ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

「Hmm, I see, I see, certainly. Making an attack like that actually felt as if there was hardly any damage being dealt to the torso area. However, if I were to simply close my eyes and ignore all of the specifications for various strengthening processes…… That should actually net me what would otherwise be known as the “Surefire Hit”.」

For some reason or whatever I started to talk like that even though the Tester was still here…… However, I am still able to carry out my performance survey just fine, so who actually cares, huh? Besides, I usually now perform with either Sigma or Emul by my side, so I would like to know just how powerful I am going to be all on my own here.

「………」

However, I wonder what would happen if I decided to hit that thing with my full specifications? Is it still going to apply some of the effects just barely? Or maybe this time around the results are going to be different? Let’s activate all the skills, and then let’s activate some more skills and then let’s activate even more skills than that! Auxiliary Skills, Strengthening Skills, some more Strengthening Skills, and then finally Strengthening with the help of the Accessories……

「Muh, Sanraku-kun, what are you even……」

「Focusing all of my power! Nobody is going to be able to stop this Extraordinary hug once it starts rolling……!!」

I’m the fastest! I’m the best! I’m the strongest! And now I am going to be even more powered up thanks to the maximum focus that I managed to attain, something that not even the power of Extraordinary Knockback would not be able to give me under any normal circumstances……!!

And now I was about to take a swing at full speed while dashing, going for a head-on collision with the Combat Doll instead of trying to avoid it or deflect its attack!

「Muh……!」

This current feeling is unlike anything I have ever felt before. It seems that the power here was amplified even more than usual, and I get a really good feeling about this whole situation…… No, it’s not just that. Could it be that I get a feeling that the punch itself is decelerating because my opponent is hardly even moving at this point? But whatever it may be, “War Orphan” is a skill that can go one of two possible ways at any given time. Now, instead of going for all the power I could muster I decided to switch for the maximum knockback instead, and……

Or maybe I should really go for all the power I can get, and make the knockback almost zero as a result?

「Ohh, ooohhh???」

CRACK!! There was a loud and pretty nasty sound that echoed all around. There was a whole series of cracks that started to run across the Conquest Doll’s body as if there was something inside of it that was trying to break free, destroying it on the spot and making it disappear…… It seems that it was more than enough to completely exhaust all of the HP it had left.

「……………」

「……………」

「……………」

Then the rest was silence. Was it because it has been a result of some actions that were not anticipated? Or maybe it was because there was some new data that needed to be added to the equation?

「…… Sunraku-san, did you do something that caused our opponent to explode from the inside like that?」

「No, it was not my doing. I do not have any skills that would make me able to act like some sort of Chinese Martial Arts Assassin.」

While we go out of the Coliseum Emul asked me that question, and even though he looked pretty sad and disappointed when I denied his suggestion, it was something that needed to be clarified here.

「…… Alright, let us go to some lab, shall we!?」

「Complaining: Oi, asshole! Is that really something you should be saying after mercilessly crushing someone from the same family as myself to dust?」

「Fuh, now that was one heck of a thing for you to say just like that, Sigma, once heck of a thing indeed……」

It seems that after that little Crystal Scorpion incident Sigma started to speak in a whole lot more open-minded fashion than before. But that being said, maybe someone from “Library” would be able to lend us a hand when it comes to the verification of that new skill that I managed to acquire……

…

………

……………

If I don’t log out soon I might actually get in some serious trouble, but at last I managed to unlock some sort of event connected to the Conquest Dolls…… I really wanted to get to the lab of that Andrew Jitter Doll fellow. I really wanted to open that door that still remained closed on me at the current moment. Which is exactly why I decided to go back to the eighth layer of Behemoth together with Sigma and Emul. And since there were no other people around here who were standing here together with their Conquest Doll in tow, it could be assumed that we were actually going to be the very first people who would try and enter this place.

Of course, I was curious what happened here while I was gone, so I really wanted to talk to either Professor or Bansai-san if I could help it, but…… Oh well, things like that can actually wait for their turn. I can always grill them for answers sometime later, but the Conquest Doll takes the utmost precedence for the time being…… Or could it be that they have all went back somewhere? Maybe there was some new development with Mirei-san?

「Okay, so? According to “Ivory” you should know how to get us into the lab.」

「Affirmative: It seems that every Conquest Doll has been equipped with information regarding Andrew Jitter Doll at some point during the process of our creation. Now I am going to see if I can actually access those information……」

Sigma then manipulated one of the consoles and she began to open a file visible on the screen. What is that, what is that? …… Idol Group “Stern Bloom”? It this supposed to be the information from the Era of the Gods period? Huh, who would have thought that they had idols back then? Guess they are not nearly as niche as you would expect them to be……

「Answer: he is waiting for us. He’s waiting for the arrival of someone who is going to understand the things that he loved so much. And then…… Humanoid Creatures, Conquest Dolls. No…… It might actually only be our wishful thinking, but I would like that to actually be true.」

The very moment I tried to manipulate the console to seek more detailed information about the subject, both of our bodies were surrounded by some sort of mysterious light. Oh, I actually know what this thing is. It is the Teleportation technology developed by the people during the Era of the Gods ––––––

「Now, My Master let us go towards the place where my Father…… Where Andrew Jitter Doll is being located.」
