ʼHmm?ʼ Zhang Fei [1] raised his eyebrows in surprise, as he did not expect that person to be a member of the Pang Clan, and he was also Pang Deʼs son. ʼHahaha! What a fortunate coincidence! Since he is that guyʼs son, I must capture him. Hmm?

I donʼt have any information about the Mo and Xie Clans, but I think they must be the other two major clans in the northern region, or they might just be subordinates of the Pang Clan. Tch! Why should I bother thinking about that? That guy is also a member of both clans, so I just need to capture him to get information about them.ʼ

Since he couldnʼt possibly face Pang Liyuan and the other two by himself, Zhang Fei [1] decided to contact Zhang Lingxue and ask her to go to the location where he saved the Blazing Moon Sect. After she arrived at the location, he immediately used the warp portal to pick her up, but he first hid her in the training room. ʼHmm?

If I think about it, Ba Shuxiang and Chi Zhongguo might not know about his true identity, or they might have been controlled by him. Otherwise, he wouldnʼt have been able to infiltrate this sect so easily, or he could have used an artifact to conceal his dark element, which allowed him to deceive everyone in this sect.

Forget it; I just need to pretend to sleep for now, and I will get the answers to my questions later.ʼ

After he waited for some time, Pang Liyuan finally entered his room, but Zhang Fei [1] was a little surprised by his sneaking ability, especially since he turned into a shadow. ʼOh? What good ability! I have to steal that ability from him!ʼ

Pang Liyuan, still unaware that he had fallen into Zhang Fei [1]ʼs trap, approached him slowly. He then moved his fingers, causing several shadows to immediately appear and bind him, which startled him a bit.

After that, Pang Liyuan pressed his palm against Zhang Fei [1]ʼs chest and used his slavery technique on him, but his actions caused notifications to appear in his mind.

[Ding]

[Someone is trying to enslave the host.]

[Activating the self-protection system.]

As soon as the notification appeared, a white light shot out of Zhang Fei [1]ʼs chest, striking Pang Liyuan directly, throwing him backwards, and slamming him into the wall.

*Bam*

”Cough... Cough...” Pang Liyuan coughed hard as he squeezed his painful chest. ʼWhat the hell is that? I didnʼt feel any qi movement in his body, but he was able to attack me all of a sudden. Furthermore, it was clearly a light Qi attack; otherwise, I wouldnʼt be in this much pain.ʼ

Pang Liyuan then wiped the blood from the corner of his lips before standing up. Dissatisfied that he had not succeeded in enslaving Zhang Fei [1], he approached him once more. ʼTch! If I canʼt use that on you, Iʼll use something else to enslave you.ʼ

Pang Liyuan immediately took out a bamboo tube before opening the lid, and an invisible smoke came out from inside it, heading straight for Zhang Fei [1], which he inhaled directly.

However, Pang Liyuan was unaware that Lan Zhen had used the same thing against Zhang Fei [1], and the system instantly neutralized the effect.

[Ding]

[Heart-controlling gas enters the hostʼs body.]

[Heart-controlling gas has been neutralized.]

Zhang Fei [1] sighed in his heart as he received the notification. ʼSomehow, I feel that this guy is an idiot when compared to his father.ʼ

Since Zhang Fei [1] had clearly inhaled it, Pang Liyuan smiled triumphantly and immediately carried him on his shoulders before taking him away from the room.

In a few moments, Pang Liyuan had already arrived at Ba Shuxiang and Chi Zhongguoʼs residence, and the two menʼs expressions turned to joy as soon as they saw Zhang Fei [1], not realizing that he had been pretending from the start.

After Pang Liyuan laid Zhang Fei [1] on the floor, Ba Shuxiang immediately inquired. ”Has he fallen under your control, Li Yuan?”

Zhang Fei [1] was a little surprised after hearing Ba Shuxiangʼs question. ʼOh? So this guy wasnʼt controlling them, huh? This implies that he concealed his darkness element with an artifact, which prevented the formation in this sect from reacting, thereby preventing them from realizing he was a member of the Pang Clan.ʼ

”Yeah, Iʼve used something to control this guy, so heʼs under my control now.” Pang Liyuan replied confidently as he sat down on an empty chair. ”What do you two want to do to him?”

