Is It Weird for a Guy to Apply to a Witch School?

Chapter 209: Total Annihilation

“Little dried fish…”

At this moment, I could already see that the Sea Race student was trembling with anger.

“I feel it is necessary for me to clear the name of the Royal Sea Race Academy. Even a student from the Witch Academy cannot insult people like this!”

“Wait, Yvette!”

“I don’t think there’s any need to dissuade her anymore!”

Even when facing her newly-allied ally, the Sea Race student named Yvette still ignored the dissuasion, but her tone of voice retained a lot of restraint.

It seemed she did not want this alliance to break at this moment.

“Tides, grant me your protection!”

Following Yvette’s call, fierce water elements gathered around her body.

The water elements created the spell effect of a massive tide, as if to turn this area into a domain of water in this instant.

Even the elves on the side had to retreat slightly.

And at this moment, Yvette had also transformed into her true mermaid form.

Her originally fair legs were replaced by a long fishtail.

The swinging mermaid tail stirred the abundant water elements at this moment, adorned with exquisite scales shimmering like opals, glittering under the sun.

So mermaids are water element spellcasters skilled in controlling water currents.

“I’m a bit stunned. I’ve always had many stereotypes about the Sea Race. I thought you were the type of small fry who hops around with a fish spear, but it turns out you’re a water element spellcaster who controls water currents?”

At this moment, I didn’t hide my admiration at all.

A mermaid’s true form is indeed beautiful.

It was an eye-opener; seeing it once is better than hearing about it a hundred times.

Of course, in the end, a bit of taunting from me was naturally indispensable.

“Hehe… Since you’ve seen it, then come and experience the wrath of the tides! Aren’t you called the Explosive Witch in the Witch Academy! Didn’t you boast about burning mountains and boiling seas! Try boiling one! Let me see how your pathetic fire magic burns in the tide!”

At this moment, even I temporarily took to the air on my flying broom.

This Sea Race member’s control over the tide was truly terrifying.

Although the range didn’t look large, it could be said that within this small domain, the protection of the water elements really provided her with too much convenience.

Fighting her with fire spells would be a waste of my magic power, but the other party seemed to have a preconceived notion.

Do I look like a spellcasting brute who only knows how to use fire spells?

But to be fair, I do have quite a few fire-type spells.

It’s just that facing the Sea Race now might be a bit tough, and as Yvette started, the other person behind her was also providing her with protection.

I tentatively threw two Fireball spells at her.

The scorching high temperature made a piercing hissing sound upon contact with the water current, followed by a burst of steam, but such a tide alone did not seem qualified to extinguish this Fireball spell.

“Is this all you have left!”

Yvette raised her hand and made a grasping motion.

The protective tide instantly pressurized and crushed the fireball.

The terrifying implosion created a vacuum in the tide, and the churning water and high-temperature steam splashed onto her.

“No, that’s not how you show off. Don’t you know the basics? You dare to crush a Fireball spell? Who do you think you are?”

“You! Damn you!”

“Triggered, you’re triggered.”

I seized the opportunity to laugh directly.

Don’t underestimate the role of trash talk in battle.

“Your tide is all show and no go. It’s not just a spell effect that looks intimidating, is it?”

I rode my broom to get a higher view and threw two more Fireball spells to liven things up for her, to let her know that mere water couldn’t necessarily block a Fireball spell, oh no, a modded Fireball spell.

“Quickly, give me protection power, the opponent is too strong!”

Yvette said in a low voice to her little follower.

“Miss Yvette, we’ll also…”

“Scram.”

When the elf side saw that the situation was not good, they shouted loudly, and I simply replied with one word on their behalf, and also added a modded Wind Blade Spell with extremely fast casting speed.

A huge wind blade swept across, covering a large area.

As the leader of the elves, that elf could only protect her own area at that moment.

And she hadn’t expected that just after she had called out in support, before she even had time to draw her arrow, the other party would attack so decisively.

Then, a scream came from behind her.

