Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

She immediately glared at him fiercely: ”Zhang Jingdong, you’re... you’re getting more and more audacious!”

Zhang Jingdong then leaned in a bit closer, his gaze even more intense: ”I was already quite audacious when I was teaching you how to play earlier. Once I win against Ye Yuting later, I’ll be even more audacious tonight.”

”Dear, to be honest, I really enjoy hearing you say the word audacious; it seems to ignite the greatest passion and drive in me to give you a lesson.”

”You...”

Although Ye Jinyan was a bit angry, firstly, they were in front of a lot of people, and secondly, she oddly enjoyed this back and forth with Zhang Jingdong.

Zhang Jingdong naturally noticed this, so he immediately kissed her again, then said dotingly: ”Don’t be mad. Although I’m audacious, I’ll definitely be gentle; I like you so much after all.”

Ye Jinyan, experiencing love for the first time, couldn’t resist this top-notch tactic of a little aggression followed by a sweet gesture, and her anger quickly dissipated.

With both embarrassment and joy, she gave Zhang Jingdong a sideways glance: ”Hmph... I’ll ignore you!”

With that, she slightly turned her head away.

Zhang Jingdong was just about to continue teasing her when Ye Yuting said, ”Boss Zhang, are you ready? Can we start?”

Zhang Jingdong had to temporarily let Ye Jinyan go, turned around, and smiled freely: ”Of course, let’s start.”

Then they all went together to the starting point of the track.

They each got into their cars, and after a bit of preparation, Ye Yuting pretended to suddenly remember something and said: ”Oh right, Boss Zhang, we forgot to discuss something. Are we doing the best of three, or just one round to decide the winner?”

Zhang Jingdong casually said: ”You decide, I’m fine with anything!”

”In that case, let’s keep it simple, one round to decide the winner, how about that?”

”No problem, agreed!”

”Boss Zhang is certainly straightforward, then let’s do it!”

Soon after, with the sound of the starting gun, all five cars sped off.

After a dozen seconds, as they were rounding the first corner, Ye Yuting, who was at the front, signaled to her sisters closest to her to block Zhang Jingdong according to the pre-race plan.

But their response was: ”He doesn’t seem to have kept up!”

Ye Yuting was momentarily stunned.

She quickly turned to look back, only to find that Zhang Jingdong really hadn’t kept up, and was a whole straightaway behind them!

”Yu Ting, what should we do? Should we wait for him here?”

Ye Yuting shook her head: ”No, that would be too obvious! Just keep following me, and when he catches up, we’ll tangle with him then.”

”Okay.”

In the following three minutes or so, Zhang Jingdong remained at the back.

But he wasn’t too far behind, always about four to five seconds back.

Ye Yuting suddenly realized that Zhang Jingdong was indeed a sly one, oh no, a cunning one.

But she wasn’t flustered at all.

Because the last part of the track was two consecutive corners followed by a straight, and if Zhang Jingdong wanted to overtake, it would basically be at these three spots, so she could have her sisters block him there.

Another two minutes passed, and seeing they were approaching the final consecutive corners, Ye Yuting saw that Zhang Jingdong was still steadily trailing at the back and was a bit puzzled.

So she couldn’t help but loudly taunt: ”Boss Zhang, seems like you’re about to admit defeat on your own!”

Zhang Jingdong laughed heartily: ”Yeah, since you’re the sister of Ye Jinyan, I’ve wanted to give you that 10 million from the start!”

Ye Yuting was immediately pleased: ”Really? Well then, since you’re so generous, I’ll humbly accept...”

With that, she began to accelerate.

Zhang Jingdong then said: ”Ye Yuting, I already told you I planned to lose to you, why are you accelerating? Not leaving any face for me?”

Ye Yuting replied confidently: ”Sorry, my mom taught me from a young age not to trust even a punctuation mark from you men!”

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but laugh: ”I must say, your mom is indeed a wise woman...”

Saying that, Zhang Jingdong suddenly began to accelerate.

Ye Yuting, seeing this, quickly said: ”I knew you couldn’t be trusted, Lanlan, it’s up to you guys!”

”Yu Ting, don’t worry, since Boss Zhang is going back on his word, we’ll help him keep his promise... Oh no...”

But before she could finish speaking, Zhang Jingdong had already overtaken all three of their cars in the middle of the first corner.

”Yu Ting, he’s... he’s too good, we couldn’t stop him!”

Ye Yuting didn’t even look back, saying in a low voice: ”It’s okay, I can handle him myself!”

Just as she finished speaking, she had already passed the last corner, leaving only the final stretch of straight.

At this point, she couldn’t help but turn her head to see what was happening behind her.

But just as she turned, she suddenly noticed that Zhang Jingdong had somehow also passed the last corner, arriving on the straight, and was at most three car lengths away.

Ye Yuting was instantly flustered and quickly turned back to accelerate.

Unfortunately, it was too late!

Just as she slammed on the accelerator, Zhang Jingdong’s car whisked past her and quickly crossed the finish line.

Ye Yuting was almost questioning her life at this moment!

Because she had obtained an A-level racing license herself and even participated in professional racing competitions, although it was a friendly match at the time, her current racing skills were at quite a high level.

Unless she encountered those truly professional racers, she would never lose.

But the way Zhang Jingdong overtook her in that last section felt like an outright single-sided defeat, indicating that even among professional racers, his skills would be of an exceptionally high level.
