Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

”By the way, brother, bring excavation tools.”

Alka thought of something and quickly turned his head to tell Simon.

Because he intended to leave the Heart of Vastwa at the camp to prevent accidents, it would allow for quick return if necessary.

Indeed, in this area, this treasure didn’t have much importance for Alka.

Including Lucilia’s Spatial Dagger as well.

”Then wait for me a moment,” Simon said, opening a Teleportation Gate on the spot. But it was noticeably less smooth and leisurely compared to on the ship; even though Alka had granted him access to the internal space via the Heart of Vastwa, it was still somewhat difficult. All of these indicated the solidity of the space here.

After a while, Simon came out again, still empty-handed.

”Now we can go.”

Hearing this, Alka nodded and led the group forward toward the distance.

Once everyone left the camp, they quickly ran forward at a speed akin to cheetahs.

And during the run, they could stabilize their energy.

Soon, Alka looked at the map and arrived at the area of the luminous point.

Here was a desolate land, with only sparse weeds and some protruding rubble. Apart from a few scattered trees around, there was nothing peculiar.

No words were needed from Alka when he stopped. Chadite began emitting silver ripples from his feet into the ground for detection.

Whether it was the need for excavation tools just now or arriving at this barren land, it indicated that Alka might suspect something exists underground.

”How deep can you currently detect?” Alka asked curiously next to him.

”It’s uncertain. I have to judge based on the land that needs exploration and the concentration of Magic Power or environmental conditions within the land.”

After all, the environment is complex; no environment is exactly the same. Not to mention this area is relatively extreme.

Hearing this, Alka nodded, and the group stood by, waiting for Chadite’s detection.

After a brief moment, about a minute, Chadite seemed to have completed the detection.

He said, ”The land here is somewhat different from what I imagined. It’s easy to encounter rocks with unusual compositions, seemingly influenced by the Abyssal breath of demons, and they’re quite solid. My detection range reached about 30 meters but found it difficult to delve deeper.”

Hearing this, Alka nodded; a depth of 30 meters was already quite deep.

Digging down could be described as an abyss or even a ravine.

”Did you detect anything?”

Chadite shook his head.

”Shall we walk around and survey this area further?”

Alka gestured with a diameter of approximately 1 kilometer.

For Chadite, determining a few deep exploration points would encompass this circle.

So it wasn’t a difficult task.

Chadite completed the thorough detection of this 1-kilometer circular area in less than half an hour.

It didn’t consume much physical or Magic Power. As the last point was detected, Chadite frowned and shook his head.

Clearly, at 30 meters deep, there was nothing particularly noteworthy.

”Nothing at 30 meters either...”

Alka looked deeply at the map in his hand.

The circle he drew didn’t just encompass the golden dot but also many white luminous points.

Based on the information, their treasure was in the tomb. Although these white luminous points lacked detailed information, it could be inferred they were within the tomb.

As these white luminous points revealed only difficulty related to Tomb Raiders.

Confirming this information, unless Alka was incredibly unlucky, the tomb must be underground.

Moreover, it would be further down at depths beyond 30 meters.

Considering the tomb might have been built during the Empire era, the time span would be immense.

With golden light and so many white dots, this tomb must be wealthy or prestigious.

Difficulty indicated Tomb Raiders, suggesting the tomb likely had defensive measures.

It seems most tombs of high officials and nobles possess such features.

More patience is needed.
