Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2699: Chapter 1931: The Busy Maiyous (Part 3)

”I said, we are more eager to join forces with the Zhenbei Group. When we step onto the global stage in the future, there will be more benefits.”

The explanation given by Mr. Maiyous was quite reasonable.

On the other end of the line, Brady swallowed slightly and said, ”Please allow me some time to consider this matter, and I will get back to you as soon as possible!”

Mr. Maiyous smiled faintly upon hearing this, ”I’ll be waiting for your call.”

The second round of dialogue ended there.

The outcome left Mr. Maiyous extremely satisfied.

Whether it was Anlos or Brady, as long as one of them cooperated with him, it would be a guaranteed victory.

Moreover, once one party was on board, the other party would surely be more easily swayed.

As long as he could bring in one party, Bai Xiaosheng’s ”stable” cooperation arrangement would be as fragile as a delicate vase.

Mr. Maiyous stood up, poured himself a glass of red wine, walked to the floor-to-ceiling window with the wine in hand, and savored its richness while gazing at the scenery outside.

In fact, although they had opened up the East African market for now, and even defeated the strongest family business here, swallowing the market would still require a lot of time and investment.

At the same time, their family had also suffered significant ”internal injuries.”

After all, defeating a business titan of equivalent caliber is no simple task; causing the enemy a thousand losses often costs oneself eight hundred.

Therefore, Mr. Maiyous was eager to return to the West African business world, to recuperate and also to lay down plans on both sides for greater development.

Thinking about this, Mr. Maiyous’s expression became serious again. He downed the wine in the glass and returned to his desk to pick up his phone once more.

This time, he looked up a phone number.

It was Hogson’s.

In the past, the Hogson Family, ranked fourth in the West African business world, wouldn’t have caught his attention. But in the past couple of years, hearing of Hogson’s rapid development and its quick approach in closing the gap with Keruoge, it presented cooperation value.

Currently, given the situation.

Even for the Hogson Family, Mr. Maiyous felt it was worth vying for their cooperation.

As to if all three business giants were swayed and came to collaborate, how the benefits in Oshan would be distributed, Mr. Maiyous had no worries.

When that time comes, he has ways and methods to make his family stand out above the rest while keeping all parties satisfied.

Just the East African market and channels alone are enough to engage the three parties, and even if they invest, they’ll merely be assisting the Maiyous Family in solidifying this market.

These matters, Mr. Maiyous calculated thoroughly.

At this moment, having dialed Hogson’s number, following an opening, naturally came another round of ”enticements.”

The difference was, within the conversation, there was an implicit ”hint of threat.”

In Mr. Maiyous’s mind, the Hogson Family still carried slightly less weight.

And Hogson, facing the strongest family in West Africa, also striving for a business domain in East Africa, even from the phone’s voice, one could hear the considerable pressure.

Finally, Mr. Maiyous took the initiative to ”invite” him to consider the matter carefully over the phone.

Hogson politely agreed.

After hanging up the call again, Mr. Maiyous felt somewhat confident.

After strategizing with three business moguls, even he was a bit exhausted and felt like going for a walk.

Yet at this moment, Mr. Maiyous’s phone rang.

His first reaction was that it was Anlos or Brady calling with results.

Of course, that was an overly idealistic scenario.

In reality, it was a call from an international partner Mr. Maiyous knew, someone with whom he had a decent private relationship.

Mr. Maiyous exchanged pleasantries with the caller, suspecting that they weren’t calling without reason and surely had something to discuss.

As expected, after chatting, the caller got to the point.

”Mr. Maiyous, I was asked to introduce you to a friend of mine in the business world,” the caller chuckled.

”Oh, who might that be?” Mr. Maiyous couldn’t help but be curious.

Anyone reaching out through this friend of his should not be an ordinary person.

The caller laughed, ”You may have heard of her; her name is Caroline.”
