The Ace Bigshot Becomes A Farmgirl

Chapter 1085: Chapter 1085: Mentally Challenged

Shu Yu was irritated by that Young Master Yao, who had come by a few times, and the last time he even said something nonsensical about her playing hard to get and casting wide nets, which almost made her unable to hold back a desire to kick him into the river.

Does he really think she’s sitting on the deck reading to seduce him?

Shu Yu really didn’t want to encounter such a thing again, so to avoid further complications, she tried staying inside the cabin afterwards.

But she truly couldn’t stand it, not to mention the heavy humidity and lack of airflow, there was only a thin wooden wall separating her from the next room, and she could hear everything the person next door did, from eating to farting.

Enduring a snoring sound like a chainsaw at night was one thing, but suffering such torment during the day was really too much.

Shu Yu would rather be thought of as a scheming woman on the deck, anyway, people these days are generally quite reserved.

Apart from the clueless Young Master Yao, everything else went relatively smoothly.

What pleased her even more was that the ship would soon dock at the next station, and a room on the third floor became available.

Shu Yu immediately took Ying Xi and moved their luggage over.

Who knew that when she got to the second floor, she saw that Young Master Yao again.

Shu Yu, ”...” See no evil, see no evil, see no evil.

Without glancing sideways, she wanted to bypass him and go up, but unexpectedly, a young lady next to Young Master Yao suddenly spoke, ”This young lady, are you here to find Brother Yao? But didn’t Brother Yao say you don’t want to talk to him?”

Young Master Yao snorted coldly, he thought so too, the other party was definitely playing hard to get.

Look, she just waited a day, and she’s come to find him.

She even brought her luggage, obviously she’s unable to stay down in the cabin and wants to trade rooms with him.

”Lady Lu, it seems you’ve encountered some difficulties? Even though you’re unwilling to talk to me, I can still lend a hand if you’re in trouble...”

Ying Xi, ”Move aside.”

Young Master Yao and the lady were blocking the way in the middle of the stairs, making it impossible for them to pass.

Young Master Yao frowned, ”Lady Lu.” Yes, although Shu Yu had barely spoken to him in the past few days, he still found out her surname.

However, Shu Yu’s expression at the time was as if she was looking at two idiots.

She not only made it evident with her eyes but even said it out loud, ”Morons! Move.”

As Shu Yu raised her voice, Ying Xi directly shoved the two aside.

The young lady exclaimed, almost losing her balance, and Young Master Yao hurriedly reached out to support her.

By the time they collected themselves, Shu Yu and Ying Xi had already ascended the stairs.

Young Master Yao furrowed his brows, just about to call out to her again. Who knew, when he looked up, he saw Shu Yu and Ying Xi hadn’t stayed on the second floor but went directly towards the third floor.

He exchanged a look with the young lady beside him, and the two instinctively followed up.

Then they saw Shu Yu and Ying Xi enter one of the rooms, and before closing the door, Ying Xi even said, ”Finally, a room opened up on the third floor after some guests disembarked, it’s really been an ordeal for the lady staying in the lower cabin these past few days. It seems next time we’ll have to book a ship in advance, we can’t be in such a rush again, and end up with not even a decent room. Always running into bothersome people when taking a walk on the deck to enjoy the breeze.”

With that, Ying Xi closed the room door.

Shu Yu couldn’t help but laugh, ”You rarely say so much in one go, huh?”

Ying Xi awkwardly cleared her throat, she deliberately let those two self-righteous idiots outside hear.
