Chapter 33: Chapter 33 Transformed Into Ashes

Chapter 33 -33 Transformed Into Ashes

Lin Hu had many subordinates and close aides, and if they found out that it was Lin Bao who killed Lin Hu, they would certainly not submit to Lin Bao.

On the contrary, they would seek revenge against Lin Bao!

And to have them submit meekly, someone needed to take the fall.

And that person, he planned on making Lin Dong.

All that was needed was to use Bai Jue, that woman, to threaten Lin Dong, and have Lin Dong confess to killing Lin Hu.

Afterward, he would capture Lin Dong and, in front of Lin Hu’s little brothers, dispose of Lin Dong.

That way, it would be equivalent to avenging Lin Hu, and with that, they would have nothing to say and would obediently submit to Lin Bao.

Lin Bao would then be able to smoothly take over everything that had belonged to Lin Hu.

Having realized all this, Lin Bao then turned his gaze to Lin Dong.

However, Lin Bao still had one doubt, which was that Lin Dong had drunk the potent poisonous herbal water, so how come he was unharmed?

This was too surprising.

But now, that was not the most important thing.

The most crucial thing was to have Lin Dong willingly take the blame.

“Heh, kid, you did beautifully just now. However, if you want me to let go of your woman, you still have to do a favor for me,” Lin Bao said with a chuckle.

Lin Dong replied indifferently, “Is it to take the fall for you?”

“Kid, you’re quite sharp. Yes, just say that you killed Lin Hu. Later, I’ll send you to prison. Once the storm blows over, I will get you out. By then, I’ll let you enjoy glory and wealth!” Lin Bao said, slapping his chest.

Lin Dong said gravely, “Do you think I’m a fool? If I take the fall for you, will you really get me out?”

“What, you don’t trust my character? Are you thinking of refusing? Then you better think carefully. If you refuse me… Your woman is as good as dead, and at the same time, you’re dead too…” Lin Bao said with a sneer, laying his cards on the table.

Lin Dong laughed, “Who dies has yet to be determined.”

“Alright, I gave you the chance. You don’t know how to cherish it, so don’t blame me,” Lin Bao said, tilting his head as his ten fingers interlocked and his knuckles cracked.

Then, with a roar, he said, “Die!”

He intended to cripple Lin Dong first and then smear him with dirty water by robbing him of his ability to speak.

“Boom–––”

However, although Lin Bao was a Practitioner, he had grossly misjudged Lin Dong’s strength.

He thought that since Lin Dong looked frail, he could easily manipulate him.

But he did not realize that his strength was in fact no different from that of an ant in front of Lin Dong.

Just as Lin Bao’s fist, large as a sandbag, was about to strike Lin Dong’s temple, Lin Dong suddenly made his move.

“Boom–––” Lin Dong grasped his fist and then, with a crack, snapped his wrist.

Lin Bao let out a scream, with a look of disbelief in his eyes.

“No… impossible! How… how are you so strong!” Lin Bao was astonished, having not expected Lin Dong’s strength to be so formidable.

Without responding, Lin Dong’s hand transformed into a claw and directly clutched Lin Bao’s neck, lifting his nearly two-meter-tall massive body into the air.

After being lifted, Lin Bao struggled violently.

However, Lin Dong’s hand was like an iron clamp, firmly gripping his neck, making it impossible for him to break free.

“Let… let me go…”

“Otherwise, you’re as good as dead,” said Lin Dong coldly.

Lin Bao, with his throat clenched, struggled to get the words out, “You… you dare to kill me?”

At the same time, his eyes filled with fear.

Lin Dong replied with a cold laugh, “Why wouldn’t I dare?”

After speaking, he decisively exerted force.

“Crack–––” Lin Bao’s neck was twisted and broken by Lin Dong.

But Lin Bao was tough, even so, he wasn’t completely dead yet. His body kept twitching, his eyes filled with disbelief.

Seeing this, Lin Dong threw him to the ground.

“Crack–––” Lin Dong then stomped down with his foot.

With that stomp on his temple,

Lin Bao instantly met his demise!

His corpse lay with its eyes wide open, filled with shock.

He probably couldn’t believe until his death that Lin Dong was so strong.

And indeed, dared to kill him!

After killing Lin Bao, Lin Dong appeared quite indifferent.

He then turned his attention to Sister Hong.

And saw that Sister Hong was trembling with fear.

Lin Dong did not engage with her, instead, he took a medicine bottle out of his bosom.

After that, he poured the contents of the bottle over Lin Bao’s corpse.

“Whoosh–––” That was a special concoction made by Lin Dong, alchemized from various herbs and named ‘Ash Bone Powder’!

As the Ash Bone Powder was sprinkled over Lin Bao’s body, his body, along with his clothes, quickly disintegrated.

In just a few minutes, all that remained on the ground was a pile of bone-turned ashes.

After finishing this, Lin Dong then said to Sister Hong, “What are you waiting for? Hurry up and dispose of these ashes in the trash bin and clean up the scene. Open that window…”

“Later, call in Lin Hu’s little brothers. Just say Lin Bao poisoned and killed Lin Hu, but you exposed him. Seeing his crime revealed, he fled through the window.”

Upon hearing these words, Sister Hong finally snapped out of it.

Although filled with unparalleled fear in her heart, after hearing Lin Dong’s explanation, she found the argument to be convincingly solid.

Not only did it reverse the dirty water onto Lin Bao’s back, but it also explained where Lin Bao had gone.

“Yes, yes, yes!” She hurriedly cooperated with Lin Dong, arranging the crime scene.

Meanwhile, her heart was filled with fear toward Lin Dong.

She realized that this young kid from the Hometown was much more terrifying than the two brothers, Lin Hu and Lin Bao, combined.

He not only possessed superb medical skills, but he also had fearsome martial arts.

Even after ingesting arsenic, an extreme poison, he was completely unaffected.

His actions were ruthless and meticulous, killing Lin Bao and turning him into ashes without even blinking an eye.

Such a person, only then it will be the most terrifying.

After the scene was taken care of, Sister Hong suddenly knelt in front of Lin Dong and said,

“Divine Doctor Lin, please don’t kill me.”

“From now on, I’ll be as loyal to you as a dog is to its master. Please just spare me my life…”