”This guy petrified my little brotherʼs body, so I need him to revert his condition to normal again, or he will die.” After hearing Ba Shuxiangʼs response, Pang Liyuan raised his eyebrows and observed Zhang Fei [1], but his confusion stemmed from the absence of any earth element in his body. ”Husband, you can bring Yongshan here, so Li Yuan can order this bastard to reverse his condition.”

”All right.” Chi Zhongguo immediately rushed to leave their residence.

Ba Shuxiang then squatted down beside Zhang Fei [1] and observed his face. ”If I look closely, this guy is indeed handsome, so itʼs no wonder that he can capture the hearts of the young misses from those five powerful clans.”

”Which clans are you referring to?” Pang Liyuan asked with a raised eyebrow.

Ba Shuxiang immediately turned to Pang Liyuan before sharing the information. ”Chu Ying and Chu Qing from the western Chu Clan, Ye Lian from the Ye Clan, Liu Hua from the Liu Clan, Shen Yu from the Shen Clan, and Zhang Lingxue from the Zhang Clan.”

ʼNo wonder Iʼm familiar with his name; this guy is actually the one who released Liu Hua from Uncle Hongʼs control, and he has also stolen two of the five tree blood demons. Since he has fallen under my control, I will let these two idiots use him first. After that, I will take him to my father, who will undoubtedly be delighted to receive him.ʼ Then, Pang Liyuan asked Ba Shuxiang.

”Does he really have a relationship with the women of those five clans?”

”Why would I lie to you?” Ba Shuxiang asked back as she stood up. ”This guy has already admitted his relationship, and Ye Lian has confirmed it, so it canʼt be wrong. Anyway, can you transfer your control over him to me? Since he dared to do such a thing to my little brother, and he repeatedly insulted my Ba Clan, I wanted to torture him before killing him.”

”No.” Pang Liyuan immediately rejected her request, making Ba Shuxiang frown. ”I will help you restore your little brotherʼs condition, but I need him to do something, so I canʼt. Moreover, he has become my puppet now, which is much more miserable than death, so you can forget about your intentions.”

Ba Shuxiang sighed softly and nodded to Pang Liyuan. ”All right, you better not let him die too soon, so he will continue to suffer life as a puppet.”

”Thatʼs for sure.” Pang Liyuan responded with a faint smile.

Zhang Fei [1], who was listening to their conversation, was truly furious. He was eager to take action against them. ʼMay! Open the portal now!ʼ

[Alrighty!]

Suddenly, Pang Liyuanʼs expression turned shocked as he saw a portal open before his eyes, prompting Ba Shuxiang to immediately turn her head back. However, she too became shocked as soon as she saw the portal. Before they could react, a powerful aura had already pressed down on them, causing the two of them to fall to the floor instantly.

”Ugh!”

ʼWhat the hell is that portal? How could it appear suddenly? Where does this strong pressure come from?ʼ Ba Shuxiang and Pang Liyuan stared at the portal, their hearts filled with shock and wonder.

As soon as Zhang Lingxue walked out of the portal, their expressions turned full of fear, and she looked at them with her fiery red eyes.

ʼCrap!ʼ

ʼShit!ʼ

Ba Shuxiang and Pang Liyuan cursed simultaneously in their hearts, and their bodies trembled as they could feel Zhang Lingxueʼs anger. Moreover, her cultivation was several minor levels above theirs, rendering them powerless under the pressure of her aura.

Zhang Lingxue immediately sealed their cultivation and turned to Zhang Fei [1]. ”Are you going to keep pretending like that, husband?”

Hearing Zhang Lingxueʼs question, the two of them glanced at Zhang Fei [1], and their eyes widened in disbelief when they saw him stand up, especially Pang Liyuan, who had previously been so confident that he had fallen under his control.

