Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven

Chapter 429: Uploading biological structure, the magnitude of frequency

The next day, Grey attended the small memorial. The Everhart family did what they could to respectfully send off Brandon. Once it was over, Grey immediately returned to his cultivation.

With a sharp snap of his fingers, a localized sub-dimension formed around him, and the Heaven Severing Barrier was seamlessly deployed.

He sat cross-legged and carefully took out the Information Data Stone Card.

This was exactly what he had gone to the Blackwell Alliance to retrieve. Now, it was finally time to utilize it.

Previously, his personal server could only contain ten percent of his total biological data. Honestly, he did not know exactly how much this ancient card could increase its capacity. If his calculations were correct, it should be a highly significant increase.

Of course, there was only one way to find out.

So far, he had not managed to comprehend anything from the stone card itself. He swiftly entered the Information Layer.

”Huh?” A baffled voice escaped Grey’s mouth.

He noticed his digital mind flickering abruptly.

”A Data Entity is actively attacking me?” Grey was genuinely surprised.

Naturally, the Information Layer was not exclusively limited to him and Eterna. There were other native entities residing here, and they were absolutely not mindless beings. Most of them had completely ignored him until now. Why was he suddenly getting attacked?

However, he did not dwell on it. The fragile entity that attacked him had instantly disintegrated upon impact.

Perhaps it was just feeling suicidal? Just in case, he thoroughly checked his system to ensure it did not inject any malicious viruses. That would be highly problematic.

After confirming he was clean, he immediately went toward his personal server. He placed the Information Data Stone Card directly in front of the massive construct.

The instant it settled, the ancient slate-like card shone with blinding power. A violent whirlpool of Data Energy gathered around it. In the following instant, much to Grey’s dismay, countless Data Entities in the Information Layer began swarming wildly toward the vortex.

Bzzt!

The moment these entities touched the whirlpool, they instantly disintegrated. Grey immediately felt his server growing exponentially stronger with each passing second, actively absorbing their scattered data.

”This is highly unexpected,” Grey said with wide eyes.

He finally realized exactly why that lone Data Entity had attacked him earlier. It was fiercely drawn to the Information Data Stone Card!

At the exact same time, Grey fell into a profound daze. His heaven-defying comprehension had unexpectedly stirred once again.

[System: Your comprehension defies the Heavens! By observing the Data Entity construct refinement process, you have successfully comprehended the ’Thousand Refining Data Construct Technique’.]

Profound information drilled directly into his mind like a crashing tidal wave. Before he knew it, he had flawlessly mastered the technique while his server continued to physically expand.

But after a certain point, the violent expansion finally stopped.

”Hm, it has significantly increased,” Grey mumbled, observing the upgraded server.

Right now, it could probably hold exactly thirty percent of his total biological information. But that was absolutely not enough. Nor were there any more Information Data Stone Cards left in this galaxy to loot.

However, he already possessed the perfect solution to this massive hurdle. The Thousand Refining Data Construct Technique.

This supreme technique was directly derived from the card’s core mechanics and possessed the exact same function, but with vastly amplified results. It could be actively utilized to temper and expand the server manually, entirely bypassing the strict need to reach a higher evolutionary rank first.

Digital servers naturally possessed their own foundation integrity, highly similar to an Evolver’s physical body. But the strict limitations of a server’s foundation were vastly less severe than those binding living Evolvers.

With this, he could safely push its capacity to levels far exceeding his own current rank. He could just keep indefinitely expanding it because the technique also directly reinforced its structural integrity.

Without a single shred of hesitation, Grey utilized his newly formed technique. Immediately, a massive whirlpool of Data Energy formed around the server once more. Mindless Data Entities came swarming in like moths to a flame.

Whrmm!

The server began to rapidly grow. His mind interface flickered wildly, actively displaying the structural changes happening inside the construct. Once it finally reached a highly volatile state where it looked like it would shatter if he pushed any further, he stopped.

”This is more than enough,” Grey smiled in satisfaction.

With this, he could finally begin fully uploading his biological data!

Whrmm! Information currents violently surged as he descended back down to the mortal plane. Immediately, Data Energy arrived and gently enveloped his physical body. Within minutes, it swept through his entire being, actively breaking down his biological existence into pure, readable information that flowed directly into his server.

Within seconds, the upload reached seventy percent. Then eighty percent. And finally, a flawless one hundred percent.

Inside the Information Layer, a completely flawless data construct entirely made out of his biological information officially manifested.

”Perfect.” Grey, who had ascended back into the layer, spoke with a bright smile.

He observed it closely. There was absolutely no mistake. This digital clone contained everything: his exact physical strength, his precise brain functions, how his genetic traits inherently worked, and much more.

This would become the primary core of his Source. His entire encoded existence.

”Maybe I can also significantly modify this base information once I safely encode it onto a cosmic frequency?”

But how exactly would he bind pure data to a frequency? That was the highly important question.

What was the very first thing that came to mind when hearing the word ’frequency’? It was vibration. And vibrations were commonly measured in Hertz. The exact number of times something vibrated per second.

To successfully transmit this massive amount of data onto a usable cosmic wave, he would critically need the help of extreme vibration.

Grey’s eyes flickered, and his enhanced mind began rapidly calculating using the vast data he possessed. His expression immediately became incredibly grim.

”Even using the most advanced technology available, utilizing gamma rays to vibrate at billions of gigahertz at once... it would take billions of years to physically encode this much information onto a pure frequency.”

Grey was left utterly shocked by the math.
