Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

”Squeak?” Arriving on top of one of the towers acting as part of the formation guarding the Iron Sky Kingdom just as the cultivators outside began showing signs of attacking, the rabbit demon beast could not help tilting its head in confusion while looking down at them. Not understanding why these humans had suddenly decided to attack the Iron Sky Kingdom all of a sudden. Especially considering that most of the humans were only in the Core Formation Realm with a few of them being in the Nascent Soul and Domain Lord Realm.

”Attack!”

Hearing a loud roar from the back of the charging humans just at this moment, the rabbit demon beast could not help narrowing its eyes as it spotted a middle-aged man standing in the back with a confident expression on his face while commanding the weaker humans to attack the Iron Sky Kingdom.

Of course, the thing that caught the rabbit demon beat’s attention was not the fact that the middle-aged man was signaling for the weaker humans to attack, but because he was one of three Soul Ascension Realm Experts that it had spotted earlier when it had used its divine sense to check out the situation at the border for itself.

Even if the human was weak in the eyes of the rabbit demon beast, it still understood that he was far too strong for the chew toy or any of the other humans in the Iron Sky Kingdom to deal with.

”Squeak!”

Swish-!

For this reason, the rabbit demon beast didn’t waste any time after seeing the middle-aged man and directly jumped towards. Intending to end things as fast as possible so it could get back to enjoying spirit stones back in the large comfy beds of the main palace.

”Huh?”

As a result, the middle-aged man in the Third Tribulation of the Soul Ascension Realm had no time to react before two very soft looking rabbit feet appeared directly in front of him-

Smack!

Crack-!

Soon making direct contact with his face. Sending him straight into the ground, creating a crater thousands of meters across.

”Wha-!?”

”General!” ”Boss!”

Seeing their commander being smacked into the ground, the cultivators charging forward froze on the spot before anxiously calling out to him. Not understanding what had just happened.

Boom-boom-boom!

However, before they had time to find out where their commander had gone, the loud sound of fighting echoed out beneath them before the ground below their feet started cracking apart. Revealing a large underground cavern beneath them where their commander was engaged in a battle with what looked like a small cotton ball- Or to be more accurate, their commander was currently in the process of being beaten up by the small fluffy looking cotton ball.

””General!”” Seeing this situation, the two remaining Soul Ascension Realm Experts who had only gone through a single tribulation finally reacted as they jumped into the underground cavern to help their general.

”Squeak!”

Unfortunately for them, the rabbit demon beast didn’t feel the slightest bit afraid when it noticed the two joining the fight. Instead, it decided to use all of its strength to deal with them. Soon displaying a speed beyond what it had used to outrun a group of Peak Soul Ascension Realm demon beasts in the past.

”This… What realm is this demon beast- ”

Bang!

Seeing the terrifying speed of the rabbit demon beast, the general had no time to finish his sentence before the familiar feeling of the rabbit demon beast’s feet on his face interrupted him, while at the same time sending him flying into one of his two subordinates rushing over to help.

”Ugh!”

Being directly hit by his general’s body, the subordinate in question had no time to react as he was knocked into the wall of the cavern before finding himself fighting off the powerful qi from the rabbit demon beast that had been contained in the earlier attack.

Although he wasn’t the one being targeted by the attack, his general had tried to reflect most of the qi when he had been hit by the rabbit demon beast, thus resulting in most of the qi from the attack ending up on him.

A truly unfortunate outcome, as he had no way to fight against the terrifying qi of the rabbit demon beast and could only try his best to resist it and wait for the qi to naturally disperse.

Whoosh-!

At the same time, the rabbit demon beast wasted no time in rushing towards the second Soul Ascension Realm Expert who had rushed into the cavern to try and help out the general.

”Wha-”

BANG!

Giving him no time to react, as it used all of its strength to smash headfirst into the man. Sending him into the ceiling of the underground cavern, causing large cracks to spread in all directions before the entire ceiling.

Rumble~!

By the time that the general and the other Soul Ascension Realm Expert managed to recover, the underground cavern had already started collapsing in on itself, while the Soul Ascension Realm Expert who had been unlucky enough to face the full power of the rabbit demon beast had already died. His lifeless body slowly fell down from the cave ceiling before being buried beneath the rocks and dirt from the collapsing cave.

”Ah!? The ground is disappearing!?”

”What is happening!?”

”Help! I can’t die like this!”

”No! Help me!”

At the same time aboveground, the large number of cultivators who had essentially frozen on the spot in reaction to the disappearance of their commander and the subsequent cracks in the ground revealing the commander in question engulfed in battle with what could only be described as a cotton ball, were rudely awoken by the ground beneath them suddenly disappearing.

Even though the weakest among them had reached the Core Formation Realm, they couldn’t survive falling from any height and the height of the cavern just so happened to be within the parameters that would end up killing most Core Formation Realm Experts…

Swish-!

Not paying any attention to the fearful screams of the cultivators above, the rabbit demon beast turned around and dashed towards the two remaining Soul Ascension Realm Experts. Not intending to give them a chance to realize how bad their current situation was and give them a chance to escape.

Although the rabbit demon beast was confident in being able to chase them down, it was also understood that this would take a long time. Especially considering that one of the two humans left happened to have reached the Third Tribulation of the Soul Ascension Realm. Catching him would at least take another minute or two!

BOOOOOOM-!

As a result, a terrifying explosion soon echoed out inside the already crumbling cavern as the rabbit demon beast decided to use all of its strength to attack the middle-aged man and his subordinate. Taking full advantage of its terrifying speed to reach both of them before they had the time to put up a proper defense. Killing them without giving them a chance to try and run away.

”Squeak~!”

Confirming that all of the Soul Ascension Realm Experts were dead, the rabbit demon beast didn’t bother with the rest of the cultivators now trying their best not to fall into the cavern that had opened up beneath them-

Whoosh~!

Leaving the place before any of them had the time to realize that their commander and the two most powerful experts outside of him had perished to the rabbit demon beast…

”This! Th-the commander!”

”No- How is this possible!?”

By the time they discovered the dead bodies of their commander and the other two Soul Ascension Realm Experts, the rabbit demon beast had already returned to the main palace in the capital city of the Iron Sky Kingdom to enjoy its spirit stones in peace.

In the end, the losses that the empire behind this group of cultivators experienced were enormous.

Not to mention the fact that they ended up losing three Soul Ascension Realm Experts, one of them even having reached the Third Tribulation of the Soul Ascension Realm, they also ended up losing close to ten thousand Core Formation Realm Experts.

Although Core Formation Realm Experts weren’t normally worth that much, the number that ended up dying still caused a significant loss. After all, it wasn’t free to nurture a Core Formation Realm Expert. Not to mention, the Core Formation Realm Experts present for the invasion of the Iron Sky Kingdom were all part of the empire’s talented younger generation and had potential to go far beyond the Core Formation.

Of course, outside of the large number of Core Formation Realm Experts who ended up dying during the battle between the rabbit demon beast and the three Soul Ascension Realm Experts, there was also another unfortunate victim, who just happened to be the old man that had informed the middle-aged man about the fact that Yi Min wasn’t in the Iron Sky Kingdom at the moment…
