ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

From that moment about thirty minutes have passed.

Thermal fatigue should work in such a way that the metal loses its flexibility and is damaged due to the repeated heat burden on its structurel. But that’s what happens over and over again here…… that’s what happens after repeating the process of heating and cooling tens of thousands of times. Otherwise, frying pans around the world would have been the most expensive kitchen appliances out there, and we couldn’t even afford paper plates.

However, if it’s magic, which is a paranormal physical phenomenon in the game of ShangriLa Frontier, then surely you can do that way sooner, right? I set up “Operation Burn to Freeze” against Tomahawk, who has its whole body covered in metallic shells, but ……… The metal is heated to the extent that it glows red, then cooled and heated again. This series of actions, a certain “work”, is called by another name.

That is: “quenching”, especially in the world of forging.

「Daaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!?」

Wow! It literally cuts the wind and the tail of the Tomahawk draws an arc in mid-air. In the light of the moon, the vegetation also gives off a chilly glow that freezes on the spot. It heats up and cools down again and again, and it shows even more sharpness and sharpness despite being hit by that.

Of course, if I will be hit by such a thing directly, it will be the end for poor Sanraku. But it doesn’t matter right now. One thing I can say for sure is that Operation Burn to Freeze was a complete misstep.

「God damn it! And I was so confident in the success of this plan, too!

Moreover, that Blade Dragon seems to be waiting for a motion to quench by itself, or it seems that it himself is getting hot even though it has not applied flame magic to itself throughout the fight so far. The part of the knee that should not have been heated is shining red and shining, and we used it to dexterously target it with Urdim-san’s blows…… It might not even be all that effective to begin with, but unless we start doing something, we cannot expect that our situation is going to change all that much!

However, with all this, I have begun to gradually understand the extent of Tomahawk’s abilities.

First of all, the super vibration of the body. It is easy to use because it is simple, such as a trembling that emits a shock wave from the whole body and a super vibration blade that vibrates the entire dragon arm-blade and tail to increase their power. For the time being, it is easy to detect the preliminary movement of this by sound and appearance, so as long as you do not miss those cues, you can deal with it no problem.

Secondly, the heating of the body and the accompanying strengthening of “quenching” effect onto itself.

This is also simple, but it’s annoying. Heat the shell to a temperature that could burn you if you touch it poorly, and if you touch it with the outside air and cool it, what lies underneath will harden at once. No matter how hard it is, even the attack of UrIdim-san is at a level where it is hard to beat.

However, if you change your perspective, they are also opportunities to help us with our strategy.

「Deepslaughter! Heat it up even more……!」

「Okay ~…… Karoshis, can you help me out a little bit? Yes, “Heat Mirror Lupine ‘Adion Heat’!!!」

「Understood! “Flame Sea Vortex ‘Inferno Strom’”!!」

The whirlpool of flames emitted from the Ritual Sword of Karoshis is sucked into the hole of light created in the air. Then, at the next moment, a laser-like blow in which the heat of the flame has converged to one point is released towards Tomahawk.

Tomahawk defends against the light of the flame’s heat, which has increased in power by “squeezing” the focus of the flame magic, by crossing both of its arms. The sharp and strong outer shell is exposed to the light of the flame heat that is likely to penetrate it easily if it was an iron plate, but it is heated to the extent that it can not be cured by touching the outside air. Although it can withstand it, and the white silver outer shell becomes red and hot. But that is exactly what I wanted.

「Let’s go! Let’s see how you are going to deal with a burning blade, Tomahawk!」

A dragon hunting flame that burns out with the Pine Resin and shines in silver light. Flame Lab ‘Torque’ also grasp the silver flame sword, which is the third category of flame, and accelerates the burning even further. Right now, I’m beyond the last line in character builds…… but even so. This speed can only catch up with those who have stepped over the line!!!

***

Character builds in ShangriLa Frontier. It is a combination of the status parameters that naturally face the proposition of how to train skills and magic.

Shangri-La Frontier has a wide variety of skills and magic spells, from melee on the top to production on the bottom, but they are not something that can be infinitely masterable.

There is an upper limit to the number of skills and magic that can be acquired. It depends on the Player’s level and skill performance, so it is not a fixed number…… At least, it has been clarified by the Players that there are lines where the Player cannot acquire any more skills or magic from a certain point.

Well, in short, it’s just like a point system. The player has one hundred points, and if you learn this skill, it will consume twenty points, and if you use up the points you have with fifteen points, you will not be able to learn any more skills or magic spells.

However, this learning limit … Actually, it is shared by magic and skill together. Of the one hundred points, if you use fifty points, you can only learn magic spells within fifty points’ limit. In other words, a person who truly devotes his or her potential to skills or magic is a person who biases all of the range within this learning limit to either side.

「I have graduated from being a purely physical attacker……」

Right now I’m a shiny example of a Purely Skill Attacker … What I gained here is power, but I had to sacrifice the possibility of learning any magic…… It’s also about the reacquisition of former skills that were once mastered, but now they are all enhanced or evolved!!!

「It’s still cold! Will Aradval lose to such a dangerous blade!? I don’t think so!」

And re-learning skills opens up even more unexpected possibilities.

Skill development is closely related to Player’s behavior, so that even if two Players start with the same skills, they will have different skills from different play styles, so I used to be the same as I am now, even if you have the skills, you don’t always follow the same path!!!

「Eat shit, Newton! I am going to completely deny you in just a moment!」

“Weightless Grace ‘Space Charge’”…… I activate the re-acquired skill that seems to have an extra effect because it is simple to change the direction of gravity at the player’s will, and I have it do the “from top to bottom”. It reverses the big principle of “falling down”, basically. Now I’m falling from the bottom to the top in a steady manner…… I’ll show you now! This is my new fist technique!!! A new and evolutionary skill that the re-acquired “Owner of the Insane” has taken a different path from “Kurama’s Secret Story”!!! Its name is “Kurokage Reverse Drop ‘Ichinotani Tayuguro’”!

The effect of accelerating the falling speed, which can only be thought of as a simple suicide assistance device, will be as inexhaustible as the sky is endless! The grace of weightlessness is that you can change the direction of gravity as many times as you like during the time of the skill taking effect, so it does not mean that I will have go to space as it is, and in the worst case scenario Ican escape to the confines of the INVENTORY no problem.

And then!!! The hard arm that was swung down and knocked me down from the ground to the heavens … That is the last piece to activate another new technique. A slashing version of the cross-counter that I learned in secret from Aramis in Catzeria, a slashing skill that increases its power by facing the enemy’s attack. Voice authentication is also required here because it is an attack skill.

「Cross Rush Blow!」

Two hot blades that collide with one another. However, it’s just a heating phenomenon here…… Come on, my dragon killer, show me what you’ve got!」

The silver flame blade digs into the Tomahawk’s arm-blade. Aradval’s sword, which specializes in burning and slashing the dragon’s body because of its “flame blade that hunts dragons,” rather than slashing it, burns and melts the outer shell of Tomahawk, which has lost its hardness at the cost of repeated heat and cooling. You could say that right now Aradval was fulfilling its true purpose as a sword.

Along with the feeling of cutting off the sticky clay transmitted from Aradval, which was strengthened by the Flame Explosion “Nitro” because it was a critical hit, there was also a tremendous floating feeling throughout my body. Falling into the sky ….. While looking at the distant land, I saw the Tomahawk’s arm-blade that had been completely torn off……… Which means that part of its body was destroyed. But am I going to get any material from it, I wonder?
