Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 275 A Bold Decision! In fact, the average electricity price in the United States is not considered expensive on a global scale!

Although, when converted into Dragon Kingdom currency, the average price per kilowatt-hour is about one yuan!

However, their citizens’ average monthly salary can be as high as about three thousand US dollars.

Therefore, from the perspective of the overall cost of living, the pressure that electricity costs place on the public is relatively small.

However, even so, when the news of Dragon Kingdom’s ”one cent per kilowatt-hour” electricity price arrived, it was like a bombshell, deeply shocking everyone in the United States.

They never expected that Dragon Kingdom could suppress electricity prices to such an unbelievable level!

This was completely beyond the scope of their imagination!

It also made them increasingly realize how astonishing the breakthroughs Dragon Kingdom has achieved in the energy sector are.

Not just the United States, but countries all over the world, upon hearing this news, couldn’t help but start to envy Dragon Kingdom.

Over in Russia, President Putin listened to the resounding words Su Chen had just spoken, unable to help but be dazed. His eyes were filled with shock and emotion, and he muttered to himself:

”One cent! It actually only costs one cent for one kilowatt-hour of electricity!”

”Did I hear that wrong? No! I didn’t!”

”It really only costs one cent!”

”Is this the power of Nuclear Fusion Technology?”

He knew well the importance of energy to a country’s development, and Dragon Kingdom not only could provide a large amount of clean energy relying on Nuclear Fusion Technology, but could also reduce energy prices to an unprecedented level; in his view, this was simply terrifying.

This meant that Dragon Kingdom had already stood at the pinnacle of the world in the energy sector!

Its future development potential was truly limitless.

Over in Japan, they were similarly stunned, with everyone looking at each other, their faces filled with expressions of disbelief.

”One cent!”

”Is Nuclear Fusion Technology really that powerful?”

”To be able to lower the electricity price to one cent!”

”Our electricity price, when converted to Dragon Kingdom currency, is equivalent to about 1.3 yuan, which is one hundred and thirty times that of Dragon Kingdom!”

A high-ranking official said with a sense of loss, his words filled with deep helplessness and frustration.

And the Prime Minister of Japan was on the verge of a breakdown at this moment.

His face turned pale, and cold sweat the size of beans kept breaking out on his forehead, sliding down his cheeks.

He was thinking much further ahead!

Energy is not just about the daily lives of the public; it is inextricably linked to the development of the entire national industry.

Nowadays, the whole world is shrouded in an energy crisis, and the industries of all countries have suffered serious blows!

Production is restricted, costs are soaring, and many enterprises are struggling to maintain operations or are even on the verge of bankruptcy.

Yet at this very moment, Dragon Kingdom has introduced such cheap energy, which is tantamount to giving its own industry a shot in the arm.

If things continue like this, Dragon Kingdom’s industry, relying on the advantage of cheap and abundant energy, will inevitably achieve leapfrog development and leave other countries far behind.

The Prime Minister of Japan felt more and more panicked the more he thought about it, as if he could already see the bleak situation of his own country falling further and further behind in international competition in the future, yet he felt powerless and could only inwardly lament.

At this moment, they finally deeply understood what a huge impact Dragon Kingdom’s mastery of Nuclear Fusion Technology had on them!

At a time when everyone else was being driven to distraction by the energy crisis, Dragon Kingdom was able to cleverly turn it into an excellent opportunity for its own development!

Is this really what is called national destiny?

Has the national destiny of Dragon Kingdom already become so prosperous?

This series of questions lingered in their minds, but they could find no answer.

Over in Korea!

Several major chaebols were gathered together; originally, they had female celebrities accompanying them for entertainment, but after hearing Su Chen’s words, they suddenly felt that all that entertainment had become dull and tasteless.

One chaebol frowned and said with a face full of worry:

”Dragon Kingdom is becoming increasingly powerful. If we continue to follow the United States and oppose Dragon Kingdom, I fear we will bring disaster upon ourselves!”

