Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

While Zhao Rong and his group were outside discussing how to destroy the Avatars’ space fortress, its inhabitants were watching their every move. Through their satellites, the Avatars living inside had already spotted Zhao Rong’s party and the primitive tribesmen they led. As they watched the group on a video feed, they began to mock them.

”These idiotic humans,” one sneered. ”They’ve come to our incredibly sturdy, Avatar-built space fortress with nothing but a worthless screw, and they think they can destroy it? They’re completely brain-dead, the morons.”

The Avatar King scoffed at the screw in Zhao Rong’s hand. ”If that piece of junk could destroy the space fortress we built,” he declared, ”I’d kill myself right here in front of everyone.”

The Avatar general joined in the ridicule. ”These humans are delusional. They buy a worthless screw online, bring it here to show off, and what? Do they think they’re gods who can turn stone into gold? That they can transform a screw into some cosmic bomb? That’s hilarious!”

An Avatar waiter chimed in, ”This is too funny. I used to think the dumbest, least intelligent people on Earth were the primitives, but now I see the IQ of these modern humans is also pitifully low. They’re treating a screw like a bomb. They must be blind.”

Just as the Avatars were making fun of the screw in Zhao Rong’s hand, he was explaining to his companions exactly what he’d bought from the Paradise Shopping Cart. He held up the inconspicuous screw, addressing the three women, his assistant, and the assembled tribesmen. ”Miss Lili, Yu Lan, Xuelian, Assistant, and all our primitive friends, don’t think for a second that what I’m holding is just an ordinary screw.

”In fact, it’s not a screw at all. It’s a super-bomb I bought from the Paradise Shopping Cart called the Cosmic Bomb. As long as I have this, any material, no matter how hard, will be reduced to dust before it.”

When they heard that the simple, even rusty, screw in Zhao Rong’s hand was a Cosmic Bomb, they were so shocked they stumbled and fell to the ground.

Miss Lili scrambled up, her eyes fixed on the unremarkable screw. ”Brother Zhao Rong, can you explain? What is a Cosmic Bomb?”

Yu Lan let her imagination run wild, picturing the cold vacuum of space. ”The universe is a total vacuum—it has no air, no oxygen, nothing. Moreover, the temperature is at least two hundred degrees below zero. For a bomb to be able to detonate in space, it must be incredibly powerful.”

Xuelian simply couldn’t comprehend how an ordinary screw could possibly be a bomb. ”Brother Zhao Rong,” she asked, ”please tell us what’s so special about that screw. How can it be a Cosmic Bomb?”

Hearing their curious questions, Zhao Rong began to explain. ”Ladies, listen closely. The so-called Cosmic Bomb, as its name implies, is a bomb that can explode in space and possesses immense power. You have to understand that the universe is full of all kinds of planets and unknown metals. So, for a bomb to be able to explode in space and destroy those planets and mysterious, hard metals, it’s definitely not what we would ordinarily understand as a bomb.”

Lili asked curiously, ”Brother Zhao Rong, are you saying the screw in your hand is an anti-matter bomb?”

Zhao Rong shook his head. ”Of course not. Anti-matter bombs are extremely difficult to control. I could be holding it just fine one second, and the next, it could suddenly explode.”

Yu Lan stepped forward, pointing confidently at the screw in his hand. ”Brother Zhao Rong, I think it must be a Dark Matter bomb! Only a Dark Matter bomb could escape the pull of a black hole and land on Earth.”

At the mention of a Dark Matter bomb, Zhao Rong shook his head again. ”Yu Lan, that’s a good guess, but this screw is not a Dark Matter bomb. The explosive yield of any dark matter device is uncontrollable. If I used Dark Matter to destroy the Avatars’ fortress, it’s very likely we would all be annihilated along with them. Its yield is simply too great. Not only is it uncontrollable, but it could even cause a reverse explosion.”

Hearing this, Xuelian stepped forward. ”Brother Zhao Rong, can you explain what a reverse explosion is?” she asked.

Zhao Rong patiently explained, ”Xuelian, a reverse explosion is when a bomb, after detonating, doesn’t destroy its intended target but instead turns back and destroys its user. That’s a reverse explosion.”

As understanding dawned on her, Xuelian’s imagination took another leap. ”Brother, I get it! The screw you’re holding, this ’Cosmic Bomb,’ is actually an anti-reverse-explosion bomb, isn’t it?”

With my intelligence, I’ve got to be right about the bomb in Brother Zhao Rong’s hands... she thought.

But to her surprise, Zhao Rong denied it once more, his voice firm and clear. ”Xuelian, you guessed wrong. This Cosmic Bomb is not an anti-reverse-explosion bomb. It is a bomb made from the material of a black hole. Its scientific name is the Cosmic Black Hole Explosion Bomb.”

When the three women and the assistant heard the name, they were stunned. The name itself sounded impossibly grand, domineering, and utterly terrifying. ”Holy crap, Brother Zhao Rong,” one of them exclaimed, ”forget how powerful it is, just hearing the name is enough to send a chill down your spine!”

Full of confidence, Miss Lili gazed at the distant space fortress built by the Avatars. ”Brother Zhao Rong,” she said, ”as long as we have the Cosmic Black Hole Explosion Bomb, destroying that space fortress will be a piece of cake.”
