Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Thunder flashes, and clouds gather densely.

From a distance, one can see the distant sea and sky, shrouded by a patch of dark clouds, with a violent and eerie aura inside.

The dark area forms a sharp contrast with the daylight outside.

Looking into that area.

Thick and long lightning bolts continuously strike down from the clouds, hitting the sea directly.

The waves roll and twist. Waves like city walls tirelessly crash and roll, making the entire sea surface resemble boiling water.

As the waves roll up and down, a ship intermittently appears and disappears amid the churning waves.

Even in such a tumultuous and chaotic sea, the ship’s journey seems unperturbed, continuing to sail forward amidst the crashing waves.

Bolts of lightning constantly strike down, yet none hit the ship.

”This place really is a mess,” Alka squinted slightly, his eyes changing shape slightly to see far into the distance.

He wasn’t concerned about the stormy sea they were in now but looked far away, at the storm vortex heading their way.

”No worries, by the time that vortex gets here, we’ll already be gone,” Juanlu said beside him.

The conditions of this sea area would be considered a disaster for other ships, but for Alka and the others, it’s nothing they can’t handle, not even slowing down their progress.

But if that storm vortex comes, then it would be challenging.

Not to mention Julia had clearly felt the surrounding space become extremely unstable, and disasters formed under such conditions often have other powers, best to avoid them.

”I... I’m done, I want... to go back,” a Vastva person on the deck was almost unable to stand and hurriedly said.

Then he fell into a rupture in space, returning inside.

Facing this situation, everyone only smiled.

They’ve encountered such surging waves many times during their long voyages, maybe once or twice a year. They’re used to it, but for Vastva people, the turbulence is a bit too much.

Not to mention, most Vastva people get seasick easily.

As they spoke, a wave eight or nine meters high rushed towards their ship.

It instantly swept the sailboat into its folds.

As the sea surged again, the Sound of Dawn floated out, seemingly unharmed by the crashing waves, not a droplet seen on its deck.

A layer of transparent membrane blocked the rain from the sky and the splashing waves.

At this moment, a water bottle could be seen floating above the tree, absorbing all the seawater that could fall onto the deck.

”Be careful, the surrounding environment is getting increasingly chaotic.”

Julia, who was standing at the bow watching this scene of maritime catastrophe, suddenly spoke.

Upon hearing this, everyone who was idly chatting on the deck immediately became serious.

Julia’s deliberate warning indicated that the surrounding environment was becoming truly chaotic.

Then Alka sensed something, his eyes emitting a bright blue light as he extended his hands into the air.

The places where the lightning struck suddenly showed a rift. Just as the rift appeared, it rapidly closed up.

”Careful, the space is becoming unstable, Lucilia!” Alka’s hands glowed even brighter.

Lucilia quickly jumped over, standing on Alka’s shoulder, and inexplicably holding a dagger in her hand.

It was precisely the Spatial Dagger she had mastered before. Both possessed spatial treasures, allowing them to stabilize the broken space to some extent.

”Boom!”

Another peal of thunder sounded.

A thick bolt of lightning struck down about a few hundred meters away from the ship.

After it struck, a rupture three to four meters wide appeared.

It looked like a piece of glass shattered by a stone, with cracked lines spreading around.

Everyone could even see the void outside through the broken space.

Seawater and waves spun into a vortex, being sucked into the air.

It seemed the broken space attracted something, and another bolt of lightning struck down.

The rift grew larger.

The pull intensified, and even the Sound of Dawn couldn’t resist this force, beginning to be dragged toward the rift.

”Right at this moment,” Alka watched this scene, feeling slightly irritated.

He and Lucilia barely managed to stabilize the space around the ship, but the damaged area was far from them. It would require more Magic Power to stabilize, and might create more small spatial cracks around them.

Eventually, the mutual pull might even fix them in place.

But if the crack is not weakened, it will grow larger, potentially sucking them in.

Two cards flew out.

The brown Earth Card and ice-blue Ice Card floated out, followed by an ice-enclosed stone sphere.

Under Alka’s concentration, it flew toward the rift.

Straight into the rift.

The stone sphere was just the right size to block the rift, but the spatial crack was still expanding and would soon absorb the stone sphere completely.
