ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

Oh, that’s actually good to know. Now what to do? Manual operation…… I don’t think that this is going to be the kind of battle that is going to give me that much of a leeway to manually operate the recording, so auto should be fine for the time being, huh?

So, to summarize the events thus far, they are something like this, more or less.

“Library” is going to fully back me up while I focus my efforts on challenging the Orchestra one more time. We have purchased a large amount of recovery items and enhancement items, so I can take as much of those items as I see fit.

Next, I created an account on the streaming service website and using that website I am going to stream the Orchestra battle outside of the game in real time while having the stream members-only, so that only “Library” is going to watch it and learn all that it possibly can from it.

「Alright then, guess I’ll just go and register my account on that streaming site already.」

I then log out for the time being to get everything ready……

In what actual streaming service should I register for the time being? Maybe the most famous of them all? That should be a good start, right? Hmm, let’s see…… Oh, this site has a fairly easy registration process, so let’s just go with that for the time being…… Ah, will this let me link the streaming service to the game side of things? It seems to be slightly annoying process, I won’t lie, so I have to repeatedly jump in between the streaming site and the game for the time being to set everything correctly? And the fact that I’m switching in between VR and rea life in the middle of the night doesn’t really make it any easier or less complicated……! Ah, yes, alright! Good morning, everyone! Let’s just finish the registration process really quick and…… Okay, done!

「Alright, that should do it, right? Then let’s start streaming right away!」

…… Or wait, shouldn’t I first log into the game properly to see if everything is as it should be? Besides, how do I know if everything is alright from the viewers’ side of things?

「Since there is already a group of people waiting for the stream to start, you can see some things and settings right away to see if they are all correct. It’s really easy to understand. Also, you should have received and email with a more detailed explanation. But it seems to me that you can safely start streaming now, without any problems or interruptions.」

「Alright then…… I guess that with all being ready, the only thing left for me to do is to charge right into the Orchestra battle!」

「Yes, I’m looking forward to hearing some good news from you in a while. Also, let’s hope that we can all profit from this operation.」

Now, it certainly took me a while to set everything up, but on the other hand it should be more than enough time for the Orchestra to finish writing that suicide note, huh? Just kidding.

Unlike the previous me who attempted this challenge, I got a lot of items from the members of “Library” and have taken appropriate countermeasures. It’s been a while since our last battle, but today is finally the day when you are going to go down, you blasted Unique Monster!

「Now then…… I guess I should log out as well so that I can watch the stream.」

「Yes, that’s right, Professor.」

「……… Ah.」

「What’s wrong, Mirei-kun?」

「No, you see, it’s just that…… It’s not about me, but it’s about something that the waiting team in the real world managed to pick up. Or rather, what we have all managed to omit for some reason……」

「Mirei-kun, you are acting really weird. Is something the matter?」

「………… It seems that this stream is going to be publicly broadcasted.」

「Huh!?」

「No, it’s not like I didn’t wanted to talk to you about it, it’s just that…… Yes! I was just as surprised as you are! Right now! You must have received an e-mail notification, right!?」

「I receive lots of e-mails on a daily basis, you know.」

「Bansai-san, I’m really disappointed with you right now. Next time, please be sure to notify me about things like that sooner, would you kindly!?」

* * * * * *

「”Satoshi. Hey, Satoshi!」

「Hmm? What is it?」

「Some kind of weird stream is currently going on.」

「Hmm? Weird stream? By who, exactly?」

「I don’t really know, but the number of viewers exceeds two thousand and is still rising. And we are only talking about registered users……!」

「What the…… Is it one of the bigshots streaming right now?」

「No, I’m sure that’s not it…… No, wait, that name…… Surely I have seen it somewhere before……」

「Do you happen to know the guy? Reizei?」

「…… I think so, if memory serves me correctly, it should be the name of a player from ShangriLa Frontier who is frequently involved with the Unique Monsters in that game…… “Sanraku”, or something like that?」

「Hmm, “Sanaku”? Wasn’t that guy’s name Tsuchinoko or something?」

「No, that’s just a nickname that someone on the Internet came up with, and everyone just decided to roll with it for the time being. So, he’s currently live streaming…… The channel’s name is just “Sanraku Channel”…… Yup, that’s the name of that ShanFro character who wears a mask on his face and runs around half-naked. That bastard.」

「Whoa there…… So it’s really the person himself?」

「What’s the title of the stream? “Orche Verification? …… I wonder if there is a mistake in the public settings? But even if that was not the case here……」

「Well, well, well, what do we have here……In any case, you can watch the stream by subscribing to the channel, and it’s okay if we subscribe to the channel with the meaning of supporting the beginner player, right?」

「That’s just so like you to say, give me a break here…… I don’t think it’s a good idea to pay attention to someone like that, who just seems to be doing things for the sake of wrecking havoc and chaos across the community.」

「You surely don’t mince your words, huh, Reizei? It’s been a long time ago…… Well, Tsuchinoko is surely the pioneer from “The Other Side “, isn’t it? Let’s watch it quietly to see if he is going to stream on regular basis. Knowing your enemy is the first step to defeating them!」

「I feel a little guilty because I feel like I’m taking advantage of the mistakes of the other person, but oh well……I’ll never miss a chance like that if it presents itself before me!」
