Chapter 2432: Chapter 2433: Didn’t Feel It

Although Ning Zihan helps take care of Ning Tongzhou, the baby, Ning Zihan is quite unsatisfied because An Baobei still focuses almost all her energy on their son Ning Tongzhou.

Ning Zihan feels he should address this phenomenon and have a proper talk with An Baobei.

One day, while their son was asleep, Ning Zihan said to An Baobei without any expression, ”Honey, don’t you feel sorry for me?”

An Baobei felt puzzled, ”Why would I feel sorry for you?”

”You always focus on our son. What about me?”

An Baobei burst into laughter, ”Are you jealous of our son? But I’m not ignoring you. Besides, you’re all grown up, do I still need to take care of you?”

”You didn’t understand what I meant. By ’care,’ I don’t mean taking care of me!” He was grown up, did he need her to take care of him? He should take care of her more like!

”Then what do you mean?”

”Figure it out yourself.” Ning Zihan was so upset that he didn’t want to talk and his tone wasn’t good.

An Baobei hurried to coax him, holding onto his neck, ”Darling, didn’t you say not to bottle things up? Just tell me directly; I’m really slow, I can’t figure it out.”

Ning Zihan just snorted.

”Honey~” An Baobei acted cute and kissed Ning Zihan.

Only then did Ning Zihan’s expression soften. He hugged her waist, buried his face in her neck, and said sullenly, ”It feels like there’s only our son in your heart now.”

”Pfft.” An Baobei burst out laughing. When did her husband become so childish? Clearly, she had made him feel this way lately.

”You’re still laughing?” As soon as he heard her laugh, Ning Zihan’s expression turned very unpleasant, and he glared at her.

An Baobei quickly stopped laughing and pacified him, ”The baby is still so little, so I focus all my attention on him. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have a place in my heart. I still like you just as much as before.”

”I don’t feel it.” Ning Zihan immediately replied. Still quite childish.

An Baobei almost wanted to laugh out loud again, but she held it in, ”So what would make you feel it?”

Ning Zihan’s eyes immediately lit up, and he eagerly said, ”Let’s send our son to Dad for a few days. Dad is alone anyway, and he wants to help take care of him.”

An Baobei couldn’t hold it in anymore and burst out laughing, ”You used to say my dad left the kid for me to take care of, and now you’re thinking about leaving him for your dad.”

Ning Zihan wasn’t embarrassed at all and said seriously, ”Only now do I understand how your dad felt back then.”

”Pfft!” An Baobei laughed and fell into Ning Zihan’s arms. She finally managed to stop laughing and said, ”The baby is still too little. Let’s wait a bit until he can crawl, and then we’ll let Dad take care of him for a few days, okay?”

It was a promise of sorts, so Ning Zihan reluctantly agreed, ”Okay.”

An Baobei gave him a peck and then said, ”Don’t act childish anymore. Although you are adorable like this, being jealous of our son will make people laugh.”

”Do I care about that?”

”I know you don’t care, but I’m worried our son might think you don’t like him. He’s growing up day by day.” Seeing Ning Zihan open his mouth to deny it, An Baobei quickly added, ”Don’t deny it. Don’t think I can’t tell, you don’t quite like kids.”

”Cough...” Ning Zihan coughed awkwardly, feeling a bit uneasy, ”I’ve been trying very hard to like him.”
