Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Ye Jinyan rolled her eyes at her indulgently, ”You’re so reckless!”

”Of course, I’m not nearly as well-behaved as my dear sister...”

Ye Yuting said as she turned her head towards Zhang Jingdong, ”Sister, who is this?”

Ye Jinyan’s face instantly turned red, ”He... he’s my boyfriend.”

”Boyfriend!?” Ye Yuting was instantly taken aback, ”How... how is that possible? You’re joking, right?”

”Yesterday when we talked on the phone, you emphasized how single you were, so how did he become your boyfriend today? Sister, this doesn’t seem like your way of doing things at all.”

Ye Jinyan forced herself to stay calm, ”Actually, we’ve known each other for some time now. He previously invested in my company, and recently, we’ve completed several projects together, so we’ve gotten to know each other better.”

”He confessed to me today, and I accepted. When you called me earlier, I thought about it and decided to bring him along.”

Ye Yuting quickly processed what Ye Jinyan said and caught the most crucial information.

”Sister, you just said he invested in your company?”

Ye Jinyan had mentioned that on purpose because she knew Zhang Jingdong’s financial strength was the first step in convincing her family that he was her boyfriend.

So she nodded, ”Yes.”

Ye Yuting suddenly lowered her voice, ”How much did he invest in you?”

Ye Jinyan didn’t hesitate, ”Overall... nearly a hundred million US Dollars.”

”A hundred million US Dollars!?”

Ye Yuting was so shocked that she nearly shouted, drawing the attention of some nearby people.

”Sister, you’re not exaggerating for him, are you?”

”Do you think I would exaggerate for him? Today, we’ve already finalized an investment project with Ali, and he invested 50 million US Dollars just in this project. If you don’t believe me, you can follow up when Ali’s financing information is released in a few days.”

Hearing this, Ye Yuting saw that Ye Jinyan didn’t seem to be joking, and she looked at Zhang Jingdong with curiosity, ”Handsome, what’s your last name?”

”Congratulations, Host, for successfully being approached by the target character, earning a reward of 10,000 yuan.”

Although Ye Yuting’s tone was somewhat unfriendly, her looks, figure, and temperament were almost on par with Ye Jinyan.

She just seemed a bit immature, which, in some other context, wouldn’t be a flaw at all.

So he didn’t mind and said casually, ”My last name is Zhang, I’m Zhang Jingdong.”

”Zhang?” Ye Yuting quickly thought and asked, ”Are you from that Zhang Family in Shanghai?”

Zhang Jingdong instantly understood what she was implying and replied, ”I’m not from a prestigious family; my hometown is a small county.”

Ye Yuting was momentarily confused, ”How old are you this year?”

”20.”

”20!?” Ye Yuting was practically questioning reality, ”Then... at such a young age, where did you get that hundred million US Dollars? Did you inherit it from an overseas uncle?”

Zhang Jingdong was amused by her line of thinking, ”I don’t have an uncle, but I have many skills and I’m very good at making money. I earned that hundred million US Dollars myself.”

”But... you’re only 20 years old, what industry are you in?”

”I’m involved in many industries now, including a real estate company, a music company, a film company, and a fashion design company...”

Ye Yuting interrupted, ”You have a film company? What movies has your film company made?”

”My company was just founded a few months ago, and we’re currently shooting our first movie. It’ll probably be finished in half a month and should be released by the end of this year.”

Ye Yuting felt she had found a flaw, so she continued, ”What about your music company? It wouldn’t be just starting and recording its first singer, would it?”

Zhang Jingdong chuckled and shook his head, ”My music company was indeed started a few months ago, but making music is easier than making movies, and I got lucky, my first signed artist became a hit.”

”A hit?” Ye Yuting’s eyes flashed with teasing, ”And who is this so-called hit singer?”

”Her name is Xiao Fei, do you know her?”

”Xiao Fei!?”

Ye Yuting was shocked again, ”She... you’re... actually Xiao Fei’s boss...”

Saying this, Ye Yuting suddenly recalled something and then scrutinized Zhang Jingdong carefully, hesitantly saying, ”You really do look a lot like her boss... and you and Xiao Fei... as far as I know, your relationship isn’t ordinary, is it?”

By the last sentence, Ye Yuting’s tone had almost turned into an interrogation.

She also saw a way to get him away from her sister.

If Zhang Jingdong dared to deny it, she could immediately find intimate photos of him and Xiao Fei to counter him.

However, to her surprise, Zhang Jingdong nodded directly, ”That’s right, Xiao Fei is my girlfriend, and your sister knows about it.”

”Wha... what!?”

Ye Yuting was instantly and completely at a loss!

She turned her head towards Ye Jinyan in shock, ”Sister, what he said...”

Ye Jinyan had already known on the plane that Zhang Jingdong was quite the philanderer, which was largely why she hadn’t agreed to be with him.

But honestly, after spending time with him today, she had vaguely started to accept it; otherwise, she wouldn’t have let him pretend to be her boyfriend.

Besides, in such a situation, it wasn’t the right time to expose Zhang Jingdong; otherwise, her plan would unravel before it even started.
