I Am Your Natural Enemy

The two major plans currently in the works by the Scorching Sun Department are both related to Wen Yan.

One involves deploying players to the Great Wilderness using the Server Domain and Zhang Qihui’s White Bone Dao Soldiers.

The fundamental hard conditions are in place, but what’s left is a tedious process, from design to coding, and a series of logistical issues, which are actually very troublesome.

To ensure smooth and stable operation after the start, and to address any problems that arise swiftly, the requirements are indeed high.

Seeing significant progress in just a couple of months is actually quite extraordinary.

The other matter is related to the Moon, because Wen Yan planted a tree there, and another guy is chopping down trees while the Essence of the Bright Moon is gradually dripping onto the Bright Moon, which is bound to lead to changes later.

In the past two months, the focus of the Space Agency’s work has been undergoing subtle adjustments, considering locations suitable for construction, resource issues, security concerns, etc., which are now quietly being prioritized.

The bigwigs in the Space Agency may not have the most detailed intelligence from the Scorching Sun Department, but they are also aware of what the Scorching Sun Department is capable of. As for how they will do it, it remains top secret at this stage.

Among the many plans for the Lunar Base, the cave plan currently holds the highest priority, as it is the first choice stated in the Scorching Sun Department’s reference suggestions.

Simply put, it’s about finding a suitable location, digging directly down, and constructing the entire base and most things underground.

At the time, the Scorching Sun Department only took one look during the first glance, and everyone agreed this plan was good.

Ever since Divine Land went up once, a plan for a moon base quickly followed, coupled with the Spiritual Qi Resurgence. People outside have been suspecting that Divine Land might have discovered something valuable up there.

A fleet of detectors launched by outsiders, whether they land or not, but as long as someone from Divine Land goes up, there will definitely be someone watching.

They cannot let anyone see Gui Hai Yidong crazily building on the lunar surface, making the cave plan naturally the best.

Once started, with Divine Land’s usual speed, the fast construction is just normal, right?

They can even forgo some of the original things, keeping them as backup research options only.

Because of the cost issue, coupled with the Moon’s lower gravity, they initially considered using materials on the lunar surface to construct buildings with lower strength, which actually suffices.

Ultimately, the biggest issue remains the cost.

It’s not that research can’t be done, but all the plans are merely distinctions between being extremely costly and even more costly, forcing a search for cost-effective alternatives to make them viable.

Gold can actually be artificially manufactured, but the manufacturing cost is several orders of magnitude higher than the value of gold itself, making it not worth it.

Many laboratory technologies are just feasibility tests, then left aside, not necessarily meant for application.

Perhaps this technology is just a precursor to other technologies, or perchance, something else is discovered during the research.

In practical application, cost must be considered.

When the greatest cost vanishes, who knows what those researchers might come up with?

The two major operations of the Scorching Sun Department are still being prepared, and Wen Yan has already dug a deep pit again.

A Spirit Monster Ship, simultaneously existing at sea in the real world and at sea in another world.

The ship is essentially a ready-made portal.

The Scorching Sun Department can’t possibly ignore it.

Some research must be initiated, collecting some samples and such.

This ship having entered the Divine Land Central Region, now might never leave.

Originally, the Southern Sea Fleet was merely performing routine tasks, not specifically for escort or anything else.

Now the General Director contacted the top, explained the priority directly, and the sailing direction of the Southern Sea Fleet began to change slightly.

The General Director continued the video conference with several of the leaders from the Three Mountains and Five Ridges, discussing subsequent matters.

Meanwhile, in the actual capital of the Nanyang Union, those who received the Scorching Sun Department’s notice still hadn’t figured out what was happening, but got another message that the Southern Sea Fleet seemed to slightly accelerate and adjusted its direction.

Then, they received another message that a few ships outside the Southern Sea seemed to have also gotten the information, already starting to bypass to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

Within the Nanyang Union, news began to quickly spread to various member states.

Soon, a frequent TV personality made a call.

”Are you insane! I told you yesterday in advance, the Southern Sea Fleet from the north has already moved down.

Don’t provoke anything! Don’t provoke anything! Don’t give them an excuse!

How come you don’t listen at all!

Do you think I don’t know what has been happening recently in the north?

The Scorching Sun Department’s official notice is anything but polite.

It asks us to explain directly, and so many people are watching me, I received three calls before calling you.

All were challenging me, asking me to explain to Eastern University.

How do I explain!

The Southern Sea Fleet has already moved down, and they even say they want to increase necessary security?

How are they increasing it? Sending three carrier fleets?

The sharply dressed ”big shot” is quite exasperated at the moment.

Habitually pulling and leaping is one thing, but now that their fleet is down, jumping and even taking the initiative to attack, are they crazy?
