“Dad, Mum, I’m home!” Once he reached back home, Hong Dali threw his bag on the sofa and started shouting, “I brought Unexpectedly! home! Mum, Mum!”

“Oh my, our little prodigal has returned home? Don’t shout so loud, we heard you already!” Lan Ruoxi rushed out, feeling funny and angry at the same time. She helped Hong Dali take off his jacket and asked, “Why are you so rushed, you’re like you are shouting at a ghost.”

“Heh heh, the short film that I just completed, I have brought it home for you and Dad to watch.” Hong Dali grinned and said, “It hasn’t been released yet—you will be watching it firsthand!” Saying so, he took out the thumb-drive from his pocket and handed it to his mother.

Lan Ruoxi laughed till she bent over. She stretched out a finger and tapped on his forehead. “The little rascal has grown up, you know to let your Dad and me view the good stuff first now?” Saying so, she turned around and shouted, “Hubby, come out and watch the film that our little prodigal shoot!”

“I have heard already, heh heh.” Hong Weiguo held his smoking pipe and walked out of the private room. As he walked, he said, “Look at how excited Dali is, this film must be quite good. Hurry, let me watch it.”

Then, Lan Ruoxi plugged the thumb drive into the port on the television. Very quickly, the happy sound of Unexpectedly! sounded out from the television.

Two minutes later.

Lan Ruoxi laughed till she collapsed in Hong Weiguo arms and couldn’t catch her breath. “Hahaha, our little rascal can really mess about, this film is quite interesting indeed. Look at his expression, so foolish!”

Hong Weiguo laughed out loud too and said, “I didn’t know you could shoot a short film in such a manner, haha. Not bad indeed.” Saying so, he touched his chin. “Speaking of which, the attendants that Dali found are not bad too. What’s the name of this guy who is acting the antagonist?”

Hong Dali pulled on his hair, thought for a while, before finally shaking his head. “Er, speaking of which, I never asked his name before…”

“…”

Lan Ruoxi: “You little rascal, you’re still so careless, heh heh.”

…

My name is Li Yang, and my hobby since a young age is to run errands. Of course, compared to that, I prefer to be a lackey; that is my interest too. Now, my profession is also to be a lackey.

What’s bad about being a lackey? Every day, I follow besides Young Master, eat good stuff, and have money to spend. Especially as Young Master is quite caring towards us lackeys. Normally, when he is in class, we will tend to have more freedom, so we can happily go and flirt around or surf online as long as we are not too far away from Young Master.

After he finishes his class, we will just have to run some errands for him. Every day, we follow Young Master and walk around, and this caused our view of the world to increase too.

Don’t see how we don’t have any spouses now, in the past it was because we weren’t capable of getting one. Now, it’s because we are not willing to settle for average standards anymore! Those who want to be the wife of us lackeys, they must at least be pretty and rich, have smooth, long hair, a good figure and must be of a tender age!

A few days ago, there were a number of girls who showed interest in me. Unfortunately, they didn’t meet the standards. Sigh, speaking of which, their standards were not too bad actually.

But who am I? I’m the most capable lackey under Young Master! I’m always at the foremost whenever some errand needs to be run!

Don’t look down on the lackey profession. If it were someone else, they won’t even have the chance to become a lackey!

Young Master once said, since ancient times, there has never been any lackey who was so much lackey-y than I am! Look at that, look at that! Young Master’s words are really impressive, a normal person wouldn’t be able to say something like that!

Also, being a lackey isn’t as simple as just running errands, you have to be able to act too!

A few days ago when we were filming Unexpectedly! with Young Master, guess what? I’m a qualified lackey, Young Master even let me act in an important role! Is that something an ordinary person can act out?

I was excited and was totally immersed in the acting. When I was lying on the floor, my pose was accurate and the expression seducing. If it were an ordinary guy, don’t expect for him to be able to act that out.

Of course, that brother of mine wasn’t bad either. That scene of him running in the sunset, his pose was perfect and the speed just nice, it was impressive indeed!

Young Madam said that Old Master and Madam will be viewing the film first, before releasing it online.

So, I was pondering. When the film is released, the download rate will definitely be very high. It may even be higher than that of Lady Nianwei’s concert. At the very least, I predict that it will be around that standard!

Being a lackey, I’m going to be a famous person in the future! Do you know what it means to be a famous person? I don’t ask to be the most wealthy, but the most incredible!

…

Chenhui Building, 9th floor, Cai Wei Entertainment Private Limited.

“Hello, is this the Chief Editor of So Cool video-sharing website? I’m from Cai Wei Entertainment, Lady Nianwei’s manager Zhang Cai.” Zhang Cai held her phone, her voice projecting a deep sense of confidence. “The first episode of our Young Master’s Unexpectedly! has been completed. May I know if it’s possible to arrange for a recommendation slot from your website?”

Confidence comes from strength. Ever since Li Nianwei’s concert, Zhang Cai was certain that the other person wouldn’t reject her request.

Indeed, a young female voice sounded off from the phone. “Miss Zhang Cai, please hold on a second, the Chief Editor said that he couldn’t easily make a decision now. We need to hold a short meeting of ten minutes or so.” Towards the end, she didn’t forget to comfort Zhang Cai. “Miss Zhang Cai, please rest your heart. The meeting is about how best we can give you our resources.”

“OK, sure.” Zhang Cai smiled and hung up.

“Sister Cai, what did they say?” Li Nianwei normally would stay in the office. Hong Dali especially arranged a room of about 100 square feet for her to use as a bedroom—Li Nianwei was quite satisfied with this. After all, staying here would prevent a lot of trouble.

Zhang Cai smiled and said, “It shouldn’t be much of a problem. Young Master’s products have quite a quite reputation on So Cool video-sharing website, so they won’t be unwilling to use their resources on us.”

Li Nianwei lightly nodded and said, “Sister Cai, I have seen a lot of prodigies before, but someone like Young Master, this is the first time.”

“Heh heh, this Young Master, he can really mess around.” Speaking of Hong Dali, Zhang Cai wanted to smile. She said, “He can really come up with all sorts of ideas, and every time, it wouldn’t fail to amaze me.”

Li Nianwei was quite agreeable with her. “That’s right. My concert, the soon to begin ‘I Am a Singer,’ this Unexpectedly! , each of these ideas will tend to surprise everyone.”

Zhang Cai looked out of the window, staring at the night view, and said, “Yup. Actually, in the beginning, both of us were working for Young Master because of our future. But now, I have changed my mind. Nianwei, are you curious about what kind of incredible and unimaginable things Young Master will do in the future?”

Li Nianwei nodded and said, “Of course. But being curious is one aspect, I also enjoy seeing how Young Master carefreely squanders his money. At those times, he always tends to attract people to him.”

“Have you fallen for Young Master?” Zhang Cai smiled and asked.

“Speaking of which, I’m not too sure.” Li Nianwei caressed the Dark Gold Ear Ring on her ear and said, “But I do know, if he gets hurt, my heart will hurt.”
