Chapter 556: Chapter 315: Dragonite’s Rivalry

Seeing Naoki’s touched expression as he petted those pesky Dragonites, it was clear that Naoki was already starting to like them!

The more the Dragonite thought about it, the more panicked it felt. It even pictured Naoki happily sitting at the dinner table with those Dragonites while it was forgotten in a dark corner, crying alone.

Darn it! This must not happen!

”Awoooo!”

The Dragonite roared, wanting to dash over immediately, grab Naoki, and tell those Dragonites that Naoki was its Trainer.

But then it realized that those Dragonites had given gifts to Naoki, while it had done nothing...

No way!

The jealous Dragonite looked at Naoki, who had turned around upon hearing its growl, and then flew away in a huff.

It was going to catch an even bigger fish to bring back to the ranch for Naoki, completely outshining those Dragonites!

Seeing the Dragonite’s actions, Naoki immediately realized that his affectionate dragon was jealous.

He quickly called out, ”Dragonite!”

Dragonite didn’t turn back, its speed was fast, and in the blink of an eye, it disappeared into the horizon.

Naoki panicked, immediately looking to Koraidon, hoping to ask it to take him to bring back the sulking Dragonite.

Koraidon looked speechless, squatting on the ground with a yawn, its expression very calm, clearly not worried about Dragonite at all.

Naoki: ”?”

”You think Dragonite will be okay?” Naoki asked, very worried.

”Ah gah hiss...”

Koraidon simply closed its eyes, beginning to feign sleep.

Naoki: ”...”

Could it be that Koraidon was also jealous like Dragonite?

For a moment, Naoki didn’t know what to do.

For the first time in his life, he felt the trouble of having too many Pokemon.

Instead, those Dragonites at work quickly regained their composure after an initial shock.

They adjusted their little red satchels, took MooMoo Milk from their sister Indeedee, and happily flew off to Porto Marinada Town to start their daily work.

Naoki, however, looked towards the direction Dragonite had disappeared, feeling very worried.

Pawmots stayed by Naoki’s side, looking up with him in that direction.

”Pawmo...”

Naoki now had no mind to deal with the fish that the Dragonites had given.

He tossed all the fish into the ranch’s lake for now to store them.

After finishing all this, Naoki was about to leave, but then he noticed a purple vortex appearing out of nowhere on the lake’s surface.

In the next second, all those fish vanished without a trace.

Naoki: ”...”

It was like a house leaking in the rain at night; Giratina must have taken these fish as offerings from him.

Naoki felt an instant headache.

At the same time, over the distant ocean.

Having used Agility several times to reach its speed limit, Dragonite was swiftly traversing the ocean.

Soon, it overtook a flying airplane, causing a series of surprised exclamations from the passengers in the cabin.

Ignoring the airplane, Dragonite flew on for a while and then dove into the ocean, trying to find a bigger fish inside.

However, it swam for a long time without seeing a single one.

Dragonite was unwilling to give up. It had to catch a bigger fish to outshine those Dragonites!

So, Dragonite left the ocean and returned to high altitude, preparing to go further afield.

It flew over the ocean, over the Galar Region, over the Unova Region, over the Alola Region, looped around the Sinnoh Region, and finally arrived at the Hoenn Region.

Looking at the unfamiliar sea below, Dragonite plunged straight in.
