Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 2938 Converging Hope

In a short while, Fiora arrived at the master bedroom.

Davis looked at her and smiled. He and Zestria were already cleaned and dressed up during this time, even changing the bedsheets so there was nothing to slyly smile or frown upon, causing Fiora to blink as to what had happened.

”Fiora, how have you been?”

Davis patted his side as he sat on the edge of the bed with Zestria by his side.

Without hesitating, Fiora walked over to him and sat by his side, holding his arm with delight as she giggled.

”Iʼm fine, and now that youʼre back, I couldnʼt be doing any better.”

She swooned over him, tightly holding him as she shook like a little girl.

Davis pursed his lips, ”So, I need your help.”

”My help? Just say it, and I will not say no!”

She declared, causing Davis to become embarrassed as he heard Zestria giggle. It seemed like they couldnʼt help but want to be useful to him no matter what. It didnʼt matter whether they wanted to obtain his favor or be useful. Either way, he truly appreciated their willingness, causing him to pat Fioraʼs head.

”Very good. I see that you have entered Immortal King Stage. Tell me what your tribulation was like?”

”I faced a Paragon Magical Beast, a dragon, but it was easy. None of them could capture me.”

”Marvelous.”

Davisʼs smile widened, while Fiora was full of pride.

Indeed, she encountered her Annihilative Immortal Tribulation in the Divergent Peak recently, which sent her three annihilative heavenly lightning strikes and nine annihilative strikes, causing her to retaliate before she survived all of them and even thwarted a Paragon Magical Beast sent to punish her to death.

Fiora was complacent with her results and even happy that she could be finally considered an Anarchic Divergent, although not as powerful as her husband. Although she found it impossible to comprehend annihilative heavenly wind, she had arrived at a point where she could use a bit of destructive heavenly wind.

It seemed like these were levels to the punishment prowess of the heavens.

She relayed this information to Davis, causing him to nod his head as he figured that being bathed in this karmic burden when his tribulation arrived directly caused Fioraʼs status as a high-threat Divergent to directly enter Anarchic Divergent.

”I thought so too. It wouldnʼt be strange if I encountered something worse in my next tribulation, but itʼs all the same to me. Whatever comes my way, Iʼll plunder them all and even present them to you since you have made up your mind.”

He smirked and presented Fiora with a life ring that had one-third of the annihilative heavenly wind he collected.

”…”

Fiora became mesmerized as she saw the wisps of annihilative wind be compressed to a structure of essence.

In her tribulation, all she could do was clad her body in heavenly wind to battle against the annihilative heavenly wind blades and try to comprehend it as she parried each strike, trying to grasp them before they ricocheted off her hands.

It was very dangerous, yet she still had some accomplishment as she became able to use destructive heavenly wind, but her husband was a monster, taming them and reducing them into this harmless, comprehensible state while battling them.

She couldnʼt help but peck his cheek before looking at him with pleading eyes.

”Go ahead.”

Fiora grinned, and a wind spirit with a curvaceous body appeared from thin air, causing Davis to blink as he saw Zephya, who had also become different than the last time he saw her.

She was wearing a beautiful green robe like the last time, not to mention still giving off a very sexy appearance as her bosoms overflowed, stunning him as his eyes first landed on her bountiful cleavage before her cloud-white skinned body.

Her hair was azure with white streaks and seemingly floated along with her, but her eyes had become dark emerald, fueled with a sense of incredible destructive might. Her aura had also become dense, with her becoming an Immortal King Spirit, causing Davis to feel more pride.

The two of them were extremely eager to comprehend annihilative heavenly wind, instantly getting on learning it as Fiora took one essence of annihilative heavenly wind out, which was surrounded by a blob of life energy that seemed to be maintaining it from dispersing into the void.

”Master~”

However, Zephya turned to look at him and voiced out. Her mature voice resounded in Davisʼs ears, making him feel satisfied.

”Good. Youʼre also a mutated Regal Sky Gale Spirit like Eldia, whoʼs a mutated Purgatory Lightning Spirit. The both of you are as strong as Heaven-Tier Spirits and have the capability to become even stronger as long as you follow us, but most importantly, follow Fioraʼs commands.”

Hearing Davisʼs response, Zephya inclined her head to the side, appearing to be adorable.

”Master, you still donʼt think of me as a part of this family?”

