Reincarnation Paradise Park

Chapter 755: Chapter 65: The Girl With Wild Ideas

[You killed Kirei Kotomine]

[Kirei Kotomine was an important plot task, gained 2.9% of the World Source, now have a total of 83.5% of the World Source.]

[Your Talent ’Soul Eater’ activated, permanently increased Mana Value by 16 points, currently have 2290 Mana Value.]

[Tip: Hidden Task: Glory of the Heroic Spirit (completed), do you want to complete this task? Remaining time: 26 hours 11 minutes.]

Su Xiao decided not to complete the task for now. Once he finishes the task, he would immediately return to Reincarnation Paradise. There was still something he hadn’t done yet, or more accurately, a benefit he hadn’t seized.

A murder occurred in the restaurant, and after a moment of shock, the diners came to their senses and screamed as they ran out of the restaurant.

Su Xiao grabbed the arm of Kirei Kotomine full of command seals and swung his knife to cut it off.

The knife fell, blood splattered, and with a thud, a waitress knelt near Su Xiao, her face filled with terror. She wasn’t unwilling to run away but was so scared that her legs had turned to jelly and she couldn’t move.

Su Xiao glanced at the waitress, and she simply rolled her eyes and fainted...

Walking up to the waitress, Su Xiao noticed her body twitching slightly.

”Where are the takeaway bags in your store?”

Su Xiao, holding Kirei Kotomine’s arm, squatted in front of the waitress, who was a girl with a pure appearance.

The waitress dared not pretend to be dead any longer, and reluctantly sat up.

”Please... please don’t kill me, I still have 12,800 yen, I’ll give it all to you, if it’s not enough, if it’s not enough...”

The waitress fumbled all over her body.

”Where’s the takeaway bag? Why would I kill you? I’m not a killing maniac.”

As Su Xiao spoke, he shook off the blood on Kirei Kotomine’s severed arm. The waitress was about to cry from fear.

”The takeaway bags are there...”

The waitress pointed shakily with her slender finger towards behind the counter.

Su Xiao wrapped the severed arm in a takeaway bag. Just as he was about to leave the restaurant, he suddenly remembered something.

”Is there a place nearby with a large area but limited height, like a large basement or underground warehouse?”

”Huh?”

The waitress looked puzzled, not knowing who Su Xiao was talking to. When she saw those eyes staring at her, she let out a trembling moan.

”There... there seems to be.”

”Take me there.”

”What?!”

The waitress was terrified. She had previously thought Su Xiao was leaving, but now it didn’t seem to be the case. Was he going to kidnap her as a hostage? And then drool over her beauty, take her somewhere to have his way with her, and eventually make her into some sort of victim?

The waitress struggled internally, debating whether to resist. But the other had a knife in hand; if she didn’t resist and just obeyed, would that make her seem too easy?

One has to admit, this girl’s imagination was quite wild.

Su Xiao wasn’t aware of her thoughts. He slapped her cheek gently, bringing the space-out girl back to her senses. If Su Xiao knew that she was already imagining the names of the children born from her and the ’murderer,’ he would likely spew out a mouthful of blood.

”Calm down, first of all, this is just a movie shoot, and what I’m holding is a prop.”

”Huh?”

The waitress showed a look of ’please don’t take me for an idiot’.

”What about that?”

The waitress pointed to Kirei Kotomine’s corpse.

”That’s a prop too? Doesn’t look like it...”

As the waitress spoke, Kirei Kotomine’s leg twitched, as if he couldn’t rest in peace. This was actually a normal reaction caused by external forces post-mortem.

”Just pretend it’s a prop.”

Su Xiao smiled warmly, while the waitress was lost in wild thoughts, regretting why her legs gave out at the crucial moment.

”Enough nonsense, take me to the place I described earlier, or I’ll turn you into a prop too.”

”Alright, alright.”

The waitress tried to stand up, but her legs softened even more. Seeing this, Su Xiao simply picked her up, and the waitress inexplicably blushed.

...

A small truck drove through the city center, with Su Xiao in the driver’s seat and the waitress in the passenger seat.

After the initial fear, the waitress sneaked a glance at Su Xiao, feeling both terrified and nervous, and strangely a bit excited?

