750 Chapter 750 391: How Can There Be Such a Perfect Pokemon as Gholdengo?! 2026-11-03

Thinking about this, Naoki went to the department store that day and bought a computer.

The tower and monitor were installed by staff who visited his home, and finally, he connected it to the internet, enabling basic online functionality.

The computer was set up in the study on the second floor, and Naoki pressed the power button, adjusted the settings, and seeing no issues, temporarily placed the computer there.

Then he carried the treasure chest to the Pokemon Tavern.

In its treasure chest form, Gimmighoul looked exactly like a treasure chest from the outside. It was quietly placed on a beverage rack used for drinks, serving as the tavern’s decoration.

Naoki tapped on the treasure chest and said, ”Gimmighoul, I’ve collected more gold coins here. Do you want to come out and have a look?”

The Gimmighoul inside the treasure chest clearly heard this statement.

Its heart was stirred, and then it lifted the lid of the treasure chest with its head, peering through the gap to observe the situation outside.

Naoki turned his head and met the gaze of Gimmighoul.

Just when he thought Gimmighoul would hide away as it did at first, the creature flew without hiding in fright, instead showing an excited and anticipatory expression.

”Well then!” Naoki asked with a smile, ”You’re not afraid of me anymore?”

Gimmighoul let out a growl, sounding like the clinking of gold coins, very peculiar.

During this period, it stayed inside the tavern, listening to the sounds of Pokemon guests outside each night.

Gradually, its bravery was polished stronger.

Moreover, the human named Naoki not only did not harm it but also helped it collect gold coins and provided it with food.

This made Gimmighoul very grateful, and over time, it wasn’t so afraid of this human. Seeing him no longer made it want to flee or hide.

”Alright then, come check out these gold coins!” Naoki stepped forward and placed the treasure chest form of Gimmighoul on the bar.

Seeing that box full of shiny gold coins, Gimmighoul’s eyes instantly turned starry-eyed.

Its appearance was just like a little money-lover.

”There are a total of twenty-eight gold coins here, plus the three you have, bringing the total to thirty-one,”

Naoki calculated slightly and then said:

”You need 969 more gold coins to evolve into Gholdengo. Although it’s a lot, don’t worry, I’ll help you collect them together!”

”Jingle~!”

Gimmighoul let out a crisp and pleasant growl, expressing its inner joy.

Naoki chuckled, then began packing those gold coins into the treasure chest where Gimmighoul resided.

After all were packed, Naoki waved goodbye to Gimmighoul: ”Then I won’t disturb you, see you later!”

”Jingle~!” Gimmighoul returned to the shelf, serving as the tavern’s treasure chest decoration.

Meanwhile, Naoki went to the study on the second floor, turned on the computer, and entered the website given by the antique shop owner.

Soon, a forum named ”Secret Garden” loaded.

Although it sounds like Secret Garden, the content has nothing to do with flowers.

Naoki glanced briefly; most posts on the forum were about tomb treasure hunting, exploring ruins, and selling antiques.

For example:

”King Henry III of the Paldea Ancient Kingdom used this King’s Crown, currently seeking a sincere buyer!”

Naoki clicked in and found that it wasn’t a crown but rather resembled a cooking pot.

Looking through the comments, several users indeed pointed out the poster’s mistake.

Really, what a crown! Naoki couldn’t help but grumble internally.

He felt this person and Spectrier, who mistook a trophy for a crown and wore it on its head, refusing to take it off, must have lots to discuss.

Glancing simply, he registered an account named ”Wing King,” and imitated those posts to make one himself.

”Wing King: Seeking high-priced, large quantities of ancient Paldea gold coins, knowledgeable ones come!”
