ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

Two warriors are facing against one another.

Two warriors were glaring at one another quite intensely.

Two warriors were seeing the exact same thing in each other’s eyes.

And even though the warriors were looking at the same thing, their feelings could not have been more different.

No matter how fiercely one seeks peace, conflict is the root of all battles…… For as long as people continue to be their individual selves, there is bound to be conflict in between them.

The only difference between people is that some of them understand that and still are hell-bent on fighting for what they believe in, and then there are some who do not understand that at all…… After all, in the eyes of people, each individual feels that their feelings and aspirations are the correct and righteous ones.

「…………」

One of the warriors is tall and muscular, wearing a jet-black armor that covered their entire body without leaving a single piece of skin exposed. They were also wielding an oversized mace.

「…………」

The other one is a deformed skeleton warrior who is half-naked with more than half of his body exposed to the air, wearing a keel on his body and holding onto a sword that is burning bright.

「Are you absolutely sure that neither you nor your comrades are willing to change your views……?」

「As much as I hate to break it to you…… The answer is still “No”!」

And thus there was no longer any option for the two of them to understand one another. The ultimatum was rejected. Under any other set of circumstances they might have become best of friends, but their worldviews were too extreme to ever allow that.

As the two warrior let out a sigh, the spectating crowd erupts with a loud roar.

There is also a shadow that appears out of nowhere and barks at the two warriors, as if applauding their feats throughout the series of clashes.

But at this moment it also barks at the illusion located behind the two warriors, as if heralding that an even harder and more arduous test awaits them.

It has a black body so it is impossible to differentiate the details about its body, and it is too smooth and too beautiful to be called a normal living being. A four-legged dragon twists its giant body and spreads its huge wings, presenting its magnificent form in all of its glory.

Most of the pieces of its body constitute of blades and various other weapons and martial arts accessories. It is an embodiment of providence born out of “forge” and “sword”, a being that never should have been born into this world in the first place. And then there is a phantom in the roaring flames, a newborn two-legged dragon. Its scales just like the blades, standing upside down all over its body.

「If I wind here, I’ll ask you to accompany me, my dear companion! Sanraku!」

「No matter who wins and who loses here, let there be no hard feelings or grudges in between us! So come at me with everything you have, Garusera!」

As long as the two won’t settle this dispute, nothing can possibly move forward. And thus two warriors collide with one another over a single woman. Putting both of their prides on the line here…… Each of them screams out a name.

「Dragon Soul Unleashed……」

「True Flame……」

True names of the Great Dragons.