Another chaebol also chimed in, saying:

”But as the ’dogs’ of the United States, we have already left a bad impression in the hearts of the Dragon Kingdom. If we turn to them now, Dragon Kingdom may not necessarily believe us, and we might even suffer retaliation from Dragon Kingdom instead.”

At this moment, an old man chuckled; his smile carried a hint of cunning as he said slowly:

”You don’t understand; what determines our attitude is the attitude of the President.”

”As long as we elect a new president and build a persona of being close to Dragon Kingdom, we will naturally be liked by the people of Dragon Kingdom!”

”Gaining the recognition of the Dragon Kingdom’s leadership is just a matter of time! As for the retaliation from the United States... by then, we will have become the ’dogs’ of Dragon Kingdom, and to beat a dog, you have to look at its master; Dragon Kingdom will definitely help us.”

”However, this does indeed require long-term planning, and we still need to wait and see.”

Everyone nodded thoughtfully after hearing the old man’s words!

They began to calculate in their hearts how to make their choices for the future.

At this moment, it was the middle of winter in Europe, and the weather was exceptionally cold. Even though every household was burning expensive natural gas for heating, they still couldn’t completely resist the bitter cold brought by the high latitude.

People were wrapped in thick blankets, sitting around fireplaces watching the Dragon Kingdom’s Spring Festival Gala!

Attempting to get a glimmer of warmth from the lively atmosphere of the program.

At this time, a family in Germany was sitting around a fireplace, watching the Dragon Kingdom’s Spring Festival Gala!

Because of the impact of the energy crisis, the price of natural gas had become so high that these ordinary families could hardly afford it, and everyone was worrying about these exorbitant energy costs.

The master and mistress of the house revealed expressions of surprise after hearing Su Chen’s words!

Although they felt that one cent seemed very cheap, they didn’t really have a concept of just how cheap it was!

Seeing that her son George, who was in college, had an exceptionally surprised expression, the mistress curiously asked:

”George, check for your beautiful mom: how many Euros is one cent of the Dragon Kingdom equivalent to?”

George only then recovered from his shock; he hurriedly took out his phone and opened a currency conversion app!

After a simple calculation, when he saw the result displayed on the screen, he couldn’t help but widen his eyes and said:

”0.00! Euros.”

After seeing this number, both parents immediately widened their eyes, their faces full of astonishment!

The mother said in surprise:

”Dragon Kingdom’s electricity price is just too exaggerated!”

”With such cheap electricity, do we still need a fireplace?”

”Isn’t it said that Dragon Kingdom is a developing country? Why do they have such welfare? Why?”

”No, we must also use such cheap electricity; we must also follow Dragon Kingdom’s example!”

George also became excited at this moment and said:

”OK, Mom and Dad, tomorrow we will organize a protest and protest to the government, demanding they find a way for us to also be able to use such cheap electricity.”

”No need to wait for tomorrow!”

George’s dad stood up, his expression serious, striking a very manly pose, clenching his fists and saying:

”We will do it today, right now!”

George’s mom and dad immediately picked up their phones and began to quickly contact friends and family, as well as the uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, and children in the community!

The scene was just like they were going to participate in an extremely important battle.

Just after they had finished contacting everyone and were preparing to set off, George’s dad shouted:

”Come on! George! Put on your clothes, we are leaving.”

However, at this moment, George suddenly pointed at the TV and said:

”We don’t seem to need to protest anymore.”

Both parents were stunned, asking with puzzled faces:

”Why, George?”

George gestured for them to look at the TV.

They saw on the screen that the young man from Dragon Kingdom continued to say:

”In fact, our original intention in building the Nuclear Fusion Power Grid was to benefit our citizens, but we later discovered that our energy is unimaginably abundant!”

”So we have made a bold decision!”

”We have decided to extend an invitation to countries around the world that are mired in the energy crisis. If you also want to possess such cheap and easy-to-use energy, please contact us. You only need to bear the cost of building the power transmission network, and we can provide this energy to you!!!”