Just a few minutes ago, the waitress had witnessed a murder scene with her own eyes. Now, the murderer was less than half a meter away from her.

”Um...”

The waitress spoke timidly.

”What?”

Su Xiao lit a cigarette, and Bubu Wang, from the back seat, rolled down the window, sticking his dog head out.

”You should turn yourself in. The law enforcement in Fuyuki City...”

”Turn myself in?”

Su Xiao exhaled a puff of smoke, finding the waitress’s thought process rather peculiar. Previously terrified, she was now advising him to surrender.

”Yes, if you surrender now, maybe they’ll reduce your sentence. You still have a bright future ahead. I read a report once, saying that life for fugitives is miserable. And you didn’t seem to kill for money, but for revenge. Did that person harm your family, and now you’ve become a vengeance envoy?”

The waitress swallowed nervously. She wasn’t as scared anymore; instead, she found it thrilling. Compared to the exhausting and poorly-paid daily life, she preferred the excitement of the current situation.

Su Xiao was amused by the waitress. He had casually found a person to lead the way, not expecting her to be so entertaining; she could be called a girl with an overactive imagination.

The imaginative girl looked at Su Xiao with expectation, ready with follow-up remarks, waiting for Su Xiao to respond.

”Are we there yet?”

”Huh?”

The imaginative girl was thrown off track, feeling uncomfortable, especially since she didn’t dare to complain about it.

”You mentioned the underground parking lot before.”

”Ah? Oh, it’s nearby, just keep driving forward.”

Before long, Su Xiao drove the small truck into a large underground parking lot, which had been abandoned. In the expansive parking lot, there were only a few scattered, broken-down vehicles covered in dust.

Su Xiao jumped down from the driver’s seat, surveying the structure of the underground parking lot. Overall, it was quite satisfactory, meeting his requirements.

”You can drive back the way you came.”

”Um...” The imaginative girl hesitated for a moment, ”I won’t reveal your whereabouts for now, but I still advise you to surrender.”

Su Xiao’s face darkened.

”Enough nonsense.”

The imaginative girl drove the small truck out of the parking lot. Whether she reported him or not, Su Xiao didn’t care. During the Holy Grail War, someone would handle such matters.

Taking out Kirei Kotomine’s severed arm, Su Xiao’s fingertips crackled with electricity, and one of the command seals on the arm gradually dissipated, devoured by Blue Steel Shadow Energy.

Su Xiao was summoning a Heroic Spirit. Whether they would come remained unknown.

Now that Kirei Kotomine was dead, if he had already formed a Master-Servant relationship with the King of Heroes, the King of Heroes would definitely sense Kirei Kotomine’s death.

After Kirei Kotomine’s death, the King of Heroes’ supply of magic power would be cut off. Even if he was an Archer-class with independent action ability, the current King of Heroes was like sourceless water, with significantly reduced combat strength.

Not to mention the King of Heroes’ almost unfairly powerful Noble Phantasm—whether he could use the Sword of Separation of Heaven and Earth was unknown.

Even if he could use it, the EX-level Noble Phantasm’s consumption was extremely significant. Without a Master’s magic power supply, using it rashly would only expedite the decline of his combat strength.

For this reason, Su Xiao intended to lure the King of Heroes over and fight him. He was about to leave the Holy Grail World, so he couldn’t pass up this opportunity to score some easy gains.

The underground parking lot was eerily silent. Su Xiao sat on the hood of a broken car, holding a tablet computer.

About half an hour later, Su Xiao put away the tablet. The King of Heroes hadn’t come yet, which seemed unnatural given the King of Heroes’ arrogant nature.

According to the King of Heroes’ style, he should have shown up already. Could it be that he was wary of the unfavorable terrain in the underground parking lot?

Su Xiao stood up. Since the King of Heroes wasn’t coming, he decided to go to him.

Just then, slow and steady footsteps approached the entrance of the underground parking lot. Su Xiao looked intently, and sure enough, it was the King of Heroes, clad in gold armor.

”You lowly mongrel, daring to put this king in such a disadvantaged situation, you deserve to die a thousand deaths.”

Even with his magic power supply cut off, the King of Heroes remained as arrogant as ever.
