750 Chapter 750 391: How Can There Be Such a Perfect Pokemon as Gholdengo?! 2026-11-03

The Scallion Garden is practically Farfetch’d’s gym.

While it lifts dumbbells and does push-ups there, a few Psyduck from across the river always come over to watch.

Their eyes still look very vacant, and after watching for a while, the other Psyducks leave.

Only one Psyduck stays behind.

Naoki, with his sharp eyes, notices that Psyduck’s gaze changes when it looks at Farfetch’d!

Just like the way Ash’s Grovyle looked at Miss Joy’s Meganium in the anime!

Naoki is stunned.

What’s going on here?

Could it be that this Psyduck has fallen for Farfetch’d?

This is serious!

Psyduck and Farfetch’d can’t lay eggs, right?

What egg group are these two Pokemon in?

To be sure, Naoki hurried back to his room to search on his computer for the egg groups of Psyduck and Farfetch’d.

The result revealed a troubling fact—they are both in the Field egg group and can lay eggs together!

But Naoki wasn’t sure if that Psyduck truly had feelings for Farfetch’d.

To confirm, he spent the following days specifically observing these two Pokemon.

Farfetch’d has a very regular daily routine.

After eating a few Berries in the morning, it runs to the Scallion Garden to inspect it, making sure no bird-type Pokemon will come to steal the crops, then it starts its daily workout.

Lifting dumbbells, practicing push-ups.

And when Farfetch’d is doing these activities, that Psyduck comes over to watch.

Occasionally, it even catches small fish from the river to give to Farfetch’d, but Farfetch’d doesn’t like fish and doesn’t like being disturbed while working out, so it rejects it all.

The Psyduck feels downcast.

All the while, Farfetch’d is completely absorbed in its fitness regimen, oblivious to Psyduck’s unusual behavior.

Eventually, not receiving any response, the disappointed Psyduck leaves and returns to the riverbank, never going back to the Scallion Garden again.

Naoki: ”...”

”Roar?”

Suddenly, Dragonite’s voice comes from behind.

It turned out that it saw Naoki sneaking around near the Scallion Garden’s fence and curiously came over.

Looking at the distant Farfetch’d working out, Naoki felt extremely emotional inside.

The love life of Pokemon is indeed so pure!

He suddenly remembered something and turned around to ask: ”By the way, Dragonite, didn’t you have a crush on a Dragonite before?”

He recalled that Dragonite used to be too clumsy to learn moves, couldn’t win any battles, and would run to Casseroya Lake every day, staring gloomily at the moon.

Naoki remembered this clearly.

Hearing this, Dragonite felt a bit embarrassed.

It roared and gestured for a long time, implying that was all in the past and now it no longer likes that Dragonite.

Naoki sensed Dragonite’s meaning and suddenly became curious about something, so he asked:

”Does that mean you’ll remain single for life, never finding another Dragonite to lay eggs with?”

Single for life... Dragonite blinked its eyes, then shook its head and roared, ”Roar roar!”

No! It still has Naoki and everyone else!

As for laying eggs... Dragonite felt it was irrelevant.

Although Naoki hadn’t eaten Translation Nuts and couldn’t understand the exact meaning of Dragonite’s words, from its reaction, he could roughly guess a little.

Unconcerned with egg-laying, living happily as it pleases, no mating seasons, but would lay eggs with a loved Pokemon because of love...

Pokemon really are magical creatures!

At noon, after lunch, Naoki went to the second floor to check the Dragonite Egg placed in the crib.

The egg laid by Dragonite had light blue patterns like Dratini and was quite large, giving off a feeling of strong life force.

This Dragonite Egg was indeed the love crystal of the two working Dragonites on the ranch.

Now it was being cared for by him and the Indeedee Sibling.

Every time he thought about this, Naoki couldn’t help but silently wonder: how could those two Dragonites trust them so much, entrusting them to care for the egg?

Logically, wouldn’t wild Pokemon parents want to keep watch over their child 24/7?

Naoki felt the trust those Dragonites had in him.

He certainly wouldn’t harm their child and would take good care of the egg.

The noon sun was bright, shining through the window into the room, with the sounds of Pokemon playing below.

Naoki took off his shoes and sat quietly beside the crib, gently stroking the egg’s shell.

It had been over two months since it was laid, yet studies said that Dragonite’s egg takes nearly ten months to hatch.

Now it was the end of June, and by calculation, this egg wouldn’t hatch until around January next year.

”Phew, time really passes slowly!” Hearing the cicadas chirping that filled the entire summer, Naoki couldn’t help but think.

He got up and went downstairs, hoping that by the time he reached the bottom, time would have caught up to the day of the Rotom Phone’s birth.

However, that was impossible.

At five in the evening, Zack arrived at the ranch as usual to collect goods.

While he parked, Naoki was calculating the day’s sales.

Watching Naoki tally the Berries, Zack wiped the sweat off his face with the towel around his neck and grinned:
