Not Being a Trainer This Time

Chapter 586: Chapter 326: The Holy War Begins! Calyrex Descends on Kitakami! (Part 2)

At times like this, when asking for His help, could it be that Naoki has encountered a crisis that even Koraidon has no way of handling?

Thinking of this, Calyrex instantly became serious. He called out towards the stable, and the Spectrier with purple ghostly flames at its feet emerged.

Calyrex mounted it, holding the reins and becoming one with his beloved horse, transforming into a majestic mounted form with full power unleashed in an instant.

”Is that Calyrex?”

As Naoki was making the phone call, Carmine and Kieran were also watching from behind.

When they saw the Pokemon named Calyrex appear, the siblings instantly widened their eyes.

Carmine was surprised, ”His head is so big!”

Naoki: ”...That’s quite rude.” Though indeed, it was quite large.

Carmine immediately covered her mouth with her hand.

Beside her, Kieran cautiously asked, ”Would Calyrex be angry?”

Naoki thought carefully, then shook his head and said, ”Not really, because Calyrex is a Pokemon with a loving heart, but we shouldn’t say such things about Him as it’s very impolite.”

”We understand!” The siblings nodded in unison.

Miss Joy, standing not far away, still hadn’t quite grasped the situation.

Naoki didn’t offer much of an explanation either, but the speed from the ranch was astonishingly fast, and within just ten minutes, a Poke Ball from the Paldea Region was transmitted through the Pokeball Transmission Machine.

Naoki took out the Poke Ball, and amid a flash of white light, Calyrex riding the Spectrier appeared in the hall.

Seeing Calyrex in this form, Naoki was taken aback.

Why did Calyrex even ride in on the Spectrier?

The other three present couldn’t help but widen their eyes as well.

”Amazing!”

”He’s riding! Is this Horse-type Pokemon the King’s steed?”

Calyrex’s expression was full of majesty as He glanced around the environment, then focused His gaze on Naoki.

”Where is that Pokemon?”

Naoki then explained in detail to Calyrex what had happened in the town.

When He heard that the villainous Pokemon had killed Ogerpon’s father to steal masks and then robbed all its masks, Calyrex immediately felt a surge of anger.

His gaze towards Ogerpon was now filled with compassion and pity.

”I never imagined that such evil Pokemon still existed in this world! They deserve to be punished!” Calyrex said with a tone of authority.

Having never witnessed such a scene, Carmine and Kieran were immediately impressed by Calyrex’s regal presence.

”Exactly! Those bad Pokemon deserve a good lesson!” Carmine said angrily, gritting her teeth.

”Calyrex, please, we’re counting on you! I hope you can save everyone in the town!” Kieran was still worried about his grandparents.

Calyrex nodded slightly, then rode His beloved horse to the outside of the Pokemon Center.

The townsfolk who had been wandering the streets gathered upon hearing the commotion from that direction.

Soon, a crowd of townspeople surrounded the Pokemon Center.

Calyrex’s gaze calmly swept over the people.

He didn’t speak, but with a slight mental movement, a tsunami-like, grand and awe-inspiring wave of telekinesis surged out, instantly engulfing the entire town.

Suddenly, the dazzling light turned the night as bright as day.

The villagers, who were about to attack, abruptly paused in unison, their consciousness gradually clearing up under the strong stimulation of telekinesis.

Realizing their situation and the surrounding circumstances, the faces of the villagers immediately showed expressions of confusion, shock, or embarrassment.

But quickly, these emotions passed, and they all focused their gaze on the large-headed Pokemon, mounted on a pitch-black fine horse before them.

”What... is that?”

”What in the world happened?”

Kieran and Carmine saw their grandparents in the crowd and rushed forward, throwing themselves into the two elders’ arms: ”Grandpa! Grandma!”

Yukito and Yukiko hurriedly embraced them, while looking ahead with faces full of astonishment.

That Pokemon... where did it come from?

Seemingly sensing the feelings of the two elders, Kieran and Carmine quickly explained:

”Don’t worry! That Pokemon is called Calyrex, and Uncle Naoki brought Him here to help everyone!”

Meanwhile, Calyrex, who had been investigating with closed eyes, suddenly opened His eyes.

Found it!

He let out a cold snort, and a powerful psychic force instantly swept outward.

The hiding Pecharunt only saw a flash of white light before completely disappearing from his original spot, transported to another location.

When Pecharunt surveyed his surroundings, he immediately panicked.

What happened? How did those people break free of his control?

What is with that Pokemon exuding such terrifying power?

Realizing the dire situation, Pecharunt turned to flee.

Seeing this scene, Ogerpon let out an angry growl.

But before it could act, countless tiny ethereal bodies suddenly appeared around Calyrex.

These ethereal bodies flickered softly in mid-air, like stars in the night sky.

However, the next second, the stars shattered, and the countless tiny purple ethereal bodies flew toward Pecharunt.

”Buzz!”

A strange buzzing sound arose, and Pecharunt, yet to escape, was immediately engulfed by these ethereal bodies.

With a loud explosion, Pecharunt lost consciousness, and his purple body fell to the ground, completely losing its ability to battle.
