Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Although Ye Jinyan found it hard to accept, she had to admit that Zhang Jingdong had a point.

Zhang Jingdong saw that she seemed to have thought it through, so he tried to hold her hand once more.

This time, she didn’t pull away.

Zhang Jingdong lightly rubbed her hand with his thumb and smiled with satisfaction, ”That’s right, it has to be completely natural.”

”Besides that, you need to pay attention to your gaze.”

”When you look at me, don’t be so guarded and aloof like before. You should look at me as if you’re admiring your favorite landscape painting, with genuine affection from the heart.”

”Of course, you can also get mad at me, but it has to be based on affection.”

Ye Jinyan bit her lip, ”I... I’ll try my best to do all that, but you... you better not go too far!”

Zhang Jingdong readily agreed, ”Of course, I have professional ethics. Acting is acting, but I will definitely keep things in check. I guarantee it with my integrity!”

Although Ye Jinyan didn’t trust his integrity at all, since he said so, she felt slightly reassured.

Soon the four of them finished their meal.

As they left the private room, Ye Jinyan said to Lin Qiuyue, ”You must not mention today’s events to anyone, remember!”

Lin Qiuyue thought to herself, even if I don’t say anything, everyone will still find out in the future.

But she still reassured, ”Don’t worry, I will definitely keep it to myself!”

Downstairs, in the car, Ye Jinyan made a phone call.

About twenty minutes later, they arrived at Hang City Tower.

Zhang Jingdong hesitated, ”We’re here?”

Ye Jinyan turned and said, ”Let’s pick out a couple of outfits for you first.”

Zhang Jingdong suddenly understood, then replied, ”In that case, make sure you pick nice ones for me this time.”

”Don’t worry, you’re pretending to be my boyfriend this time. If I make you look bad, it would be my image that’s ruined.”

Zhang Jingdong held her hand, ”I’m not too happy with that comment. Say it differently!”

Ye Jinyan paused, then indignantly said, ”You’re already handsome as it is; whatever you wear looks good. Is that okay?”

Zhang Jingdong suddenly reached out and tweaked her cute nose, ”Keep this in mind, don’t let it happen again!”

Ye Jinyan never expected him to be so bold as to touch her face!

Just as she was about to get angry with him, Zhang Jingdong preemptively said, ”What, did you forget what we talked about earlier?”

Ye Jinyan’s anger dissipated halfway, but she couldn’t help saying, ”But... you still can’t be too forward; you... you’re not allowed to randomly touch me!”

Zhang Jingdong laughed, ”Relax, I know my limits. Just touching your face, it’s nothing for a couple. I promise I won’t overstep anymore, okay?”

Ye Jinyan gave him a stern look and then stepped out of the car.

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but laugh, letting out a long breath before following her out of the car.

They entered Hang City Tower, took the elevator upstairs, and arrived at the Armani counter.

Zhang Jingdong originally thought that now that he had money, he enjoyed VIP treatment when visiting major brand counters.

But it was only now, coming with Ye Jinyan, that he understood what real VIP treatment was.

The huge counter was empty of customers, and the general agent of Armani in Hang City personally led the store manager and eight beautiful saleswomen in a row at the entrance, all bowing and greeting, ”Welcome, Mr. Ye, to our store!”

Ye Jinyan seemed accustomed to this, nodding at everyone and leading Zhang Jingdong inside the store while saying to the general agent, ”Mr. Liu, please show me all your new men’s collections for this year!”

”Sure, please wait a moment!”

Before long, the general agent, the store manager, and the eight beautiful saleswomen each brought over a set of well-matched men’s clothing.

Ye Jinyan rose to look, then turned to Zhang Jingdong and pointed to a white suit and a black casual outfit, ”What do you think of these two styles?”

Zhang Jingdong glanced over and nodded, ”Hmm, both are quite good!”

Ye Jinyan then said to the general agent, ”I want these two styles, two sets each in black, white, and blue.”

”Certainly.”

Ye Jinyan glanced at Zhang Jingdong’s shoes, then said, ”You don’t like wearing leather shoes?”

Zhang Jingdong replied with a deep meaning, ”Though I don’t like them, I can make an exception for you tonight.”

Ye Jinyan smiled softly, ”So generous?”

”It has to be!”

Ye Jinyan then instructed the general agent, ”Please show me the new collection of men’s loafers for this year.”

”Certainly.”

Before long, they brought out seven or eight pairs of loafers.

Ye Jinyan pointed to the two styles in the middle, ”How about these two?”

Zhang Jingdong nodded again, ”They’re fine.”

Ye Jinyan then instructed the general agent, ”I’ll take these two styles as well, two pairs each in black, white, and blue.”

”Certainly.”

Ye Jinyan then asked Zhang Jingdong, ”What color do you prefer tonight?”

Zhang Jingdong casually replied, ”This is my debut as your boyfriend, so naturally, I should be the white prince!”

A hint of shyness flashed in Ye Jinyan’s eyes, ”Then why don’t you go put on a white outfit now.”

Zhang Jingdong smiled and nodded, then went to the fitting room guided by two beautiful saleswomen.

Soon, when Zhang Jingdong emerged from the fitting room, everyone present was struck at once!

There was no helping it: whether his looks, body, or aura, this guy was the legendary white knight!

Ye Jinyan had initially thought he was already incredibly handsome in traditional attire, but now in a suit, he was unbelievably dashing!
