Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

When Zhao Rong saw his assistant volunteer to deal with the two arrogant students, he nodded. Taking the Dharma Sword from his Magic Ring, he handed it over and said, ”Assistant, I can see your hands are itching for a fight. These two arrogant punks are all yours.”

Lili offered her own encouragement. ”Assistant, I have faith in you! Be rough with them. Don’t you dare hold back just because they’re students. They’re simply too vile and deserve to be taught a lesson.”

Yu Lan picked up a heavy cobblestone from the ground and pressed it into the assistant’s hand. ”As the saying goes, catch them by surprise when they least expect it. I think this will be more effective than the Dharma Sword.”

Xuelian even gave him the two cans of pepper spray she kept in her pocket. She leaned in and whispered, ”To be honest, Assistant, I think these are even better than the cobblestone or the sword. Just spray this in their eyes, and you can take them down on the spot without having to fight them head-on.”

At that moment, the two troublemakers charged toward the assistant, brandishing their cleavers. ”In this territory, no student from Stone Village Magic Academy can be beaten!” one of them yelled arrogantly. ”The five of you are just here to die! We’ll kill this ugly bastard first, then the handsome young man behind him!”

”And finally,” the other sneered, ”we’ll take you three beauties for ourselves and have our fun with you every night!”

When the three women heard this, they erupted in fury.

”You two want to play?” one of them spat. ”With waists thinner than your legs? Aren’t you afraid I’d crush you to death?”

Lili laughed mockingly. ”You both look to be eighteen or nineteen, but you’re so childish. I’m afraid after one night, you wouldn’t be a match for this lady. I’d drain you dry and leave you for dead.”

Yu Lan taunted them as well. ”You morons, haven’t you heard the saying? ’The ox may be worked to death, but the field is never plowed enough.’”

Xuelian produced a Wolf Fang Club from her pocket and aimed it menacingly at the two students. ”Believe it or not,” she said, her voice cold, ”before you even get close, I can cripple you both with a single swing of this club.”

Hearing themselves mocked, taunted, and insulted, the two students became apoplectic, panting with rage.

The one in the lead bellowed, ”I’m going to kill you with this cleaver! That’ll teach you to mock my manhood!”

The one behind him added, ”That’s right, big brother! Let’s chop them into mince meat and send them to the Western Heaven!”

But before they could finish their threats, the assistant hurled the cobblestone in his hand straight at the leader’s head. In the blink of an eye, the stone struck the student square in the face. Before he could even react, he was knocked flat on his back. He rolled on the ground, wailing in agony and searching for his lost teeth.

When the second student saw his leader taken down by a mere cobblestone, he protested indignantly, ”Fight me without using cheap tricks if you have the guts!”

Before he could finish his sentence, the assistant took out the two cans of pepper spray and unleashed a stream directly into the student’s eyes. The student collapsed to the ground, clutching his face in unbearable pain. ”You’re cheating!” he shrieked. ”You’re really cheating! You won’t face me with a proper weapon, you—”

The assistant laughed. ”Didn’t you just tell me not to use a cobblestone? So I used pepper spray instead. How is that cheating?”

Hearing this, the student on the ground was speechless, forced to accept his miserable luck.

When the three women behind the assistant saw how he had used a cobblestone and pepper spray to so cleverly defeat two strong enemies, they burst into applause.

”Assistant, I always thought you were all bark and no bite,” one of them praised, ”but I never expected you had some real skill!”

Lili added, ”A man should be just like that! Your moves were like the wind, your punches like a tidal wave. You have no idea how awesome you looked just now!”

Yu Lan also chimed in with encouragement. ”Assistant, even though we three used to make fun of you, your performance today was truly impressive. You get a thumbs-up from us! We should pin a little red flower on your chest. Keep it up!”

To reward him, Xuelian pulled out two packs of spicy snacks from her pocket. ”Assistant, these are for you. Don’t be shy, just eat them. If that’s not enough, I have more.”

When the assistant saw the spicy snacks, he began to dance with joy. ”Xue Lianmei, you’re the one who really gets me! I, your assistant, absolutely love spicy snacks, especially the dodgy, unbranded kind!” With that, he began to happily devour them.

Just as he was enjoying his treat, a man with a large beard and five mustachioed followers emerged from the Magic Academy. Seeing these six fierce-looking men, the assistant was so startled that he dropped his snack. He took a step back and looked at Zhao Rong. ”Boss, I took care of those two troublemakers, but now six more powerful enemies have shown up! I’m afraid I’m no match for them. This is a job for you!”

However, before Zhao Rong could act, the men suddenly bowed deeply and respectfully. ”Welcome to Stone Village Magic Academy,” the big-bearded man said to Zhao Rong. ”I am the principal of this institution.”

When Zhao Rong heard that the man before him was the principal, he stepped forward and introduced himself. ”A pleasure to meet you. My name is Zhao Rong.”
