a month later.

in the assembly workshop nestled in the mountains, a massive piece of equipment, measuring 58 meters in length and 12 meters in diameter, was suspended in mid-air by a crane.

several robots were busy making adjustments to the equipment.

this colossal device was the quantum information transmission communication satellite, an invention of tang rui’s conception.

it was not constructed based on existing blueprints; instead, tang rui designed it himself through continuous experimental research.

even if he had the blueprints, he wouldn’t have been able to replicate the communication satellite post-system enhancement. some components and equipment were beyond even red lotus’s manufacturing capabilities. nevertheless, tang rui had successfully deciphered the theory behind communication satellites.

indeed, delving into fundamental theories was exceedingly taxing on the brain. tang rui had access to blueprints and advanced equipment.

with the assistance of the advanced artificial intelligence, red lotus.

it took him over a month to grasp the underlying principle and then considerable effort to construct such an enormous communication satellite. he hardly took breaks.

this gigantic object, spanning dozens of meters, was a communication satellite.

its energy source was a nuclear reactor.

although the equipment was now built, there was still a significant gap in performance.

the device’s delay-free communication range was limited to four million kilometers, which paled in comparison to the system-enhanced version.

but this device was tang rui’s own creation.

all the research results were his solo efforts.

the sense of achievement was indeed unique.

“master, the atomic clock has been installed, and the program parameters adjusted. shall we commence testing?” hong lian’s virtual image materialized beside tang rui, inquiring.

“begin the test,” tang rui nodded.

“testing underway. signal transmission: normal, information decoding: normal, information processing: normal…”

data streamed before tang rui’s eyes.

red lotus continued scrutinizing the various functions and parameters of the communication satellite.

“master, testing is complete.”

“very well.”

tang rui nodded, examining the data displayed on the holographic projection before him, and sighed with a mix of relief and disappointment.

this was the communication satellite he had painstakingly created. yet, compared to the original version, it lagged far behind the technology of its era. “master, shall we proceed with further modifications?”

“no, let’s upload all the previous experimental data and the design drawings of this communication satellite to the database.”

“understood, master. uploading to red lotus now.”

tang rui turned and left the assembly workshop, heading back to the laboratory.

there, he began drafting his thesis:

[energy boundary decline effect]

[using wormholes and gravity wells for information-dimensional travel] [mapping four-dimensional space-time information on the boundary of three-dimensional space]

[the expression and calculation method of a wormhole’s dimensional coordinates in three-dimensional space-time.]

tang rui feverishly documented all the physics knowledge he had uncovered over the month.

the thesis might have been hastily composed,

but he didn’t mind because it encapsulated his thoughts and ideas throughout his research.

anyone reviewing his thesis could roughly trace how he developed the quantum information shuttle communication device step by step.

with the theoretical information he provided, the quantum information shuttle communication device was no longer an unfounded concept. even with current technology limiting delay-free communication to 4 million kilometers, his theory paved the way for future advancements, potentially reaching distances of 100 astronomical units or more.

after several hours, he completed all the papers and a few untested conjectures, then had red lotus upload them to the database.

having finished, tang rui headed straight home, took a shower, and promptly went to bed.

in the past month, he had avoided late nights, but his brain had been constantly active, draining a lot of energy.

now, he was ready for a well-deserved rest, intending to take a break from everything else.

in the confidential database room, once tang rui uploaded the information, the staff knew immediately and began to categorize the content.

but before doing so, the on-duty staff decided to check the end of the information.

tang rui often left messages there, like reminders for quick reviews or directions to send the information to specific research institutes or departments.

initially, the computer room staff were reluctant.

their primary job was ensuring the database’s integrity, not acting as messengers.

but tang rui was an exception.

his level of influence demanded attention.

thus, when tang rui left a message, they had no choice but to comply.

assignments from someone of his stature were never insignificant.

“good news today. president tang left no message.”

the staff chuckled upon not finding a closing message, then proceeded to categorize and store the information.

the satellite blueprints were filed under the satellite subsection within the aerospace technology catalog, and specifically under the communication satellite section.

blueprints were straightforward to file.

but the thesis posed a challenge.

after reading tang rui’s work, the staff was baffled.

should it be filed under information and communication technology or physics theory?

most of the thesis revolved around communication satellites, but it was steeped in physics theories.

in the end, they decided it wasn’t their concern.

given the shockingly advanced content, it was only reasonable to report tang

rui’s work directly.

and so, tang rui’s papers and satellite designs were promptly escalated by the on-duty staff.

an hour later, forty-seven professors, including the director of the institute of high energy physics of the chinese academy of sciences, the leader of the quantum communication research group, and the lunar internet program review and guidance group, reviewed tang rui’s papers.

astonishment was an understatement.

many professors were taken aback.

professor yu was particularly stunned.

the content was beyond his comprehension.

while he was a satellite and information expert, tang rui’s theses, filled with concepts like wormholes, four-dimensional space-time, and information projection, were perplexing.

although related to information communication, the core was deeply rooted in quantum physics.

after digesting the thesis, professor yu felt a gap in his knowledge.

did satellite communication now require a background in physics?

he decided to call tang rui for clarification on the technology and the thesis’s underlying knowledge.

but alas, the call went unanswered.

traitor!
