Chapter 1235: Chapter 532: It Was All Tzeentch’s Plot (Part 3)

With the command of the Master of Destiny, the most powerful of Tzeentch’s demon army gradually emerged from the crystal labyrinth. Tens of thousands of Pink Fear Demons, Screamers flying wildly in the sky, Tzeentch Fire Demons spewing multicolored flames, the deceitful and mutable Deceitful Spirits, loudly screaming heralds, and dozens of Tzeentch Fiery War Chariots, under the leadership of Fate Weaver Carlos, rolled towards the mortal world.

”For the Lord of Change!”

”For Saint Tzeentch!”

........I am the dividing line praising Tzeentch..........

Night falls on the undead army’s camp, within the central army tent.

The Black Knight, the viper of Musillon, Mathew Bade is resting here.

Yesterday, Mathew Bade led a troop of Black Knights attempting to attack Lorne’s supply line, but after multiple assaults on the supply line, Lorne had learned his lesson. He led a team of Kingdom Knights and the Imperial Musketeer Battalion to ambush, severely wounding Mathew Bade and his Black Knight Legion.

Mathew Bade’s body was struck by musket fire, he suffered a mild injury, and was forced to retreat.

The unfavorable battlefield situation caused him to toss and turn, unable to sleep. Thinking about Musillon’s plight made Mathew Bade anxious, he reached out to touch the gunshot wound on his shoulder, knowing that if this dragged on, he would lose.

He cannot lose! He wants revenge! He wants to uncover the conspiracy of the Lake Jade Pool!

”Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!” Mathew Bade roared, he pounded the bedstead fiercely, the sturdy bedstead was smashed with a large hole. He was carefully thinking about how to break the stalemate.

The letter sealed with Duke Theodoric’s Ring has been sent to Brittania people’s camp, but this plan cannot be implemented so quickly because the real Duke Theodoric is still temporarily being held in the Lake Fairy Nunnery of Bastogne, and if he wants to leave the monastery, he needs to apply and gather personnel to the front line. If the plan starts immediately, it will inevitably arouse suspicion from several dukes.

Therefore, Mathew Bade must endure through this time, but he is struggling to hold on. Lorne’s offensive is becoming increasingly fierce, the opponent is eager to have a decisive battle with him.

What to do? He cannot retreat, cannot engage in a decisive battle, the time left to him is running out. If he cannot quickly defeat Lorne’s army, once the Knightly Army of Sharp-Top Palace with Laine there catches a breath, he will truly fall into a desperate situation.

In a muddled thought, Mathew Bade gradually fell asleep.

In the dream, he arrived at a crystal labyrinth.

At the center of the labyrinth, concealed from those lacking mad insight to find it, stood a majestic impossible fortress. From the core of the fortress, pink and blue flames twisted and erupted from the twinned spires and towers. These existed merely for a heartbeat of time, then flickered and disappeared, replaced by an even more insane structure. Gates, windows, and enticing doorways yawned open like hungry mouths, then suddenly closed the next moment, shutting off all entrances.

”Where is this?” Mathew Bade asked confusingly.

A two-headed monster bird flew from the sky, whispering towards Mathew Bade: ”Mortal, you need my help!”

”Help?”

”Yes, you need me, you need the power of the Lord of Change to help you through this crisis.”

”No! I know what you are, I will not accept your help!” Mathew Bade immediately recognized what the other was, he immediately retorted: ”Never!”

”No, no, no, young mortal, we just want to propose a bargain. We can each get what we need, you can rid yourself of your dilemma, and we will get what we want. Once done, you will still be the Duke of Musillon, and we will have no further contact.” The two-headed monster bird enticingly whispered.

Mathew Bade wanted to retort, but some part of his mind stopped him from doing so. Considering his predicament and his wounds, he involuntarily said: ”I will not believe you! Never.”

”But... tell me, what do you want to gain?”

”We can help you... deal with Laine Macado!”

”Then... what is the price?”
