ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

There are two main subjects on the agenda items for the second day of the Multiracial Summit. Only those two.

There are various reasons for that, such as because the agenda was digested on the first day, or because it is the summit of monsters, which are not as complicated as humans in the first place, and do not have such complicated discussions. There may be only two things, but this doesn’t mean that it is not important.

「Well then, since Nyai XIII is going to be the chairman once more for today, I would now ask him to explain the agenda for today’s talks.」

The white cat, which looks like someone fairly important because of its characteristic crown on its head, comes forward while deploying and retracting its small claws……… And there is a Holstein Minotaur that starts talking while staring at it. No…… it’s a perfect Holstein Cow’s face that throws away both deformation and anthropomorphism……

I know that if I make more noise here I won’t be able to get scot free from it, so for now I am going to listen to what others have to say, following Urdim-san’s example.

「Yes, but before that, nya…… King of the Minotaur Tribe, was seriously injured in one of the recent battles, nya.. For now, Queen Asterios is going to succeed him, nya.」

Hmm, hmm, I see. So, the Minotaur King was seriously injured and his wife is going to assume his responsibilities? Is that it?

「The cause of this state of affairs is the terrifying Blade Dragon, nya. King Goldies was chopped to ribbons by it, and its actually a miracle that he is still alive, nya.」

……… Hoo? You don’t say?

「A dragon, huh……?」

「Does that, mean anything, to you?」

「No, at least…… Not yet, I think……」

Dragon. The name of this super-major fantasy monster in this world has a little more special meaning. In the first place, there are extremely few mobs that can be called genuine “dragons” in the strict sense of the world.

For example, Siegwrum, the Heavenly Emperor. It’s a dragon of a humanoid design, but it can be called a genuine dragon, but its roots are that of an artificial creature. If anything, it would be something like “artificial life form / type: dragon”.

For example, the Colored Dragons such as Noirlind. Their true identity is rather a dragon-shaped fungus. In the first place, there are many creatures out there that might look dragon-like, and there can even be humanoids with certain dragon traits assigned to them as well.

For example, a native monster of this world such as the Usurper Dragon. I looked it up and found some useful things, but the conclusion is that it’s almost certainly a Wyvern, not a dragon. To put it simply, the Wyvern has wings instead of its front legs. At one point, there was a theory that “this is a dragon in ShanFlo’s world because it has the ‘dragon’ part in its name,” but with the appearance of the Leviathan and the Behemoth, “Brave Fish” and “Ivory” managed to provide the information that at the current moment dragons are almost entirely extinct, so even if their name might suggest it being a dragon, that might not be the case.

「………」

But now I know. That there is another enemy called “dragon” in this world.

「This time around, Queen Asterios is looking for a brave hero to defeat the evil Blade Dragon, nya. And if that’s the case, I think that your help is going to be needed as well, Urdim-san, nya…… As well as,」

Then the beckoning cat turns his gaze at me. The eyes of Holstein Minotaur and other monsters are also directed towards me……

「……… Kukuku.」

There is another “dragon” in this world.

It is a dragon that is said to have been defeated by a brave hero long ago. The legend of the shining spear is a great test to prove the hypothesis by trying to destroy it.

「Oh, which reminds me, Sanraku…… Here, I have something for you. Break made this, and wanted me to pass it on to you.」

Weissash then took out a sword from somewhere and swung it my way. It was a blade with a dark charcoal-like color to it, and I am sure that it’s something that shouldn’t be thrown around so casually. I jumped over the round table surrounded by monsters, and I grabbed carefully while paying extra attention to not get stabbed by it.

「This Dragon-Slaying job…… you can leave it to me!」

Although it looks quite plain despite the use of golden magma as the ingredient, welcome back, Aradval. Did you get sunburned or what?

「It’s good to have Aradval with you, but I’m afraid that for a dragon of this caliber it might not be quite enough.」

I guess that the fact that he is giving this thing to me now is not just random, there is a deeper meaning behind it. That “Blade Dragon” is……Yes, it must be one of those True Dragons that Aradval must defeat in order for Break to reach the God Master level at blacksmithing.

「Hey now, dragon extermination? That sounds like fun, but why is it that you alone know about it, Sanraku? Do you happen to be hiding anything from us once again? Sanraku……」

「Recruitment: Meat shield needed. You are more than welcome to volunteer for the position.」

「Hey now!」

「But the meat shield is allowed to have a gun grate to shoot through, right?」

「I would also like for my Mystic Sword Retzel to participate in an event like that. I can even go all night if need be.」

「I am also, lending a hand.」

「Rather than a meat shield, I want to become a meat toilet!」

「Okay, you! You need to calm the fuck down!」」

Want me to grill you alive with this here Aradval!? But I’m not making any promises that your guts are going to be alright afterwards!

「Ahyiin!…… Huh?」

「Hmm?」

「It’s not even hot?」

What? No, there is no scabbard for this thing. I then put the belly of Aradval’s blade right next to Survival’s cheek.

「What’s this all about?」

「No, you see, the old Aradval would have made your cheek into a lump of melted cheese by now.」

「Are you crazy!?」

Huh? What is this strange feeling I feel right now? You did get stronger, right? Ardaval Rebuild?

「…………」

「Sanraku-kun?」

Come here, come here! (gesture to bring your ass over here)

SUU (Deepslaughter that looks back with a huge grin on her face)

「Alright! This is the evolved” Spear Flame Sword ‘Aradval’”! “Blade Ignition”!!」

Spaan! Zudon! !!

「Ahhh !?」

「Oh」

I wondered what this “bombing” effect was, but was it literally just that? “Bombing”?

While seeing off the Deepslaughter who was blown off by the explosion of blue flames…… I then shook Aradval slightly, shaking the remnants of the flames off the blade’s surface and then looking at Weissash. ……No, all the gathered monsters.

「Rejoice, I’m sure I’ll win with this.」

………Hmm? Huh? Did we have five people who wanted to participate in the four recruitment slots? That’s going to be awkward.