The area affected by that wind blade was more terrifying than she had expected.

“Courting death, don’t you know the rules!”

I made a fist with my left hand, stuck up my thumb, and slid it across my neck, full of provocation.

It was just a pity that no elves died.

The most seriously injured one only had moderate injuries.

Although it was the aftershock of the Wind Blade Spell, it didn’t even kill the onlookers behind.

It seems the power of the Wind Blade Spell still needs to be improved.

And now, what I needed to deal with was still the Sea Race.

It didn’t matter whether my attack just now made the elves stop or angered them, because now my only opponents were those from the Sea Race.

If the elves got involved, they would only be making trouble.

The few Fireball spells just now did cause them some trouble, but that was also the first time they had encountered such a situation, and now the other party had adapted to this method.

“It’s time to end this.”

“It is indeed time to end this! I acknowledge your strength, but today, you must die!”

After Yvette ”drained” the last of her follower’s power to protect herself, her aura climbed to its own limit.

“Lightning Strike Spell.”

But what greeted her was no longer words that would raise her blood pressure, but a very concise statement of a spell name.

The power of the modded Lightning Strike Spell was even more terrifying than before.

A thick bolt of lightning shot out, and the spurting electric arcs carried a terrifying might, piercing through the air and making a terrifying cracking sound.

At this moment, Yvette’s tidal protection became her biggest failure.

The confrontation between spells was generally a collision at the elemental level.

In fact, between the lightning element and the water element, it was just a simple elemental reaction effect; there was no concept of ”conduction”.

Although the elemental level does not follow the laws of the physical level, the spell effect level does.

The spell effect is a phenomenon formed by elemental interference from the elemental level on the physical level, also called a spell effect, which belongs to physical phenomena.

So the study of Elemental Theory is really important.

At this moment, Yvette was bearing the full power of the Lightning Strike Spell.

Although her tidal protection weakened and blocked a large part of the damage, the tide she relied on at this moment caused her secondary damage.

What does this mean?

It means her tide wasn’t pure water.

Anyone with a bit of common sense knows that pure water doesn’t conduct electricity.

Perhaps her little brain couldn’t produce absolutely pure water.

As this strike ended, it seemed everything was developing in a direction that no one had expected.

“You… you!”

“Oyo still alive. I need to re-evaluate the thickness of the Sea Race’s skin.”

I casually sent her limp follower on the ground on her way with a spell, and then gave her another one.

Now she was really going to become a little dried fish at my mercy!

“Wait! Yang Yuehan, stop!”

“Yao Beijuan, you should understand my attitude. If you have something to say, say it quickly.”

At this moment, I paused my steps.

This Sea Race member was already in the bag, but now that I was interrupted, I needed some time to deal with it.

Then I put a Restraint and a Silence on Yvette.

“Yang Yuehan, I never thought we would meet again at a time like this…”

“Yao Beijuan, is she the one you mentioned? Are you two really in that kind of relationship?”

“Yes, she is my…”

“I say, are you two being a bit too dramatic?”

I interrupted their conversation, holding my broom.

Does that big-chested, brainless girl have any idea how much impact these words will have when they get out?

Has she forgotten that all of us are being live-streamed right now?

What if the arena’s free commentary camera is here!

Even now, I still wasn’t ready for a direct confrontation, so the best way was to keep them quiet.

Some things, if left to ferment slowly without much heat, will eventually lose their popularity, and that becomes the accepted fact.

“What are you muttering to yourselves about? Gossiping about others like that, who do you think you are!”

I walked over step by step, and the invisible pressure I created even made the elves behind them subconsciously take half a step back.

“Chat’s over, time to send you on your way!”

Just as all the elves’ nerves were tense, these words came from behind them.

The strange and familiar voice instantly made them feel what it was like to have their blood run cold.

At this moment, an identical figure appeared before their eyes behind them.

“What! When!”

“Be careful! Yao Beijuan, her target is you!”

The elf on the side shouted and subconsciously pushed Yao Beijuan away, using elven magic to defend herself.

