The Cheat Emperor of the Culinary World

Wang Xueli spoke very frankly.

She indeed wasn’t short of money, and before coming, Liu Yici had already told her that being able to arrange the Guan Family’s wedding banquet meant Fu Yu’s status wasn’t low.

Wang Xueli felt assured.

However, Fu Yu shook his head and said, ”Even if it’s customized herbal cuisine, you can’t eat it as breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.”

Wang Xueli was puzzled, ”Why?”

Since this herbal cuisine was notably effective, she planned to eat it every day for three meals to strive to nurture her health back to good.

Fu Yu directly recited the knowledge he learned from the herbal cuisine class without missing a word.

”’Moderation is key to diet,’ an important principle of health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine, applies equally to herbal cuisine therapy. Large quantities shouldn’t be consumed in a short period, and one shouldn’t rush results. It should be based on one’s condition, regularly consumed in small quantities, and persistence will eventually yield results.”

Wang Xueli thought about it carefully.

That’s right.

This herbal cuisine, after all, is food cooked with medicinal ingredients.

Certainly, they can’t be eaten too much.

Wang Xueli nodded, ”Alright, let’s follow your arrangement, I’m fine with it.”

Based on his actual circumstances, Fu Yu said, ”The customized herbal cuisine for you is to be eaten twice a week, with a two-month course.”

Although Wang Xueli felt it was a bit little, what Fu Yu said before indeed made a lot of sense.

Sometimes eating too frequently isn’t necessarily a good thing.

Wang Xueli had no objection, ”Alright, I’m listening to you.”

Fu Yu then said, ”Since it’s quite laborious to make herbal cuisine, with both medicinal and food ingredients needing to be prepared in advance, the timing might not be definite.”

With Fu Yu saying this, Wang Xueli felt the herbal cuisine was even more precious.

She agreed readily, ”No problem, as long as you can ensure I eat twice a week, arrange the specific time as you see fit; I will definitely cooperate fully.”

Fu Yu smiled gently, ”That’s great. Don’t worry, I will certainly endeavor to serve you wholeheartedly.”

Although Wang Xueli said she wasn’t short of money, throughout this conversation, she quietly recognized the herbal cuisine might be more expensive than she initially anticipated.

Wang Xueli inquired, ”Chef Fu, how shall we calculate the fee here? I feel there’s no need for a deposit; I should just pay you for the two months directly?”

Fu Yu nodded, ”With Sister Liu involved, indeed, there’s no need for a deposit. Rest assured; I will certainly perform the treatment well for you.”

”Regarding pricing, we should also clarify. Because the herbal cuisine inherently carries the price of the food and medicinal ingredients, and given that they are ancient secret recipes, making them is especially troublesome and labor-intensive. Therefore, the charge definitely won’t be cheap.”

While saying this, Fu Yu felt somewhat uneasy.

Mainly because when Liu Yici helped introduce him to clients initially, she had asserted that her friends weren’t short on money, so he shouldn’t hesitate.

Moreover, with high charges elevating his status, customers naturally would think if he dared to ask this price, he must have genuine skills, instead feeling satisfied and acknowledging him more.

Fu Yu always considered what Liu Yici said very reasonable.

He now possessed this capability, raising his status didn’t evoke any insecurity.

Furthermore, Liu Yici had emphasized before, Wang Xueli wasn’t lacking in money; as long as her health could be restored well, and the herbal cuisine done authentically, everything would be fine.

Fu Yu also believed that he now held advanced skills in herbal cuisine, genuinely at an expert level.

With such craftsmanship, even inviting an outside master wouldn’t come cheap.

Since he took on this task, he would work sincerely.

A healthy body is what many aspire for.

Pricing must match my contributions.

This also acknowledges my intense practice during educational practical classes!

Thus, Fu Yu calmly quoted, ”One course is 160,000 yuan; the number of courses needed depends on your recovery.”

Wang Xueli and Liu Yici both looked surprised.

Twice a week, only eight times a month.

One course costing 160,000 yuan means each herbal cuisine session is 10,000 yuan.

Definitely not cheap!

But upon considering that eating herbal cuisine could not only get one’s health restored but also invigorate, replenish blood, beautify, and maintain skin...

Wang Xueli promptly agreed, ”Alright, this price is fair. Chef Fu, shall I transfer the money to you now?”

Fu Yu didn’t rush to accept the money, ”No need, try two meals first to test the effect. If it feels right, then you can pay.”

Regarding long-term customers, Fu Yu put in considerable effort; encountering significant clients like Wang Xueli was rare and needed to be cultivated and maintained.

Wang Xueli was quite satisfied with Fu Yu’s attitude.

While Liu Yici carried a contemplative look, somewhat eager to try.

In her investments in skincare, setting aside minor cosmetic surgery, just the skincare products and various beauty treatments alone couldn’t be stopped before tens of thousands.

Yet, no luxurious skincare products could counter age with significant effect.

With makeup applied, her face could be extremely delicate and hydrated, yet upon removing makeup, Liu Yici always found the maintenance effect unsatisfactory.

Listening to the introduction on the herbal cuisine’s various effects earlier sparked her interest.

After trying it, her resolve to try only strengthened.

She also wanted to eat this herbal cuisine!

She definitely needed to eat it!

Two months 160,000 yuan, she certainly could afford it.

The family had so much money; saving it like that wouldn’t birth more!

Moreover, she perceived this as an investment in familial happiness and harmony.

If indeed one could become healthier, with improved skin complexion, growing vital and young, such spending would be worth it.

By not spending, would she let her husband use it on a mistress?

Liu Yici decided she would find Fu Yu for customized herbal cuisine too.

Initially quoting the price, Fu Yu felt somewhat apprehensive, wondering if charging 10,000 for a meal was excessive, given the genuine cost of food and medicinal ingredients wasn’t high.

However, witnessing Wang Xueli’s reaction, he felt completely relieved.

After all, 10,000 yuan for a meal might not be a burden for wealthy individuals.

But after this treatment, slimming needs to follow.

Accumulating the entire set of herbal cuisine consumption wouldn’t go below 1.8 million for sure.

Charging a million once or tens of thousands once, the customer’s psychological gap would somewhat be smaller.

Fu Yu held absolute confidence in his herbal cuisine methods.

He could guarantee revitalizing Wang Xueli’s health.

As long as the desired effect is reached, and Wang Xueli feels it worthy, she wouldn’t have pricing concerns.

Regarding the pricing.

Herbal cuisine isn’t a widely known common product.

Enabling people to vastly recognize its rarity and preciousness could be reflected through pricing.

When herbal cuisine turns into a luxury, a high-end experience...

Fu Yu felt he might have found another shortcut to fortune-making.
