System Came When the Doctor was Thirty

The new suturing technique is very difficult to learn, and finally found someone with good talent, Lu Cheng.

Under my urging, Lu Cheng even learned it quickly!

The skill level of my suturing technique and Lu Cheng’s suturing technique has a competency gap, and Lu Cheng can’t go back now. How can we carry out this project?

Fortunately, Tong Yuan’an is also a smart person.

With a little thought, he quickly edited the message: ”Now it seems there’s only one way, you need to relearn our group’s suturing technique.”

”Yes, you learn our group’s suturing technique and improve the skill level of this suturing technique.”

”In this way, you can compare the super-standard Tajima Method with our group’s suturing technique, and even the original Professor Tajima will be helpless!!!!”

”Only able to admit defeat.” Tong Yuan’an’s mind turned really fast, after all, his logical thinking ability was 654 points in the college entrance exam.

Lu Cheng could understand Tong Yuan’an’s meaning.

From the surface data viewpoint, the data from my operations look much better than those of Professor Tajima and others, proving that Lu Cheng learned it more proficiently than them.

Although everyone dislikes Murong Fu, the concept of repaying in kind is still very useful.

Lu Cheng nodded, speaking sincerely: ”Okay, Teacher Tong, I’m willing to learn too!~”

Tong Yuan’an had no interest in conversing with Lu Cheng anymore, and as soon as he took off his gloves, he sent the table on the computer to his teacher.

Later, Tong Yuan’an was the first to reply when his old professor Zhou Yunhui called back, his voice slightly tense: ”Master...”

Zhou Yunhui asked: ”What’s going on? Why is there such a big difference in the test data?”

”Did you mix up the materials?”

Tong Yuan’an replied: ”No, Master, based on our speculation, Lu Cheng’s mastery of the Tajima Suturing Technique might be slightly higher than the original creator’s skill level.”

Zhou Yunhui was stunned for two or three seconds, his tone a bit distorted: ”Tong Yuan’an, do you also think I’m getting senile? Do you know what you’re saying?”

Tong Yuan’an’s tone was obedient: ”Master, please take another careful look at the original data of Professor Tajima’s published paper!”

”If Professor Tajima and his team could obtain this set of data from Lu Cheng, would they hide it?”

”Lu Cheng uses the same technique as them, but the data acquired is higher. The only possibility is that Lu Cheng’s skill level is higher than theirs.”

”Otherwise, it cannot be explained!” Tong Yuan’an explained logically!

Zhou Yunhui was silent upon hearing this, continuing to review the data sent by Tong Yuan’an, the crisp sound of clicking the mouse.

Then his tone suddenly seemed painful, as if someone had stepped on an old tune pipe: ”How could you teach like this? Do you have such ability?”

A stroke of genius? No, this is called creating something from nothing.

”Master, Lu Cheng’s learning talent is amazing, able to achieve such a level theoretically and practically.”

”Master, you should be aware, that after producing each suturing technique, mastery is not immediate, but requires continuous improvement.”

”Lu Cheng? I can’t understand it either, but this is the fact. Master, I think we can...” Tong Yuan’an spoke proactively.

Zhou Yunhui said: ”It’s unnecessary!~”

Tong Yuan’an thought Zhou Yunhui had said what he wanted to say, and immediately replied: ”Master, it’s Chen Song who registered Lu Cheng under Professor Xiang Dongshan.”

”It might be a little troublesome...”

Tong Yuan’an spoke directly, revealing the name Xiang Dongshan, the old professor Zhou Yunhui should understand what this means.

Actually, Xiang Dongshan is from the emergency department, and Zhou Yunhui is from hand surgery, even if they are familiar, it’s not deeply memorable.

But Professor Xiang Dongshan is indeed unforgettable! Among peers, everyone retreats, none can rival.

”I said it’s unnecessary... what does it matter with Xiang Dongshan or not? What’s the relation with this cannon Xiang Dongshan?” Zhou Yunhui said.

Tong Yuan’an was a bit anxious: ”Master... unnecessary?”

Zhou Yunhui directly indicated: ”Just look at Lu Cheng’s operation data. What about the technique you pondering about, how much can it exceed? Less than five percent, you also want to put it out, deliberately making a fool of yourself in the industry?”

”Yuan’an, when we do projects, we should aim for projects with substantial meaning. I can understand your considerable investment in this suturing technique, but admit it when your skills are not as good as others. This is the basic quality of a researcher.”

”On the path of research, bones are never short; whether you or others are buried is certain...”

”If this project truly had substantial meaning, Tan Zhongyu wouldn’t easily let you handle it.”

”And to improve on this basis to recreate a peak, you can’t achieve it in the short term.”

Upon speaking, Zhou Yunhui cut off Tong Yuan’an’s thought process.

After listening, Tong Yuan’an thought for a moment, lowered his voice to reply: ”Master...”

”Let me tell you, Master, on the fifth day after I went to the countryside in Long County, Professor Xie Xiao from Union Hospital’s hand surgery department called me randomly.”

”Union Hospital, Professor Xie Xiao? Called you?”

Zhou Yunhui was baffled: ”This is a bit roundabout, why did she call you?”

”I don’t know?”

”At first, I thought it was Professor Xie knowing Lu Cheng, since Lu Cheng did his undergraduate in Han City.”

”But thinking more carefully, Lu Cheng studied at Han City University, and Union Hospital is part of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, they aren’t the same system.”

”Thinking in this way, Lu Cheng’s learning ability, Chen Song, someone from the emergency department couldn’t really summarize it!~”

”It’s just that he’s really getting older...” Tong Yuan’an used his 654 points logical ability to make reasonable speculations.

Zhou Yunhui said: ”It’s meaningless, the foundation is still too poor, there is basically no research base, after all, he’s just a high-level technician.”

”Learning surgery quickly, so what?”

”Our hospital is never short of people who can learn surgery. Is there any surgery we deliberately learn but can’t master?”

”The point is to develop surgeries, to provide hope for patients with incurable diseases, that’s our mission...”

”You should continue on your original path, go to the countryside, teach people some skills there, and let go of other thoughts.”

”Limited temporary ability must be acknowledged, in hand surgery the two world-class masters, Tsuge and Professor Tajima, gifted by destiny, cannot be easily contended with.”

”If you obsess over this, you might obsess over it for a lifetime.” As a mentor, Zhou Yunhui detailed guidance for Tong Yuan’an’s future.

Tong Yuan’an sighed...

...

In the study, Lu Cheng saw the message from Mu Nanshu: ”How did this happen?”

”Why does Professor Tajima’s original measurement data lose to yours?”

Lu Cheng typed a reply: ”I don’t know? All these techniques were taught to me by Professor Tong Yuan’an, he told me, techniques can come from abroad, but are used on our own people.”

”So we must strive for perfection, so I strive for perfection...”

Mu Nanshu sent an audio message: ”So you reached this level? Lu Cheng, when did you become so Versailles?”

Lu Cheng’s mouth showed a smile, his tone calm: ”I’m not Versailles, I really don’t understand.”

”Actually, Professor Tong doesn’t understand either, he hasn’t watched Professor Tajima’s operations in person.”

”The key is, I don’t know the level of the suturing technique performed by Professor Tong either; both groups are blindly working...”

”But it seems, the blind is a bit reckless...”

Mu Nanshu: ”...”
