The Cheat Emperor of the Culinary World

First take pictures of the dishes, then of the people.

After the group photo, pose for a meal picture.

Finally, with the grid of nine photos complete, the two couldn’t wait to start tasting the dishes one by one.

If before they were excited about meals because they could enjoy delicious food,

now they approached the medicinal cuisine with the eager anticipation of a Beauty Pill, longing for eternal youth and radiance.

Liu Yici was also a bit curious. She wanted to try this so-called medicinal cuisine to see what was unique about it.

However, this meal was made for Wang Xueli, so she waited for Wang Xueli to pick up a piece of Eight Treasures Cake before taking a piece herself.

Wang Xueli was the first to take a bite.

The Eight Treasures Cake melted in the mouth, with a faint medicinal aroma, a hint of the sweet-bitter almond, and honey fragrance. The taste was light and pleasant, not cloyingly sweet.

Indeed, the flavor was quite special.

Liu Yici curiously asked, ”How is it? Is it good?”

Wang Xueli nodded, ”I originally thought that since this Eight Treasures Cake was medicinal cuisine, it would surely taste a bit bitter. I didn’t expect the aftertaste to be sweet. Sister, you should try it, it’s actually pretty delicious!”

Liu Yici became even more curious and took a small bite to savor it.

Perhaps because she didn’t have high expectations for the taste of medicinal cuisine before, the unexpected deliciousness of the Eight Treasures Cake gave Liu Yici an inexplicable sense of delight.

Women are born with an insatiable pursuit of beauty.

In the past, to make her face look smaller and her features more refined and beautiful, Liu Yici, along with a group of wealthy ladies, once organized a trip abroad for a ”face-slapping beauty treatment.”

Sitting in salons, they allowed people to slap their cheeks.

The treatment lasted twenty minutes each session and cost fifteen thousand.

At that time, including Liu Yici, each of the wealthy ladies took the slaps with satisfaction.

Her husband, upon seeing her beauty treatment video, fearfully remarked that if it were him, daring to lay even a finger on her would probably end in divorce.

It was exactly this obsessive love for beauty that made Liu Yici express such astonishing admiration after tasting the Eight Treasures Cake.

It was absolutely delicious!

A million times better than she had imagined!

She originally thought such uniquely effective medicinal cuisine would likely taste like a mug of herbal soup.

That the texture of Eight Treasures Cake would be akin to chewing dry herbal residue.

Who would have thought!

The medicinal cuisine is actually so tasty!

The two then went on to try bamboo shoots with braised sea cucumber, steamed ginseng chicken, and each had a small bowl of ginseng jujube astragalus porridge.

After tasting every dish, they happily sipped a bowl of sweet wormwood peach blossom turtle soup.

They were both amazed by the entire table of medicinal cuisine.

It was truly delicious!

This table of dishes, whether in presentation, taste, or ingredients, was impeccably perfect!

Women are actually quite easily satisfied.

As long as they know the effects of the medicinal dishes in front of them are to nourish and beautify, they can tolerate less tasty preparations.

For the sake of beauty, they often only pursue results. Regardless of the process, even if it means enduring great pain, as long as they can become beautiful, they are satisfied.

Otherwise, why would anyone shell out large sums for surgeries that grate the skin and break the bone?

No matter how smart and capable a woman is, in the face of a chance for beauty, even with great risk, she might recklessly attempt it.

And at this point, after tasting such delicious medicinal cuisine, the two, full of pleasant surprise, had limitless expectations for this table of food.

Bamboo shoots with braised sea cucumber could make them prettier.

Steamed ginseng chicken nourishes the energy and blood.

...

Wang Xueli had only one thought in her mind; if this continues,

though not a transformation or rebirth, she could at least become fairer, prettier, with better skin.

Fair skin covers a multitude of flaws.

Once the skin improves, naturally, one becomes more beautiful.

Thinking of this, Wang Xueli quickly picked up her phone.

Turned off the beauty filter, returned to normal shooting mode, switched to the front camera.

She steeled herself and started snapping away at various angles, thoroughly documenting herself.

Liu Yici was surprised, ”With the resolution of this front camera, will the pictures even look good?”

Wang Xueli said, ”It’s okay, I’ll create a separate album to lock these photos away. These will serve as the original record. After eating the medicinal cuisine for a month, I can take them out for comparison to see the results.”

After eating, Liu Yici called Fu Yu.

Upon receiving the news, Fu Yu hurried over from the kitchen.

Entering the private room, Fu Yu looked at Wang Xueli and smiled, ”So, were you satisfied?”

Wang Xueli beamingly nodded, ”Very satisfied! Chef Fu, you are indeed very professional, the medicinal cuisine was very well made, but with this eating style, won’t I gain weight?”

Fu Yu nodded, ”You need to recuperate first, get your energy and blood up, and regulate the spleen and stomach. Once your body recovers, I have a weight loss and slimming medicinal cuisine plan that works very well.”

”To lose weight, relying on fasting is definitely not the way. I know quite a bit about fitness too, and when the time comes, I can also customize weight loss and fitness activities for you based on your situation. A dual approach will surely keep you healthy while smoothly losing weight.”

Wang Xueli was overjoyed; she could get healthy and lose weight, it couldn’t be better.

”Alright, Chef Fu, let’s go with what you suggest!”

”Honestly, before, to lose weight, I went through all sorts of struggles, but didn’t lose weight, and my body broke down instead. I also sought out several nutritionists, but I was not satisfied with their plans. I’ve tasted their special nutritional meals, but the difference with yours is too great!”

”Your medicinal cuisine is really delicious!”

”I’m not someone who considers eating that important, mainly because I used to worry about gaining weight, but after my illness, I came to realize that the most important thing in life is health.”

”No amount of money can let you enjoy life without health!”

”But now I no longer have to worry. I never thought medicinal cuisine could be so magical! I can eat delicious food, nourish my body, and even lose weight! I’m so thrilled by this!”

”Chef Fu, from now on, I’ll have you customize my medicinal meals. Three meals a day, all arranged by you.”

”As for the cost, please don’t hesitate because of Sister Liu’s connection; let’s keep things separate!”

”Just tell me how much it costs, otherwise I’d feel bad ordering medicinal meals here!”
