684: Chapter 97: Three Noble Children and Zaodao Village 684: Chapter 97: Three Noble Children and Zaodao Village They are known in the Yan Wuyue World as the Father God and Mother God, also named with life – Izanagi-no-Mikoto and Izanami-no-Mikoto.

The two gods were born at the beginning of chaos, united with the Kōsei Islands fourteen, Ancient Divine Children thirty-three, and finally the Three Nobles, respectively: Amaterasu-ōmikami, Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto, and Susanoo-no-Mikoto.

The Three Nobles manage the Heaven and Earth, the thirty-three Divine Children suppress the fourteen Kōsei Islands, while the Father God and Mother God reside in the Yatsumi Palace on the Heavenly Rock Pillar of the original island Unogi.

In the Yatsumi Palace, Izanagi-no-Mikoto and Izanami-no-Mikoto sit shoulder to shoulder, separated by curtains, simultaneously gazing at the kneeling Amaterasu-ōmikami below.

Amaterasu, also known as the Sun Goddess, rules over Takamagahara, and wields the Divine Artifact Yasakani no Magatama.

At this moment, her brow is deeply furrowed, “Father God, Amaterasu has been feeling uneasy lately, sensing a trace of ominousness, seemingly born somewhere in Izumo Country.”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto spoke woodenly, his voice devoid of joy or sorrow, “A disaster is about to occur.”

Amaterasu-ōmikami’s expression slightly changes, and immediately asks, “What is the reason?”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto calmly replied, “An Evil Demon is invading, attempting to steal the Yan Wuyue World.

Currently, this Evil Demon has successfully stolen nearly one-third of this world.”

Amaterasu-ōmikami’s face changed drastically upon hearing this.

The Three Nobles govern this world; she commands Takamagahara, Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto governs the Land of Night, and Susanoo-no-Mikoto is the Master of the Seas, all appointed by the Father God and Mother God.

Although born as part of the Three Nobles, possessing immense power from above, the inheritance of the world’s rules comes from the Father God and Mother God.

Losing the powers granted by the world’s rules would make them no different from the thirty-three Ancient Divine Children, naturally unable to remain in the position of the Three Nobles.

As for the mortal realm, there are those with innate talents, possessing strong physiques, born brave and powerful, even capable of impressing the Myriad Gods…

Thinking of the consequences of the world’s rules being stolen, Amaterasu-ōmikami couldn’t help but raise her head in shock and anger, “That such a thing could happen!

Who exactly is this Evil Demon?

Amaterasu will surely lead the gods of Takamagahara to jointly eradicate this calamity!”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto calmly stated, “No need to panic, the rules that this Evil Demon has stolen have already reached its limit, and it is not an opponent of myself and Izanami-no-Mikoto.

As long as we sit in the Yatsumi Palace, the Evil Demon cannot advance further.” “But even so, how can the Yan Wuyue World allow this Evil Demon to wreak havoc!”

As the saying goes, how can one allow others to snore beside one’s pillow, of course… he must not be allowed!

Finally, Izanami-no-Mikoto slowly spoke, “Indeed, the Yan Wuyue World is about to face a calamity, we all must unite and work together to overcome the hardship.

Therefore, you Three Nobles should put aside your disputes.

Amaterasu, do you understand?” “As you command…”

Amaterasu-ōmikami quickly bowed her head, knowing that the Father God and Mother God are well aware of the conflicts between herself and the other two of the Three Nobles, yet have always chosen to let things go.

Now, with the world facing disaster, it can no longer be ignored… Does this not signify that the calamity is already severe? “Amaterasu, you may leave now.”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto then slowly spoke, “Promptly inform Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto and Susanoo-no-Mikoto of the gravity of this matter and reach a reconciliation.

I have also sensed the source of the external Evil Demon’s theft of the Yan Wuyue World, located in a place called Zaodao Village, under Famen Mountain in Izumo Country.

Dispatch a god to inquire…”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto also carefully instructed a few matters needing attention before allowing Amaterasu-ōmikami to exit the Yatsumi Palace.

The Yatsumi Palace was silent for a moment, then Izanagi-no-Mikoto’s voice rose again, “The world’s predicament, I cannot predict; excluding the thieving Evil Demon, there is an unusual strange aura that appeared, but unfortunately, it vanished in an instant… The world’s rules cannot glimpse it again, and we do not know what divine being it is… Yan Wuyue is already teetering, yet it is so sudden.

Alas…”

Izanagi-no-Mikoto’s deep sigh echoed in the grand palace.

