picked up a piece of ore beside him, took advantage of the gap in front of him to check, got up and threw it out of the cave forcefully.

Unexpectedly, a stone weighing nearly five kilograms exploded out of his hand like a cannonball, directly crushing the reddish-brown weathered rocks a hundred meters away.

Seeing this situation, Lin Ye almost screamed out.

I didn’t expect the effect of [Attribute Amplification] to be so powerful!
When fighting the stinging bee before, because there was no reference, he didn’t notice this situation.

Seeing the sudden explosion and shattering of the mountain rock, the several rock spiders at the door all raised their appendages in unison, and went to investigate the situation there, and the negative spider blocked at the entrance of the cave was naturally released.

Lin Ye took advantage of the opportunity to leave the cave, quickly jumped off the negative spider, and successfully landed on the ground.

But before he could be happy, he discovered something even more terrifying.

He actually came to a completely strange place!
Looking around, there are columnar weathered rocks up to [-] meters high all around, and the surface is also filled with red dust.

There are several rounds of huge blue planets hanging in the sky, among which the planet on the west side is even broken in half, and is dragging an asteroid rubble belt at this moment.

”What the hell is going on?”

Lin Ye froze in place, and couldn’t help cursing.
