Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

Hmm?

Chu Sheng was taken aback when he heard the system’s voice.

’How have I already met the conditions for the tenth evolution?’

My Qi Blood just broke through to the King Realm, so that condition is met.

As for my Mental Power... I was finally able to absorb the Divine Soul Power gifted to me by the Gu Yuexi from ten thousand years ago, and it has also reached the King Realm!

’So that’s how it is... A dual King Realm! Not bad, not bad at all!’

’What about my Realm Comprehension?’

[Current Realm Comprehension is as follows:]

[Fire Realm: 38,000/100,000 (Origin – Mastery)]

[Spatial Realm: 15,000/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Gold Realm: 11,000/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Thunder Realm: 10,800/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Earth Realm: 10,500/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Water Realm: 10,300/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Wood Realm: 11,000/100,000 (Origin – Initial Glimpse)]

[Time Realm: 6,000/10,000 (Perfection)]

[Destruction Realm: 870/2,000 (Minor Success)]

[Life Realm: 550/2,000 (Minor Success)]

[Curse Realm: 200/500 (Rudimentary)]

...

’Holy crap, I had no idea until I looked.’

The five Realms of Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth—I actually broke through to the Origin Realm with all of them without even realizing it!

’It makes sense! I’ve nearly drained this spirit medicine vault of all its Essence Blood! It’s all High-Level Demon Beast Essence Blood. While absorbing Qi Blood, I can also absorb Realm Power!’

So, the condition for Realm Comprehension is also met—exceeded, in fact!

The final requirement, Evolution Points, also exceeds the one million mark.

[Current Evolution Points: 2,696,330]

Qi Blood, Mental Power, Evolution Points, Realm Comprehension—all conditions were met.

The system’s prompt sounded again.

[Do you wish to consume 1,000,000 Evolution Points to undergo the tenth comprehensive evolution?]

’Should I evolve right away?’

’I’ll lose consciousness during the evolution. I’m in the Qin Mansion’s treasury right now, and someone could show up at any moment. It doesn’t seem very safe.’

But he’d only been in the treasury for half a month; he was a bit reluctant to leave just yet. If he left after a month, he’d have to go straight to the Witch Race and wouldn’t have time to evolve.

It would be best to complete the tenth comprehensive evolution before the trip to the Witch Race.

Chu Sheng thought for a moment before asking inwardly:

”System, how long will this evolution take?”

[Notice: This tenth comprehensive evolution will be an extremely deep evolution, more thorough than the previous nine. Therefore, the evolution time will be quite long.]

[This comprehensive evolution is estimated to take... six months.]

’Holy shit! How long?’

Chu Sheng was stunned!

Six months was far too long! This was completely beyond what he could accept. To put it bluntly, he hadn’t even been reincarnated for a full year yet!

’No way, I can’t possibly spend six months evolving!’

There was only one solution, then. He had to use Celestial and Earthly Treasures to speed up the evolution!

And where could he find Celestial and Earthly Treasures? Wasn’t the Qin Mansion’s treasury full of them? Especially the Spiritual Artifact Hall! As a mosquito, Chu Sheng didn’t have much use for Spiritual Artifacts.

The Spiritual Artifacts in the Spiritual Artifact Hall could all be used to accelerate his evolution!

’Looks like I have no choice but to evolve here!’

...

Having made his decision, Chu Sheng didn’t waste any more time.

He immediately packed all the Top-Grade Elixirs from this spirit medicine vault into his Lifebound Space—though he didn’t have much use for them, Gu Yuexi could.

Next, he immediately entered the Spiritual Artifact Hall.

This was Chu Sheng’s first time entering the Spiritual Artifact Hall in half a month! He discovered that it was even larger than the other two treasure halls combined!

’What a great place. This is it!’

Chu Sheng took the time to visit some of the other treasure halls. Without a second thought, he moved every Celestial and Earthly Treasure he could see over to the Spiritual Artifact Hall, piling them up inside.

Then, he flew into the middle of all the Spiritual Artifacts and Celestial and Earthly Treasures and said to the system:

”Tenth comprehensive evolution, begin!”

”All these Celestial and Earthly Treasures around me can be used to speed up the evolution!”

[Ding! 1,000,000 Evolution Points have been deducted. The tenth comprehensive evolution is now in progress!]

[This evolution is estimated to take six months.]

It was like a normal person being injected with anesthesia... A few seconds after hearing the system’s voice, Chu Sheng lost consciousness, no matter how hard he tried to stay awake.

His body floated up, automatically reverting to his normal one-meter-long Samsara Sacred Mosquito form. Just like before, a Golden Cocoon materialized out of thin air, layer by layer, and enveloped him.

What was different this time was that the cocoon was much thicker—several times thicker, in fact! Chu Sheng’s body was only about a meter long, but the Golden Cocoon surrounding him was several meters thick.

As the Golden Cocoon formed, a faint, sacred aura began to permeate the surroundings.

The tenth evolution had begun.

Moreover, because Chu Sheng had used Celestial and Earthly Treasures to accelerate the evolution, a Spiritual Artifact near the Golden Cocoon soon slowly turned into a wisp of Energy and was absorbed...

...

Time passed, second by second. One day, then two...

「Within the Qin Mansion.」

Qin Wudao was distracted all day, wondering what on earth was going on with Chu Sheng in the treasury.

’That mosquito... he didn’t actually drain the treasury of all its Spirit Medicine and Essence Blood, did he?’

’Impossible. Even a hundred bull demons couldn’t drain it all, let alone a single mosquito!’

’Or maybe... he drank his fill and left on his own?’

Fearing that Chu Sheng would retaliate if the matter was exposed, Qin Wudao not only kept it from his family members but also used various methods to prevent anyone from the family from entering the treasury.

Whenever a Qin Family disciple needed to retrieve a Spirit Pill or a Spiritual Artifact for their Cultivation, Qin Wudao would stop them, going so far as to give them items from his own Storage Ring instead.

It was precisely because of this that Chu Sheng had been causing a ruckus in the underground treasury for nearly a month without being discovered.

Finally, a month had passed.

「In the Spiritual Artifact Hall of the underground treasury.」

Chu Sheng’s evolution was not yet complete!

Around him, over a hundred High-Tier Spiritual Artifacts, Spiritual Treasures, and the like had been completely drained of their Spiritual Qi...

Having had their Energy absorbed to accelerate the evolution, they had now become scrap metal—or even worse than scrap metal.

The evolution continued, as did the acceleration function.

By now, the Spiritual Artifacts and various Celestial and Earthly Treasures in this treasure hall were almost completely consumed.

The only things left to accelerate the process were a circle of Spiritual Treasures on the outermost edge.

These Spiritual Treasures were ones Chu Sheng had gathered from the other treasure halls in the underground treasury. He hadn’t had time to examine them one by one to see what they were.

As the evolution continued, a few more Spiritual Treasures were drained of their Energy, turning into mundane items.

Gradually, only a single item in the farthest corner remained untouched.

It was an ordinary-looking scroll, seemingly unremarkable, with no Spiritual Qi overflowing from it at all...

The scroll wasn’t even complete; it had been torn about a third of the way down, leaving only one-third of the original.

The scroll was unfurled. This one-third fragment depicted what appeared to be mountains and rivers, with an object at the very top that was neither sun nor moon.

Chu Sheng had taken this item from a very small treasure hall, one that seemed to be dedicated to collecting damaged artifacts.

「Within the Spiritual Artifact Hall.」

The absorptive force emanating from the Golden Cocoon finally fell upon the scroll fragment.

In the next second, the once-unremarkable scroll suddenly erupted with an incredibly intense light!
