Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 532: Chapter 363: Thorough Plan

What he mentioned about distributing equipment is not that simple.

Armor and weapons, which can provide them some combat capability when facing mutated creatures, are secondary. After all, people who have survived up to now, at least half of them should have a set of blue-grade leather armor.

Blue-grade leather armor, similar to Zhao Xiaochuan’s ability, reduces the chance of being detected by enemies, making it very suitable for this gathering action. They don’t need to fight mutated creatures; they just need to avoid them.

Xu Xin has plenty of blue-grade beast hides and bones. If they don’t have any, it’s no problem to make a set for them.

Distributing equipment to them is for them to acquire the treehouse core!

The treehouse core that everyone can have is strategic material!

However, although extracting the treehouse doesn’t require advanced tools and only takes time, chopping down the treehouse’s floor requires an iron axe of blue-grade or above.

In other words, if they want to dig out the treehouse core and bring back the chopped treehouse...

They must distribute one blue-grade iron axe to each person!

Moreover, this iron axe cannot be immediately reused because once the treehouse core is excavated, the treehouse dies and cannot be traded back. So, realistically, every person needs one blue-grade iron axe.

Meaning, everyone who wants to come will cost them a piece of blue-grade iron.

This consumption is not small...

However, Xu Xin can accept this. Exchanging one piece of blue-grade iron for a treehouse core is a good deal.

But this means they must publicly reveal the secret of the treehouse core.

He doesn’t know if anyone in other regions knows about the treehouse core, but once it’s revealed, even if they explain to the people in the area not to spread this information, with over 3000 people, words will leak out for various reasons.

So, the question to consider now is whether to disclose to the whole world the method of acquiring the treehouse core.

This is indeed very troubling.

At this time, Ji Chaoyang sent a message in the channel: ”Everyone, please remain calm. We will definitely give you an answer before dawn.”

”I’m relieved to hear that from the big shot!”

”Awesome, I’ll get to see the big shots today!”

”Can those who aren’t going receive this equipment?”

”Isn’t it too much to freeload on the equipment without going?”

At this moment, Ji Chaoyang also sent him a voice call. His watch vibrated, making the two women look over.

He connected the voice call.

”Xu Xin, we need Li Wenxi’s help with this matter.”

”Me?” Li Wenxi heard her name and was a bit curious.

”Squeak?” Keke, who was using her paws to hold chopsticks and eat, also turned to look.

Xu Xin knew what he wanted to say, it was definitely about the treehouse core.

The blue-grade iron axe, it depends on Li Wenxi’s materials.

He asked, ”Are you sure you want to reveal this matter?”

”Are you going to give up the cores of so many people? Even if they don’t come now, they will come later. As more people come, we obviously can’t personally bring them back every time. This matter must be told to them, or like those who acted on their own yesterday, they will waste their treehouse core.”

Xu Xin nodded: ”You’re right, then let’s tell them. Hmm... I have an idea, see what you think.”

They had previously discussed the pros and cons of revealing the treehouse core to regions outside.

Telling the outside region has certain benefits too. There’s no need to discuss it further here.

Since it’s already decided to inform them, let’s discuss the distribution of equipment.

His idea is to have all the survivors who truly intend to come now to find people of the [Explorers] to confirm their identity.

After confirming their identity, they will inform these people how to acquire the treehouse core, and then distribute each with a blue-grade iron axe for acquiring the treehouse core.

Forget about selling blue-grade iron axes, after all, they might not have anything we need, and the prices of blue-grade metal tools are not something an average person can afford.

If they don’t have a blue-grade leather armor set, they can also be provided with one for defense; if they don’t have weapons, they can even be provided with iron weapons.

However, acquiring resources from them is not free.

They, the [Explorers], are not a charity organization. Everything they do is to bring other survivors here to survive together and increase the chance of surviving to the end.

So, they need to see that the person who gets their resources is removed from the region’s list within an hour.

Indeed, removed from the list.

Once a treehouse is chopped, the name will immediately disappear from the region’s list!

As for whether they can come after being removed, that’s up to themselves.

If someone hasn’t been removed or regrets, then either return the equipment or be blacklisted directly by the Explorers.

They, the [Explorers], will never help this person again and will categorize them as an enemy, notifying the entire regional channel.

Deceiving them will naturally have consequences.

This also restricts those who want to come but want to freeload their weapons and equipment.

Otherwise, if a bunch of people want to freeload, even Li Wenxi’s resource bank can’t sustain it.