”Haha.” Zhang Fei [1] laughed before using his aura to lift the two people to their feet. ”Are you surprised to see that I didnʼt fall under your control, Li Yuan? Or should I call you Pang Liyuan?”

After hearing Zhang Fei [1]ʼs questions, Ba Shuxiang immediately turned to Pang Liyuan, especially since she and her husband never knew that he was a member of the Pang Clan, and he registered in their sect using the name Li Yuan.

”Are you surprised that I know your real name?” Zhang Fei [1] then strangled Pang Liyuanʼs neck before he turned to Ba Shuxiang. ”What will happen if the people in this sect find out that you and Chi Zhongguo are in cahoots with people from the Pang Clan? Will they expel you two from this sect? Or will they kill you two outright?”

”No!” Ba Shuxiang screamed as she shook her head vigorously. ”We didnʼt know he was a member of the Pang Clan! All this time, we only knew he was Li Yuan from the Li Clan.”

”Hehe.” Zhang Fei [1] chuckled before looking at Pang Liyuan again. ”Honestly, I didnʼt expect to meet Pang Deʼs son in this sect, so Iʼm really lucky this time.”

Pang Liyuan was truly shocked to hear Zhang Fei [1] know his identity in such detail. ”How... how did you know my identity?”

”For your information, Pang Hong and Pang Gui are my slaves now, so I learned quite a lot about your Pang Clan from them.” After hearing that, Pang Liyuanʼs eyes widened in shock, especially since his two uncles were powerful, particularly the second. ”Oh!

About a month ago, Lan Zhen of the Lan Clan tried to use the heart-controlling gas on me, but she failed to do so, and you foolishly tried to use it on me today. Since you are Pang Deʼs son, then I will use you to do something for me.

I had already ordered one of my slaves to ask your father about the location of the fourth blood tree demon that he hid in the central region, but he kept that information tightly sealed from everyone.”

ʼShit! Iʼm really unlucky this time! I didnʼt expect this bastard to know so much about my clan!ʼ Pang Liyuan muttered inwardly as his body trembled and cold sweat soaked his body, especially when Zhang Fei [1] touched his chest. ”What... what are you going to do?”

”Isnʼt that obvious?” Zhang Fei [1] turned around to ask with a smirk on his face. ”Since you want to make me your puppet, I have to repay you, right? After today, you will be my slave, like Pang Hong and Pang Gui, and you will be my source of information, including information about the Xie and Mo Clans.”

”No... No... No...” Pang Liuyan screamed in panic.

However, Pang Liyuanʼs expression quickly changed once Zhang Fei [1] implanted the devil slave mark into his soul, and he also manipulated his memories. That way, heʼll be completely loyal to him, just like Pang Hong and Pang Gui.

After he finished, Zhang Lingxue immediately released the man from her suppression and unsealed his cultivation, and Pang Liyuan immediately kneeled down in front of Zhang Fei [1], making Ba Shuxiang anxious about her own situation.

As soon as Zhang Fei [1] approached her, particularly with the evil smile on his face, Ba Shuxiang panicked. ”Stop! Donʼt come near me!”

”Haha.” Zhang Fei [1] laughed as he ignored Ba Shuxiangʼs screams before standing in front of her, and he grabbed her cheeks as he asked. ”Didnʼt you say that you wanted to torture me before killing me? Honestly, I donʼt like to find trouble with others, but I seem to be a magnet for trouble, and troubles keeps coming to me.

Since you planned such things for me, I must take action against you, right?”

”You-Mhmm!” Ba Shuxiang wanted to curse at him, but Zhang Fei [1] immediately gagged her mouth with a cloth.

”Unfortunately, you and your husband are no less stupid than Ba Yongshan, and you two even asked Pang Liyuan to control me.

Since both of you chose to be my enemies, and I am not a forgiving person either, you guys have to bear the consequences of your schemes against me.” After that, Zhang Fei [1] enslaved and manipulated Ba Shuxiangʼs memories, but he did not manipulate all of them, and he only manipulated her memories of their relationship with Pang Liyuan. ”We only have to wait for your husband and little brother.”
