Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Keeping an eye on the grand elder of the half spirit race as his pseudo domain evolved into a true domain and began the process of merging together with his soul, Xuan Hao ended up spending the rest of the day watching over him together with the rest of the elders in the sect. Excited at the birth of a new Domain Lord Realm Expert, as it would once again increase the strength of the Star Shattering Sect.

Of course, compared to everyone else, the ones most affected by the grand elder of the half spirit race reaching the Domain Lord Realm were the members of the half spirit race who had joined the Star Shattering Sect. After all, with the birth of a Domain Lord Realm Expert among them, their status in the Star Shattering Sect would be more stable in the future.

Even if they hadn’t experienced any form of suppression or restrictions after joining the Star Shattering Sect, they also understood the fact that things would not be like this if they decided to venture outside the Star Shattering Sect in the future. If they wanted to continue staying strong even when venturing outside the Shattered Star Peaks, they would at least need the strength to back it up… And the grand elder reaching the Domain Lord Realm could be considered the first step in this direction.

”Looks like everything’s settled…” Not paying too much attention to the excited members of the half spirit races and other elders of the sect, Xuan Hao just smiled slightly after the grand elder of the half spirit race finished his breakthrough without encountering any problems before focusing attention on some of the people who had shown up to witness the breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm.

Outside of the few Domain Lord Realm Experts and the more powerful Nascent Sou Realm elders close to the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm of the sect, Xuan Hao noticed both Chu Yang and Qing Yi had also appeared at some point in time. Fully absorbed in observing the grand elder of the half spirit race as he began the process of stabilizing his domain and taking control over it after his breakthrough.

I see… Both of them should be trying to learn as much as possible now that they themselves are about to reach the Domain Lord Realm…

Thinking this to himself as he saw the two eagerly approaching Feng Chen and Shu Yao to ask them about the situation to get a better insight as to what had happened from them, Xuan Hao could not help feeling his lips twitching in annoyance.

No matter how much help Feng Chen and Shu Yao could provide them with-

Feeling his thoughts going off in a rather unusual direction, Xuan Hao quickly shook his head and turned his attention back towards the grand elder of the half spirit race before using his divine sense to find out what kind of domain he had formed and what dao it was related to.

Dao of Wind? No… It should just be related to the Dao of Wind to some extent... Noticing the weak presence of the Dao of Wind in the newly established domain, Xuan Hao first thought that it was a wind domain, but quickly changed his mind after sensing the presence of several different Daos in the domain.

Hm… The Dao of Wind is by far the clearest, but there is also a trace of the Dao of Water, Lightning and… Chaos!? What kind of domain did this old man comprehend!? Feeling the presence of four distinct Daos in the domain, Xuan Hao could not help narrowing his eyes with a hint of shock flashing through them. During the process of the breakthrough, he hadn’t paid too much attention to the domain as it expanded and grew in power and just felt like it should be something related to the Dao of Wind and the Dao of Water, with a tiny bit of lightning mixed in.

Even if he had expected the domain of the old man to be mixed and not a pure domain like the sword domain he had established back when he broke through to the Domain Lord Realm in the past, he had never expected to sense the existence of more than three different Daos in the domain. Especially the Dao of Chaos.

Faint as it might be, the Dao of Chaos was still a Dao that was among the most difficult to comprehend. Even though the old grand elder of the half spirit race hadn’t truly comprehended the Dao of Chaos, the faint presence of the Dao of Chaos in his domain symbolized that he had a very real chance to comprehend the Dao of Chaos in the future.

Rumble~!

As Xuan Hao was lost in his own thoughts trying to figure out just what kind of domain the grand elder of the half spirit race had managed to comprehend, a loud rumbling sound echoed out around the old man as his domain covered the area a few hundred meters around him. Giving Xuan Hao and the rest of the people present a perfect chance to analyze the domain-

Ah! A Tempest Domain?

And it was only a few seconds after this that Xuan Hao managed to figure out what kind of domain the old man from the half spirit race had managed to construct.

A Tempest Domain.

Although it wasn’t something unheard of, it was by far one of the rarest domains from the information he had managed to gather on different domains so far. According to some of the limited information he had on the Blue Sea Empire, one of their Celestial Immortal Ancestors was rumored to have a Tempest Domain.

Of course, this information wasn’t that reliable and came from some rumors that Yi Min had stumbled on when she had searched for information about powerful people in the Blue Sea Empire during her more adventurous days.

Even then, it spoke to the power associated with the domain!

The only thing that was a bit concerning was the fact that the domain involved four different Daos and would be harder to advance compared to a normal domain- Not to mention the fact that most people would only choose the path of comprehending a single dao upon reaching the Soul Ascension Realm and continue doing so until they broke through to the Earth Immortal Realm.

Hm? Maybe the old man is more suited for the Dao Domain Lord Realm compared to following the path of the Soul Ascension Realm. Even if he isn’t able to reach the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, just reaching the Intermediate Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm should be sufficient for him to reach the Earth Immortal Realm…

Suddenly realizing that the first person with the potential to enter the Dao Domain Lord Realm outside of himself was not one of his own disciples, but instead the old man from the half spirit race, Xuan Hao had no idea how to react as he could only throw this matter to the back of his mind.

For now, even if the old man had the potential to enter the Dao Domain Lord Realm and Xuan Hao wouldn’t really mind teaching him, he would first have to reach the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm before any of this…

Whoosh~

Having found out what he wanted and with the tempest domain no longer needing him to restrain it, Xuan Hao didn’t bother to continue staying and observe how the old man from the half spirit race slowly managed to take control of his own domain as it was in the process of merging together with his soul.

The only people who could gain something from watching something like this were his two disciples and the group of elders in the Nascent Soul Realm who had gathered from all over the sect at this point in time.

Of course, to ensure the safety of these elders in case something went wrong, and the domain ended up going out of control again for some reason, Shu Yao, Feng Chen, and Zu Fei all decided to remain as well.

Although, the reason why three Domain Lord Realm Experts were needed to restrain the domain of a newly advanced Domain Lord Realm Expert was a mystery that only the three knew the answer to… Maybe they had also heard rumors about the power of the tempest domain and thus ended up deciding that it was for the best that more of them were around in case something that one Domain Lord Realm Expert couldn’t deal with appeared- Or it could be a completely different reason that was unrelated to the safety of the elders eagerly watching the old man from the half spirit race in the process of merging together with his domain.

No matter what it was, it was certain that the elders present would be safe no matter what ended up happening…