But the next moment, that terrifying flaming spear pierced through her shield and stabbed into her abdomen, even though she was prepared to be injured.

“Huh? Wait, I’m fine?”

“Ah!”

Just as this elf thought she was fine, something happened on the side.

“Your vigilance is a bit poor. Also, thank you for pushing her over.”

“Yao Beijuan! You!”

At this moment, this elf couldn’t help but exclaim in shock when she saw Yao Beijuan pierced by the spell.

“You’re crazy! She’s your ex-girlfriend!”

“Thank you very much for thoughtfully adding ’ex’ before girlfriend.”

I smiled and pushed her away, even flicking my hands in disgust, “From your tone, I thought I had killed your girlfriend. No way? Could it be… are you two really in that kind of relationship?”

“You! You…”

At this moment, this elf was so angry with me that she couldn’t even speak clearly, “Sure enough, you’re just a lunatic!”

“A lunatic? Where did that come from.”

“Teacher Ai Li’er was right, you’re a lunatic, a psycho! You’ve revealed your true nature from the very beginning, haven’t you!”

“Don’t say things without evidence. If you’re going to say that, I’ll have to use my teacher’s name to say that you elves are actually noble on the surface, but in private… hehe.”

“Teacher Ai Li’er told us you have Innate Spirit Vision Sickness, we didn’t believe it at first, but now we do.”

“Fine, fine, you want to play it like that, right?”

I was almost angered to the point of laughing by the other party.

Spilling all my business like that, don’t I have a reputation to maintain?

“The Teacher Ai Li’er you mentioned, that elf who came with Yao Beijuan to find me back then? No wonder, I couldn’t see a single trace of the nobility and dignity of an elf in her. It turns out she’s a hypocrite who likes to call me a lunatic behind my back! This ugly face is truly disgusting!”

“What are you talking about! Do you know you’re talking about a Transcendent elf! You’re really crazy! Courting death isn’t done like this!”

At this moment, she really thought the other party was crazy, even crazier than killing her ex-girlfriend, to actually sharply criticize a Transcendent elf!

Was that something a newcomer could say!

“I know. If she wasn’t a Transcendent elf, would she be qualified to be a teacher? But what does that have to do with me? You’re the one who said it, I just reasonably relayed it, that’s all.”

At this moment, the corners of my mouth curled up, without a trace of fear.

“Besides, what’s a teacher from the Elf Academy getting worked up about with a newcomer from the Witch Academy for? Doesn’t she know I’m a psycho? If a psycho curses her a few times, she can just curse back, or you can curse back for her. After all, you’re the one who dragged Teacher Ai Li’er into this, it has nothing to do with me at all.”

“Boring.”

After talking the other party into silence, I returned to the Sea Race member named Yvette.

“Do you know what I’m going to do next?”

I removed her silence and asked with a smile.

“Kill me or cut me up as you please! But you must understand! You, including all the other people in your Witch Academy, will face the wrath of all of us from the Sea Race!”

“Thank you”

Hearing her words, I laughed again.

The Sea Race is still useful, their terrifying tides are too useful.

I have many plans in my heart, but I’m just afraid that the Sea Race’s will is greater than their strength.

I’ll see then, maybe I should test their strength with a forest fire?

“But you guessed wrong.”

I bent down and took off her storage equipment, “I said from the beginning that my goal was resources, everything else was just an interlude. And you, my cute little dried fish, it’s time to be on your way.”

“Oh, before you go, allow me to take one of your scales. Please accept my praise, it’s as beautiful as a polished opal stone. Even now, under the sun, it still shines brightly.”

I reached for the most beautiful scale on her chest, because I knew that the chest scale of a mermaid seemed to have many special meanings, so I did it on purpose.

As for what meaning it represented, I had no interest in knowing.

“Wait! No! No! Just this… not this one!”

After getting the thing, I moved a little further away from her, then threw a Fireball spell straight at her.