Not long after, Izanami-no-Mikoto softly said, “I will accompany, staying until the end…” … … “So this is Zaodao Village, huh?”

Mo Xiaofei rubbed his chin, looking at the text carved on a stone tablet beside the path – ever since entering the movie world, not only was communication barrier-free, but even the text could be understood.

This reminded Mo Xiaofei of a joking phrase from the internet: truly the universal language of the entire universe.

Of course, jokes aside, Mo Xiaofei composed himself, directly stepping over the boundary represented by the stone tablet, truly entering Zaodao Village.

He picked a blade of dog tail grass from somewhere, holding it in his mouth, resting one hand on the katana at his waist, striding forward with the aura of a Ranger Warrior popular in this world.

I… am a man who has watched “Blade of the Immortal”!

Heading towards the faint smoke ahead, Mo Xiaofei began to recall the spoilers he read before watching the movie—the story of the movie does not start in ancient times, but in modern times.

The female protagonist goes to a remote mountain village alone during the summer vacation for a break.

She picks up an ancient brush, and after that, she falls into a coma.

When she wakes up, she finds herself in Zaodao Village as a different person…

It seems to be a very common soul transfer movie, just wrapped in a horror ghost movie plot. “I don’t know if the female protagonist has crossed over by now.”

Mo Xiaofei muttered to himself, having no clue on how to find the class monitor and Zhuifeng, let alone how to leave this world…

Furthermore, he couldn’t even be sure if, apart from himself, the class monitor and others were also dragged into this world, or transformed into someone else.

He couldn’t just go around asking everyone: Are you the class monitor… can he?

Mo Xiaofei thought somewhat helplessly… and finally saw a girl in coarse clothes with a wicker basket ahead.

Mo Xiaofei approached her right away without hesitation, “Class monitor!

Are you the class monitor?

I’m Mo Xiaofei!” “Ah…

Respected Samurai, w-what are you saying?” The girl’s face turned slightly red, seeing this man dressed as a wandering Samurai approaching quickly; she felt both surprised and fearful… and a little flustered. “Uh, I’m a bit hungry, is there anywhere nearby to eat?

Or maybe your place… don’t worry, I won’t eat for free, I also want to ask you something.” Mo Xiaofei said awkwardly, then took out a gold coin from his clothes. “I… my home is just over there.”

This is an era where samurais are highly revered, even wandering ones are immensely powerful.

Common people address them with honorifics, not daring to resist… even if the wandering Samurai doesn’t take out a gold coin, the girl wouldn’t dare to refuse.

So it’s quite convenient to maintain this identity here?

Mo Xiaofei thought to himself, then followed the girl named Bamboo into Zaodao Village. … “Guests, your dumplings.”

At a teahouse on the roadside, Boss Luo smiled as he received the food offered by the plain and slightly plump proprietress.

The proprietress and the people around the teahouse seemed oblivious to the strange attire of the three. “Hmm…

Cherry Blossom Dumplings.” Ms.

Maid observed them all over before Boss Luo could eat, nodding, “I roughly know how to make them now…”

You still have time to study how others make their food?

Da Zhe couldn’t help but remark at Ms.

Maid—ever since arriving in this Yan Wuyue World, even knowing that following the boss is safe, he constantly felt pressure surrounding him.

It’s an extremely unwelcoming feeling—it reminded Da Zhe of the time he walked into someone else’s turf back in his street days. “Da Zhe, have some too.” Boss Luo handed a skewer to Da Zhe at this point. “I’m not hungry.” Da Zhe shook his head… he didn’t have much of an appetite at the moment. “That’s not okay.” You Ye said softly, “If you don’t eat more, you won’t have the strength later.

It’s not good if you can’t wield your power when it’s time to suppress one of the two Heavenly Deities.” “Oh, right, I should eat more.” Da Zhe nodded, then realized something wasn’t right, and the dumplings he just swallowed got stuck in his throat, “Wait… what do you mean by not being able to use power?

Suppress… could it be me who has to suppress?”

Ms.

Maid nodded gently, “Yes, a small, escaped weak Divine Power—why should the master handle it personally?

Naturally, it’s up to you, the wielder of Zhan Lu, to do it.”

Even though after talking with Number 18, he knew that picking up Zhan Lu and becoming a Black Soul envoy wouldn’t just be about charming the masters, but also involve fighting… however, being pitted against a god right away?

Isn’t that a trap… a trap set for my sister’s husband!! ￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥
