The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 873: Chapter 873: Severe Warning Punishment

But seeing Ghania Quinlan standing there, looking gentle and tame but actually causing non-stop trouble, and then thinking about the national top scorer of this year’s college entrance exam, Nathalie Quinlan, whom he had heard about in the afternoon, he felt unbearably suffocated.

At the beginning, when it came to choosing between Ghania Quinlan and Nathalie Quinlan, why did he feel that his own niece was superior to Nathalie Quinlan?

Myles Sullivan exhaled the turbid air from his chest, his eyes held back regret and annoyance, but there was nothing he could do as he said solemnly, ”Besides the things that leaked online, are you hiding anything else from us?”

Ghania Quinlan quickly raised her head, filled with embarrassment, but she was already so embarrassed by today’s events that this did not make much difference.

”No, nothing more.”

”Mm.” Myles Sullivan nodded, his expression remained unchanged, and his sharp eyes were cold and merciless. In front of several people, he continued, ”I’ve heard that Tsinghua University will investigate the purchase of online trolls. This matter is not big but not small either... If it hadn’t blown up like that, causing the officials to come forward and explain, it would have just been jealousy and fighting among students, and you wouldn’t have been punished.”

Ghania Quinlan’s heart tightened, her mind was a messy mess, and since he said this, it meant that there was more to come. Originally, there would have been no punishment, but now there would be.

Indeed, she guessed right.

”But...” Myles Sullivan’s tone shifted, his gaze became colder, looking at her like ice shards, ”You escalated the situation to this level and implicated Mr. Norton. Now the situation is different. Initially, Tsinghua University intended to expel you...but your aunt and I spoke with Professor Derliand, and he came forward to speak on your behalf, so now the school’s finalized punishment is almost out. You will receive a disciplinary action.”

Ghania Quinlan suddenly lifted her head; her lips trembled madly, her shoulders and back tensed into a straight line while her neck stiffened.

”A, a disciplinary action?”

She hadn’t even started school at Tsinghua University, and she was already facing disciplinary action?

Ridiculous!

How could she possibly handle three years of university like this!

Initially, Myles Sullivan had hoped she would make a big name for herself at Tsinghua University and subsequently introduce her into Beijing’s elite circles. But who would have thought that even before she entered the university, she would have caused such a scandal? Compared to Ghania Quinlan, he was even more dissatisfied with this outcome, yet he was powerless.

He looked at the girl standing there with a dark gaze, took a deep breath, suppressed the raging fury in his chest, and tried to speak as calmly as he could, ”This is still thanks to Professor Derliand speaking for you. Otherwise, you would have been expelled by Tsinghua University!”

”Fortunately, the official indeed delayed Nathalie Quinlan’s score entry that time, which allowed Professor Derliand to argue that you simply couldn’t stand someone scoring zero in the college entrance exam yet was admitted into Tsinghua University. It was on impulse that you bought online trolls and attacked the school and the school’s reputed professor.”

”Even so, the school’s decision is to record a severe reprimand in your file.”

”If you don’t accept this punishment, I can send you to study abroad; you choose.” Myles Sullivan spoke with a stern tone, his voice very heavy.

”...” Ghania Quinlan bit her lip tightly, her eyes swirling with humiliation.

During this period, online forums at Tsinghua University had hardly mentioned Nathalie Quinlan being the top scorer initially; instead, they focused on her becoming a disciple of Master Steven, winning awards abroad, and more...

She watched as the forum gradually started calling her the ’Top Beauty of Tsinghua,’ and she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t thrilled by that. But following this scandal, and with Nathalie Quinlan scoring top in the college entrance exam, no one mentioned her being the new top beauty among students anymore. Instead, they shifted their attention back to Nathalie Quinlan!

Ghania Quinlan felt an unbearable frustration, like all her efforts were in vain.
