Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven

Chapter 424: Cosmic Frequencies

[Your comprehension defies the Heavens! By observing the natural Cosmic Authoritative Frequencies of the Origin World, you have successfully gained insight into the frequency of ’Willpower’.]

Grey’s eyes widened when as the influx of information hit his mind.

It gave him the similar feeling of pouring cold water over heat.

His foundational understanding of cosmic frequencies had rapidly changed. Initially, he only knew about their sheer existence thanks to the profound insights of the Thought-Demolishing Realm.

But it truly did exist in this world after all. He not only managed to actively perceive it, but he also managed to gain a completely different type of understanding of its nature.

He was still slightly puzzled, but he fundamentally understood one thing.

Frequencies were exactly what higher-ranking beings utilized to exert their will.

Energy... Frequency. They were all deeply connected, flawlessly woven together by the Information Layer.

They, in fact, complemented each other extremely closely.

But, having your powers directly tied down to a cosmic frequency was vastly better in the long run than simply having them remain as a basic energy construct.

Instead of an energy construct, one would literally become a frequency construct.

And it all began with the mind, once again.

The mind held truly unlimited possibilities. Most importantly, it served as the absolute anchor to tuning into these supreme frequencies.

By the 5th Rank, what specific aspect of your existence you chose to cultivate became rather irrelevant. While isolating them was highly effective in the early ranks, there were countless methods to strengthen the whole, as the starry sky was unfathomably vast. Of course, absolutely none of those methods could ever reach his Nexus Path’s level of optimality and flawless functioning. He could simultaneously strengthen his body, mind, and soul all while utilizing the exact same cost of energy. That was the heaven-defying charm of his unique path.

And to properly start off his transition into the 5th Rank, he naturally had to make his foundation vastly better than the early ranks of the Nexus Path.

The ultimate answer was no longer just raw energy, but frequencies.

In essence, energy itself inherently contained a specific frequency. He just desperately needed time to tap directly into the hidden frequency of his own internal energy to make that grand evolutionary move.

In other words, he had to perfectly find the absolute frequency of his Nexus Energy.

One crucial thing, however, he had clearly understood was that Nexus Energy did not leave a single trace in the Information Layer. While the layer technically contained theoretical information related to it hidden within its deepest archives, the energy itself did not leave a physical trace. This held true even with him actively diving in there and simultaneously utilizing his cognitive anchor. It was an anchor which was tied directly to his mind and operated strictly under the oppressive power of his psionic Nexus Energy.

Meaning, the sheer hurdle of finding its true frequency might be astronomically huge and would undoubtedly take a vast amount of time.

But Grey had all the time in this world. He could now easily live for five thousand years. His physical body was perfectly conditioned to do so by constantly circulating the Energy of Perfection.

The Energy of Perfection constantly cycled through his flesh, which had already transcended normal human limits. As a direct result, it flawlessly kept his cellular aging in check. What he should truly be worried about, however, was his overarching soul integrity.

It was a glaring weakness that had not been fully fixed yet, but there were naturally massive improvements occurring.

He could easily live well past the age of eighteen and safely see his twentieth birthday.

Of course, he did not plan on passively waiting until he reached the age of twenty. He planned on forcefully restoring his soul integrity back to a perfect one hundred percent very soon.

Coming back to the main topic, the very first frequency he had miraculously managed to observe was surprisingly directly related to Willpower.

He understood the concept of willpower very well and had also clearly seen how it possessed deep, close ties to the Information Layer.

What you will, becomes reality. Or rather, the Information Layer forcefully opens its hidden gates for you to actively utilize or comprehend a supreme power.

Willpower could indeed be deliberately developed.

And the conceptual fragment he just received told him exactly what he critically needed to know.

- Using willpower to successfully manifest your thoughts directly into reality.

This was the absolute base model of the Thought-Demolishing Realm.

Grey could not possibly be more excited by this profound revelation.

But, he forced himself to calm down just as quickly.

”Can such a convenient coincidence truly exist? How did I naturally manage to tune directly into the exact frequency that I was desiring so much?”

Then, Grey froze in his tracks.

Then, he let out a soft chuckle.

He had almost completely forgotten.

He naturally possessed the Immortal Sovereign Physique and the status of Half-Sainthood. Both of those heaven-defying traits combined to raise his state of enlightenment to an entirely new dimensional level. And true enlightenment was fundamentally just a vastly higher form of willpower.

It actively made it easier for one to subconsciously call out to the planetary Information Layer and naturally force its gates open for rapid comprehension.

His terrifying levels of enlightenment had subconsciously caused a massive ripple in the void. As a direct result, the very first frequency he successfully observed was naturally tailored to his needs, strictly related to the concept of Thought-Demolishing.

He had often heard the old saying back on Earth that you attract exactly what your subconscious mind is actively thinking about. Today, this abstract concept was proven to be highly real in this cosmic world.

Willpower was essentially your subconscious power. One must violently bring it forward to the surface to completely demolish the fragile illusion of reality.

Base reality was innately revolving directly around willpower. The vast Information Layer actively listened and bowed to supreme willpower.

And it absolutely had a measurable frequency!

”I shall name it the Thought-Demolishing Channel for my Source.” Grey’s eyes flickered brightly with terrifying intent.
