Chapter 544: Chapter 311: Zapdos’s Plan (Double Chapter)_3

”Oh... When are you planning to leave?” Naoki asked.

Mew and Teddiursa hesitated for a moment, then said, ”Miu!”

Calyrex: ”Tomorrow.”

Naoki nodded with a smile: ”Then have a good rest at the ranch tonight!”

”Yay～”

”Miu～”

Naoki: ”I’ll prepare some snacks for you. You can play here for a while!”

Saying this, Naoki turned and went back to the room, taking honey and other ingredients from the fridge, which were Teddiursa’s favorites, and began making snacks for them.

It has to be said, the way Mew and Teddiursa handle things is really fast! They invited friends just like that.

And Zapdos is just the first one...

Naoki remembered when Teddiursa and Mew told him about the Pokemon they met during their travels over the New Year. He had told them they could invite good friends to live at the ranch together.

Teddiursa and Mew looked like they couldn’t wait to invite all the Pokemon friends they’d met outside to live at the ranch.

Given Mew and Teddiursa’s personalities, probably no wild Pokemon would refuse to befriend them.

Therefore, Naoki suspected that from time to time, more ”friends” would be brought back to the ranch.

Like the Farfetch’d, Corphish, or Krabby they mentioned before.

Thinking of this, Naoki suddenly found it quite amusing.

In this view, the Heroic Expedition Team formed by Mew and Teddiursa could be seen as a Pokemon lottery machine in some sense.

From Legendary Pokemon like Zapdos to roadside Corphish and Krabby, they could all be drawn.

These small-sized Pokemon are fine. Zapdos can help bring them back to the ranch.

But when it comes to large Pokemon like Aggron, Nidoking, Rhyhorn, or Snorlax, there’s no way to bring them back.

Because Zapdos simply can’t carry them.

It seemed that he needed to think of a good method for the Heroic Expedition Team!

As Naoki kneaded the dough, he pondered in his mind.

Soon, he came up with a good idea.

——Why couldn’t he buy some Poke Balls for Teddiursa and Mew?

The red and white balls on the market come with a shrinking function and can be reduced to the size of a marble when not in use.

Even Mew and Teddiursa can easily carry them.

If any Pokemon wanted to return to the ranch with them, it could enter the Poke Ball by itself.

Then, through hiring wild flying Pokemon or having Zapdos directly deliver, the Poke Ball with friends can be sent to the ranch.

And with Mew and Teddiursa’s intelligence, they could easily learn how to use the Poke Balls.

The only concern was the preservation of Poke Balls.

In the past, with only Mew and Teddiursa, Naoki had to worry about it.

But now with Zapdos, he could hang a Dragonite-style big satchel on Zapdos and put the Poke Balls and some emergency supplies inside.

Items like Life Sheep Milk to heal or Pecha Berries for antidotes.

When Zapdos delivers ”friends” back to the ranch, it can also replenish consumed emergency supplies.

But if that’s the case, Zapdos, the legendary Pokemon, would become the transport team for the Heroic Expedition Team...

”I wonder if Zapdos would be unhappy.” Naoki pondered.

To be on the safe side, he planned to have a good discussion with the three members of the Heroic Expedition Team later.
