ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

「I can’t break it! I can’t bend it! I can’t break it!」

You don’t have to be able to shoot out a beam. You don’t have to possess any special attributes. You just need to have that one trait, that you are not going to break all that easily. So in a sense, wouldn’t that be the strongest ability that there is in ShangriLa Frontier? I mean, with an ability like that, all weapons are virtually useless against you. Well, with some exceptions, but still……

Since I am currently in the Overflow state, I can’t entirely control my own actions. No matter what I do here, I can only go for a full power and full swing, so I have no choice but to attack with reckless abandon for as long as I am using this. While being excited by the rise in DPS department, I will keep my eyes on the situation while I keep moving at a dizzying pace with the help of Quantum Gaze. Honestly, I don’t know why I busted it just now and why I didn’t use it before.

Slash, slash, and do a backstep. Separate aggro with the help of “Utsuro Mikagami”, close the distance and attack once more! Slash, slash, and then kick … Guh, it would be so much nicer if the damage here wasn’t so garbage! I place my sword on the ground while lying down against the attack from the other side, and release a piercing hand at the base of one of the “Golden Age’s” feet. DPS falls, it’s a terrible situation, indeed! I then kick up the sword from the ground, catch the floating thing and swing it out with all of my mind……

「I can do this! I can really do this thing! Hahahahahaha! I’m going to beat the everlasting shit out of you!」

All of my neurons seem to be activated at the current moment, and I can feel some serious energy overflowing from my body. The engine inside of my brain lets out a mighty roar and speeds up, nicely meshing together with the gears called DPS. Going at such speed, right about now I am literally unstoppable ––––––

「Puberuh!?」

「My Master!!」

I regain my posture while still in mid-air and land safely on my feet! Alright, I’m not dead! At least not yet! I’m still alive! As for my HP…… Fooh!? Just a sliver of HP left, so little of it that it could be blown away like a dry leaf on the wind!

It was so small that it was actually crazy to think that I am still able to stand, but at the same time I think that I can make this work just like that…… With something like that, I can easily predict the trajectory of what is bound to come!

The reason behind why my current movements are so efficient lies entirely in the behavior pattern analysis of the accumulated Crystal Scorpions thus far. Next time I won’t get caught in the same attack! You can be sure of that! Now, onto actually avoiding the enemy! Close the distance even more than before…… Yes! This is the perfect position for some nice DPS!

「How about we organize some staring contest, huh? But wait, there is going to be a twist to it!」

Now, even though Crystal Scorpions technically DO have mouths out there, they are more like miniature shredders rather than anything else. So no matter what happens, I don’t think that poking my hand inside of there is actually going to be a good idea. …… But still, the inside of its mouth should be way more fragile than the rest of its body, so it will still be worthwhile to poke it with SOMETHING.

「Now, you’d better clench your teeth out there!」

Because of the very sharp connection point, I had to step into the kill zone just in front of me for the sake of this momentary blow, and then release the maximum firepower with the cost of the remaining ten percent of my Stamina……!」

「THERE WE GO!!!」

After all, the Duxaram Greatsword must be just like that, since it is the number one sword that you go to whenever you need some situation to be handled in a rough manner. So in the next moment the skill effect violently explodes, and the body of “Golden Age” suffered some tremendous damage while its mouth cramped up in a nasty way.

However, just as you would expect from a creature that could fight for a few hours straight without actually going down, a blow like that to the mouth was not exactly going to cut it…… Strictly speaking, it is clear at this distance that the overwhelming Strength of this monster right about now is being put into the scissor claws, so peculiar for a scorpion to use. Do you intend to chew the blade of the sword with the power of your teeth and claws? Just like you would to a chocolate bar? Or maybe a protein snack?

「But you see, that IS rather unfortunate for you! Because this sword is not just a simple steel and nothing else, you know!?」

This is a blade that has been forged specifically to fight! And it was forged by the Master Blacksmith to withstand even the longest and hardest of battles out there! That is exactly why this blade is virtually invincible! No material can harm it, and even if it was a meteorite from the sky or some mineral from the deepest recesses of the Earth, it won’t yield to them no matter what!

「When it comes to this game in particular, the Critical Hit Chance is all about hitting that right angle and you are all set to go……」

That’s the theory, at the very least. Because then we also have things like the actual target on which you want to score a Critical Hit, the weapon that you are using, and the kinetic energy to consider.

In other words, even in a situation where the sword itself has almost little to no kinetic energy to it, such as the situation where the blade is being pinned between two arms of the oversized energy scissors……!!!

GAGIH!!!

「Uheeh, my sincerest condolences…… As if! Serves you right!」

For example…… Yes, that’s right. The thing that I could see right in front of me right now was just like seeing a visualization what would happen to your teeth if you were chewing on some umeboshi and you accidentally ended up chewing too hard on the seed that was still in there. Just imagining your teeth shattering to pieces is horrifying of an experience all on its own, but actually seeing it? It’s even worse.

The best part here is that the durability of my own weapon does not decrease. That is, I can pull out my sword without feeling even slightest bit of pity towards Golden Age, smiling viciously at the sight that was before me. So in a sense, at the current moment my sword has become the hardest substance known to all creation in this world!

「Huh? What’s wrong, Your Highness? Did something happen? Huh? And what’s this? Could it be that your Light Scissors are getting thinner? What a shame!」

This is going to be the final stage here, so please, Gods of DPS! Grant me your blessings this one time!!!
