Spiritual Energy Revival: Transform Into a Divine Phoenix, Automatically Upgrade

5: Chapter 5 Level Up! FInside the empty girls’ dormitory.

A petite Sparrow with red feathers on its forehead stared unblinkingly at the balcony window, its intelligent bird eyes showing unexplainable emotions.

Because Ye Yang liked to get close to the balcony window ever since he gained some mobility, Ran Xiaoyue usually placed him by the balcony window.

But she would never open the window, worrying that Ye Yang, who couldn’t fly, would fall out.

Therefore, she usually only opened the upper window on the balcony to keep it ventilated.

Ye Yang’s pair of intelligent and bright little eyes stared unblinkingly at the high window on the balcony.

In his heart, a voice seemed to be telling him to leave the girls’ dormitory and go out into the outside world!

He knew this was his body’s instinctive longing for nature and freedom!

Ye Yang quickly suppressed this instinctive desire.

The reason was simple.

Are you kidding me!

Ye Yang had food and drink here, and could grow steadily. If he left this place, he wouldn’t be able to safely and wholeheartedly sunbathe and absorb the spiritual energy substances in the air.

Not only would he have to hustle for a habitat and food, but he would also have to worry about the dangers of the natural world!

The dangers of the natural world were okay to deal with; relying on human wisdom, he was confident he could survive them safely. But don’t forget, there were also the dangers brought by humans, and that was the fatal part.

Maybe one day, while flying happily in the sky, he would be shot down by someone.

Therefore, he would not leave this place!

At least not until he was powerful to a certain extent and had enough strength to protect himself.

Ye Yang shook his small body, turned his head to look at the dormitory environment, and felt a bit bored.

”Since my body can automatically become stronger, I can’t just sit idle; I need to find something to do.”

After thinking for a few seconds, he decisively flapped his unfamiliar wings and started fluttering on the spot.

As a bird, how could he not know the most basic survival skill: flying?

Although he was only born a few days ago, the energy from the sunlight, the spiritual energy in the air, and the moonlight energy had given his body a certain degree of mobility.

It was enough to gradually practice flying.

...

Once he started exercising, it lasted until the afternoon.

”Coo coo coo!”

A joyful sound rang out in the empty girls’ dormitory.

Ye Yang finally mastered the skill of flying after half a day of effort!

”This bird can finally fly!”

Just as excitement rose in his heart...

His claws landed steadily on the balcony, and the system’s prompt rang in his mind.

”Ding, your level has increased!”

”Ding, your level has successfully increased to F-!”

As the system prompt sounded, a powerful energy burst forth from his body!

The spiritual energy substances floating in the air around him quickly surged into his body, and even the few rays of sunlight shining on the balcony were affected, converging toward where Ye Yang was.

Powerful strength was constantly being generated!

His body grew a size larger as a whole, and on the parts of his body where feathers hadn’t had time to grow yet, bright gray feathers quickly grew out, and the red feather on his forehead became even more vivid and beautiful.

”Level increased!” Ye Yang’s eyes lit up, his heart excited!

”System panel!”

Host: Ye Yang

Race: Sparrow

Level: F-

Bloodline: Unawakened (100 Supreme Aura Cells)

Skill: Basic Breathing Technique (Proficient)

”I wonder how strong I am now?”

While feeling the new powerful strength in his body, he scanned his surroundings with his eyes.

Finally, his gaze fixed on the table in front of him.

”You’ll do!”

His gaze turned cold, and he turned into a gray shadow and quickly pounced toward the table!

”Screech!”

A harsh sound rang out, and a white mark visibly appeared on the table.

The mark was nearly a centimeter deep, making Ye Yang both shocked and excited!

”This bird finally has some self-protection strength!”

You know, this wasn’t an ordinary wooden table, but a hard marble table!

If even the hard marble could have a one-centimeter deep mark left by his claw, then if it were a human, the attack effect would be several times greater. Claws scratching a person would definitely make human flesh crumble like tofu.

Not to mention he hadn’t even used his more powerful beak for attacking.

Relaxing his shocked heart...

”Whoosh!”

A sound of breaking through the air rang out, and Ye Yang flapped his wings and landed in front of Ran Xiaoyue’s dressing table.

There was a large dressing mirror here, which could allow Ye Yang to notice his own changes more clearly.

A set of gray, shiny feathers without any impurities was arranged in an orderly manner, the down on his abdomen was whiter than snow, and a pair of intelligent bird eyes were sparkling, like the most beautiful stars.

In the center of his forehead, there was a vivid, bright red feather that was very beautiful, and the two golden bird claws on his body and the black beak on his upper body reflected a metallic luster, revealing a hint of sharpness.

”Is this what I look like? It’s not bad, it looks good...”

This was the first time Ye Yang had seen his bird body, and he was very satisfied.

”No wonder those two girls kept looking at this bird non-stop...”

”My body size has grown so much!”

Ye Yang quickly discovered an important point, which was that his body size had changed significantly!

Before leveling up, his body size was only three or four centimeters, but now, in the blink of an eye, he was the size of a fist!

”This is incredible!”

He had been born for less than a week, and now his body size was already that of an adult Sparrow, and the strength he possessed exceeded that of an adult Sparrow by dozens of times!

Ye Yang’s intelligent little eyes blinked and blinked.

”I wonder how powerful this bird will be after the next level...”

”Bang!”

Just then, the door was banged open.

It turned out that Ran Xiaoyue and Li Minmin had returned from school.

”Ah! Oh my god, am I seeing things! Xiaoyue, look quickly! Little Phoenix has grown bigger!”

As soon as Li Minmin walked in, she saw Ye Yang in front of the dressing table. There was no way around it; Ye Yang’s size at this moment was enough to instantly attract her gaze.

”How could Little Phoenix’s size change so much?!”

Ran Xiaoyue heard the exclamation, put down her schoolbag, and also saw Little Phoenix, whose size had increased.

Li Minmin said with a nervous expression, ”Xiaoyue, we haven’t encountered a monster, have we?”

At this moment, Ran Xiaoyue was also nervous inside. The two quietly came to the door; if Little Phoenix on the table had any strange movements, they would definitely run away at the first opportunity!

Ran Xiaoyue and Li Minmin’s fair faces turned even paler. Anyone who discovered a chick born less than a week ago, whose body size had expanded to the size of a fist in just half a day, would feel terrified!

Ran Xiaoyue looked at Little Phoenix, who was looking at the two of them, and asked on a whim.

”Little Phoenix... can you understand what I’m saying?”

As soon as she said it, Li Minmin grabbed her arm from the side, ”Xiaoyue, are you possessed? Little Phoenix is a weird Sparrow bird, how could it understand our language?”

”That’s true...”

But immediately after, the two girls widened their eyes, because they saw Little Phoenix in front of the dressing table actually nodding at them strangely.

”Holy crap! A monster!”
