Chapter 32: Chapter 32 Lin Hu Died

Chapter 32 -32 Lin Hu Died

Up until now, Lin Bao still thought that Lin Dong was just a doctor incapable of even trussing a chicken.

How could he know that if Lin Dong wanted to kill him, it would be as simple as squashing an ant?

The only reason he kept him alive was to seize the entire power of Lin Hu.

Unknowingly ensnared in the trap, Lin Bao beckoned a close aide to secretly purchase poison.

Afterward, he laced the medicine with extreme poison!

Once the poison was in place, the three men took the medicine to Lin Hu’s private room.

In the entire private room, only Lin Hu lay on the bed, with Lin Dong, Lin Bao, and Sister Hong as the four present.

Lin Bao bent over and said to Lin Hu, “Big brother, the medicine is ready.”

“The sister-in-law and I personally supervised! We didn’t see this kid tamper with anything.”

Lin Hu nodded; he had just sent the prescription to an old TCM doctor he knew. The old doctor confirmed that the herbs in the prescription were indeed for treating brain tumors.

However, he couldn’t guarantee the effect, but one thing was certain: normal people could take it without issues.

Still, Lin Hu remained doubtful.

He said to Lin Dong, “Divine Doctor Lin, I still don’t trust you. Take a sip of that medicine first!”

Whoosh!!!

At these words, Sister Hong and Lin Bao felt a chill in their hearts.

Neither of them expected Lin Hu to harbor such Doubtful mind at this time.

Inside, they had specially added extreme poison.

A normal person would react immediately after drinking it, and would die within minutes.

If Lin Dong drank it, they would be exposed…

Lin Bao’s back was instantly covered in cold sweat, his heart tense to the extreme.

Sister Hong felt the same; if Lin Hu discovered their intentions, their fate was sealed.

“Tiger Master, there’s no need. Brother Bao and I have been watching him closely…” Sister Hong spoke out.

Lin Bao also nodded, “Indeed, big brother, the medicine should be fine.”

Lin Hu’s face darkened as he said, “Then how about you drink it?”

Lin Bao and Sister Hong were even more startled.

They were extremely anxious, thinking it was all over!

But at that moment, Lin Dong laughingly said, “Lin Hu, your doubt is really heavy. Could it be that you think the medicine is poisoned?”

Lin Hu said firmly, “Drink quickly. Only if you drink will I trust this medicine! If you don’t, I’ll immediately order Bai Jue’s death!”

“Okay, I’ll drink,” Lin Dong narrowed his eyes, a deeper chill in his heart.

Though the medicine was indeed laced with extreme poison, Lin Dong was not afraid.

The Nine Shift Longevity Secret he cultivated made him immune to deadly poisons.

At the moment, he directly lifted a bowl of the herbal potion and began drinking.

“It’s over, the Young Miracle Doctor is going to die. If Lin Hu investigates, I fear he will find out, and then, I won’t live either,” Sister Hong thought anxiously, like an ant on a hot pan.

Lin Bao was pondering; he planned to quickly kill Lin Dong as soon as the poison took effect.

Then push everything onto Lin Dong, leaving no evidence after death. Lin Bao could then clear himself of all involvement.

But he watched, eyes wide, as Lin Dong drank half a bowl of the Chinese medicine with no reaction.

“This… How is this possible? Could it be that the poison my close aide bought was fake?” Lin Bao was somewhat astonished.

Sister Hong was also dumbfounded. How could Divine Doctor Lin drink such a deadly poison and show no reaction?

At this moment, Lin Dong appeared to her like nothing less than an Immortal!

Not only could he employ techniques like sound transmission, but he also consumed deadly poison unharmed – what else could he be but an Immortal?

Lin Dong drank the poison and not only was he unaffected, but he even belched contentedly.

“Hmm, I was just thirsty,” Lin Dong finished and continued drinking, as if he was treating the extremely poisoned Chinese medicine water as mere thirst-quencher.

Seeing this, Lin Hu hurriedly said, “Enough, Divine Doctor Lin, stop drinking. I believe you now.”

After saying that, he turned to Sister Hong and instructed, “Sister Hong, get me a bowl.”

“Yes.” Sister Hong, with a nervous heart, brought the medicine water in front of Lin Hu.

“Tiger Master, time for your medicine,” Sister Hong’s voice was trembling.

Lin Hu nodded, took the bowl of medicine water, and drank it down.

“Gulp gulp gulp…” He drank deeply.

Seeing him drink the medicine water, Sister Hong and Lin Bao watched him with immense nerves.

From Lin Bao’s perspective, it must have been fake medicine; otherwise, Lin Dong could not have drunk so much without any issues.

Sister Hong thought the same.

But suddenly, after drinking the medicine water, Lin Hu’s stomach began to hurt sharply.

“Ouch, ouch, my stomach really hurts!” Lin Hu sweated cold beads from the pain.

Upon seeing this, Lin Bao and Sister Hong were stunned.

Was the poison taking effect?

But how come Lin Dong was fine?

Was this poison selective in whom it affected?

At that moment, Lin Hu in agony was about to scream, asking, “What… what’s going on? Why does my stomach hurt after taking the medicine?”

Lin Dong shrugged and said, “For that, you’ll have to ask your little brother Lin Bao.”

Lin Hu immediately turned his gaze to Lin Bao.

Concluding that the poison was taking effect, Lin Bao knew it was time for harsher measures.

He said solemnly, “Brother Hu, I apologize, but since you got cancer, it’s better to die sooner than later. Hand over your everything to me!”

“You… what do you mean?” Lin Hu was stunned and asked in confusion.

“It means that the Chinese medicine water contains the poison added by Lin Bao,” Lin Dong interjected, helping Lin Bao with the reply.

Lin Hu stared at Lin Bao in disbelief, “Is this true?”

Lin Bao clenched his teeth and said ruthlessly, “Yes, Brother Hu, we are all out here fooling around. Why should you have everything, and I should just work under you, at your beck and call, to be beaten and scolded?”

“Rest assured and move on. I’ll take over your everything. Including your woman, I’ll take good care of her.”

Lin Hu was so enraged that he spouted a mouthful of black blood.

“Beast, you will not die a good death…” Lin Hu was about to call out, summoning his brothers from outside.

But it was all too late.

Lin Bao stepped forward, grabbed a pillow, and smothered him to death.

After killing Lin Hu, Lin Bao laughed hysterically, “From now on, all your everything is mine!”

Having killed Lin Hu, Lin Bao then turned his attention to Lin Dong.

In his heart, he had already planned to make Lin Dong take the fall.

But what he didn’t know was that he was about to die very soon…