”Iʼve never understood what you have been thinking, after all. And you were a captured spirit who was sold to us. Didnʼt you want to be free?”

Davis raised her brows, causing Zephya to point at herself.

”Me? Iʼve been asking Fiora to let me into your bedchambers, but she wouldnʼt. Now that Iʼm finally here, am I going to finally experience that bliss that Iʼve been hearing her moaning every time you embrace her?”

”…”

Davis turned to look at Fiora and saw her look away.

ʼThat little…ʼ

Did Fioraʼs daringness stick to this carefree wind spirit? Or did Fiora low-key manipulate Zephyaʼs emotions towards him by displaying her parts of their intimacy every now and then?

As far as he knew, Zephya didnʼt love him or anything but definitely wanted to seductively tease him for fun because she was, first and foremost, a Sultry Cloudburst Tempest Spirit who was born playful in nature. But now, he could hear sincerity and willingness in her tone, causing him to sigh as he raised his hand and gestured.

”As tempting as it sounds, youʼre only going to learn annihilative heavenly wind and create a suitable environment with your powers. After all, youʼre a heavenly source.”

Zephya bit her lips.

”I understand~ I wonʼt disappoint you…”

She pouted as she turned back, knowing that he had given this power to her so she could be useful to him to incorporate heavenly wind in his Essence Gathering Cultivation, but why did it make her feel strangely disturbed when he rejected her?

At this moment, Eldia also arrived, matching gazes with Zephya first before turning to look at Davis, her bluish-black eyes gleaming at him.

”Master, youʼre finally home.”

Davis stood up and extended his hands, causing Eldia to instantly throw herself at him.

He couldnʼt help but shiver, feeling the heavy presence of heavenly lightning surging in her body.

His Eldia had also become an Immortal King, not to mention she was actually at Level Seven Immortal King Stage, perhaps almost as strong as Nadia!

She was still in seclusion when he came back, only coming out when he called her a few times. Besides, he hadnʼt reformed the Prismatic Intramural Soul-Spirit Pact with her after his death during the cultivation deviation accident, so she didnʼt know his status at all.

”Where were you all this time?”

”Didnʼt Master know?” Eldia blinked, ”I was roaming the Divergent Peak in hopes of being bathed in lightning all day long, and indeed, I found a source of destructive heavenly lightning there!”

”What!?”

No one dared to roam the Divergent Peak as it was occupied by lightning all day long, like the place where he obtained the Blazing Thunderlight Kirinʼs Manual. The only region they were allowed to enter in the Divergent Peak was a region where the lightning-free zone existed.

It was directly connected to a teleportation formation in the Aurora Cloud Gate, so they didnʼt think of venturing out, but his Eldia did exactly that after he left.

”I also munched on a lot of lightning, so as you can see, I have become a bit fat...”

Eldia pouted as she touched her stomach with both hands and grabbed a layer of flesh with her fingers.

”If this is called fat, many slim women would cry.”

Davis couldnʼt help but chuckle at her actions, ”Whatʼs your prowess now?”

”I think I can cross seven levels higher. Iʼm not sure.” Eldia still sounded like that wasnʼt enough.

”Thatʼs still fantastic.”

Davis also figured that he was not as strong as Nadia, but he smiled brightly, knowing that things would change when she absorbed annihilative heavenly lightning. He subsequently presented her with the treat he looted, causing her to go crazy as she repeatedly kissed his cheeks before directly jumping into that huge wisp of annihilative heavenly lightning that had swallowed and tried to kill him.

He also turned to look at Zestria, still not able to believe that this woman would risk her life multiple times to comprehend heavenly flames by being bathed in it, especially since her flames were one of a dragonʼs, so it was all the more difficult for her to comprehend something heavenly.

After all, a kirinʼs flame was nearer to the heavenly flames than a dragonʼs, as far as he could tell.

Nonetheless, he couldnʼt stop smiling as he saw things somehow get into shape, making him believe that he was not dreaming. He thought that the gap was huge, but with Fiora, Zephya, Eldia, and Zestria all bridging that gap a lot using their own methods, saving him a lot of time and energy, he was starting to get excited and optimistic.

With all four of them almost ready, he smirked, knowing he was only a few inches away from fulfilling his ambition of creating a wild physique in this world, perhaps even this universe had never seen before!