Without the protection of the tide and spell defense, everyone is made of flesh and blood, even dragons, it’s just that dragon scales are a bit sturdier.

As the other party died and revived again, the scale in my hand did not disappear.

Holding it, this piece was quite large, truly beautiful, and had a faint, almost imperceptible smell of blood.

Is this a heart-scale?

She has three lives, I wonder if I’ll have the chance to collect three identical ones.

“I say, you guys are just going to watch the show like this? Aren’t you going to evacuate quickly? But it’s too late now.”

At this moment, I, who had come over, looked at that group of elves.

Although the smart ones had already run away, there were still many who dared not flee without orders from their leader.

“Now I’ll give you two choices. Hand over the resources, and by the way, tell me what this fruit does. I remember you seemed to have said its name, I didn’t pay much attention, but you must know something.”

“Then what’s the other choice?”

If she had to hand over the resources just like that, she would definitely be unwilling.

“The other one? Of course, it’s to start the battle royale mode. There are so many people behind you, not just elves from Aphrodite Academy, right? With so many people, there will always be some who can’t escape. Turning into my points to help me climb the rankings, isn’t that beautiful?”

“You! You’ve already killed so many from the Beast Academy and the Sea Race!”

“That’s right but… if the Sea Race hears that, they might cry, be careful your alliance doesn’t fall apart, ah I forgot, if my threat still exists, your friendship should still be indestructible, right?”

“But now, make your choice!”

I formally announced it at this moment.

“One more thing, if I see even one person running away, I’ll assume you’ve chosen the battle royale.”

“Alright, this is everything we’ve obtained. The fruits in your hand are called Life Fruits, they are the fruits of the Aphrodite branch of the World Tree. They can greatly enhance one’s affinity for nature and life, strengthen the body, nourish mental power, and increase the power of nature’s force. You’re not an elf, even if you get these, you won’t be able to maximize their effects.”

“So that’s how it is. It’s fine, I can have them as fruit after a meal.”

I took the last storage pouch they threw over.

My words made their blood pressure rise again.

No matter how wasteful it was, these things were now out of their reach.

“That’s all. We lost this time, and we admit it, but there won’t be a next time!”

“There really won’t be a next time!”

I followed her words and spoke directly.

The next moment, the Protection of the Fire Elemental Spirit was directly activated, the Flame Fairy Transformation Spell was activated, and my fire element affinity received a double boost at this moment.

Now, the power of the Fireball spell in my hand would be even more terrifying!

“You broke your promise! You don’t keep your word! Retreat! Quick retreat! Split up and run!”

“Broke my promise? How is that breaking my promise! Those who ran away earlier also count as running, and besides, who am I? The witch you speak of, the psycho your teacher speaks of! Quick, run, the consequence of being too slow… is death!”

“The Sea Race allied with you elves, but they died and went back! If some of you don’t die, how will you explain it when you get back?”

“So if you all die once, your relationship can go to the next level. I’ve come up with an excuse for your inaction, thank me for my mercy!”

As I suddenly attacked, none of them had expected me to pull this move.

Since we’ve already become enemies, you can’t expect me to forgive my enemies, right?

That would be cruel to me, and also irresponsible to my points.

Of course, they wouldn’t just sit and wait for death.

There were naturally some who fought back, but under my verbal guidance and the defeated example of their leader, most of them chose to run.

That one sentence from the elf leader, ”split up and run,” had already set the nature of this moment.

So don’t underestimate the power of words.

And I had also underestimated the agility and speed of the elves.

This was the forest, their home ground, so I didn’t get many points.

But it doesn’t matter.

Was the reason I activated the Protection of the Fire Elemental Spirit and the Flame Fairy Transformation Spell, going all out like this, just for those few points?

What I wanted was to give them a big gift!

Although it is said, start a fire on the mountain, serve a long prison sentence, this is the Dream State.

Even those without a flying license can fly on a broom, so what does this count as?

Let me start a forest fire here that will sweep across half the map!

And the final target is that World Tree, which can be seen clearly even from here.
