Urban Martial Saint

The man led the six elders out of the Hong Alliance Seven Helmsman Manor without encountering any obstruction along the way. On the road, he continuously observed the situation behind the car to prevent being tracked by people from the Hong Alliance Seven Rudders. However, even after leaving the range of Hong Alliance Seven Rudders, he didn’t see anyone following, which reassured him quite a bit.

”They all say that this Ye Qing is unmatched in wisdom; on first sight, it’s nothing more than this. He let me take them away so easily, humph, what qualifications does he have to compete with us in Iga-ryu?” The man sneered while turning to look at the six elders in the back of the car.

Although the six elders were already in the car, they hadn’t said a word from beginning to end. Each had their eyes slightly closed, as if contemplating something.

Seeing the six elders like this, the man was actually a bit puzzled. He had a high position in Iga-ryu and had met these six elders many times; they were not usually this silent. What’s going on this time? Why haven’t the six elders said a single word?

To be honest, if he hadn’t seen these six elders in person, the man would definitely suspect the authenticity of these six elders. He saw clearly that these six people were indeed the six elders of Iga-ryu, there could be no mistake. So even though the six didn’t speak, he didn’t care much, assuming that the six elders were poisoned by Ye Qing, and therefore were in low spirits, unwilling to speak.

”No need to worry, elders, the Sect Master has already arrived in Shenchuan City. I will take the six elders to see the Sect Master soon. With the Sect Master’s Heavenly Cluster Clouds, the poison on the elders is just a small issue!” The man said as he drove, ”Once you’ve detoxified, the elders can storm back to the Hong Alliance Seven Rudders. Then, you can not only take back the Heavenly Cluster Clouds but also capture that Ye, along with Bai Li Xi, to avenge the elders!”

These words made the six in the back slightly more active. The head Great Elder slowly nodded and said in a hoarse voice, ”Then hurry up, don’t waste time.”

”Yes, yes, yes.” The man nodded while wondering, ”Great Elder, what happened to your voice?”

”Humph, being confined here for so many days, it’s already not bad to still be able to speak.” Great Elder said hoarsely, ”Do you think Ye Qing was idle these days? They kept torturing us, forcing us to reveal Iga-ryu’s secrets!”

”******, that bastard Ye!” The man was furious, ”To dare do such things to the six elders, it’s truly vile. Rest assured, this time, we not only snatch back the Heavenly Cluster Clouds but will also capture that Ye to pay him back a hundredfold for what he did to the elders!”

”Mm!” Great Elder responded, slightly closing his eyes, and said nothing more.

The man really thought the elders were exhausted after being tortured by Ye Qing, so he didn’t dare ask more questions. He continued concentrating on driving, called the Sect Master to inquire about his location, and then drove towards the Sect Master.

Everything was just as Wen’er’s mother predicted. Although the Sect Master of Iga-ryu sent this man to negotiate with Ye Qing, this man actually didn’t know where the Sect Master was. In this way, even if Ye Qing captures him and tries to force information out of him, it’s impossible to learn the Sect Master’s whereabouts. The Sect Master of Iga-ryu indeed handled things very cautiously.

However, in the current situation, the Sect Master had no choice but to show himself. The six elders were back, but their Inner Strength was suppressed by Bai Li Xi’s poison, so he must detoxify them. Otherwise, these six elders would be unusable, making it pointless to bring them back.

Because of this, the Sect Master revealed his location to the man, instructing him to immediately bring the six elders over. Of course, the Sect Master wasn’t completely assured, having dispatched two teams to escort, to observe whether anyone from the Hong Alliance Seven Rudders followed along the way.

The man, although holding a significant position in Iga-ryu, had never met the Sect Master. Now that the Sect Master asked him to bring the six elders to meet him, the man was very excited. Following the directions given by the Sect Master, he drove for over half an hour and arrived outside an abandoned factory area outside the West Suburb.

This was the location told to him by the Sect Master. He parked the car outside the abandoned factory, and over a dozen people came out from inside. The man saw clearly; these people bore the marks of Iga-ryu, indicating they were Iga-ryu members, which reassured him a bit.

”Where’s the Sect Master?” He got out of the car, ”I’ve brought all six elders!”

The dozen people who came out ignored him but immediately approached the car to bring out the six elders. At the same time, a masked figure dressed in black emerged from the dark part of the factory.

”The Sect Master isn’t here,” the masked person said in a low voice, ”To prevent Ye Qing from installing tracking devices, we need to inspect the six elders here first.”

The man suddenly realized, marveled in his heart at the Sect Master’s cautious actions. There’s no denying the Sect Master reached his position through cautious conduct. It was no wonder that for so many years, the Sect Master remained elusive as the Divine Dragon.

The equipment brought by the dozen people was quite advanced. After probing, no tracking devices were found on the six elders, so they were transferred to another car before heading to the actual location of the Sect Master.

The man initially wanted to follow, but the masked person stopped him. Although he was slightly displeased, he dared not show it. Since it was the Sect Master’s decision, he could only comply unconditionally.

The six elders boarded a new business car, left the abandoned factory, and directly drove along the suburban road towards the North Suburb. The Sect Master was indeed cautious, inspecting these six people in the West Suburb while hiding in the North Suburb himself, which was truly mind-boggling.

Meanwhile, outside the abandoned factory, three people were quietly observing the area. Those three were none other than Wanyan Hongsheng, Old Sixth Wan Yan, and the Executioner Scholar.

After receiving orders from Wanyan Second Master, Wanyan Hongsheng and his group had been waiting for the time when the Battle of Mount Tai would begin. During the Battle of Mount Tai, Fu Qingping would leave Shenchuan City, and most of the fighters here would also depart. Only then could they approach the Seventh Elder.

Upon receiving news that Fu Qingping had reached Mount Tai, Wanyan Hongsheng and the other two had already infiltrated the Hong Alliance Seven Helmsman Manor, preparing to look for the Seventh Elder. However, they had not yet found the Seventh Elder when they stumbled upon the Iga-ryu man negotiating with Ye Qing.

Having suffered a great loss before, Wanyan Hongsheng was more cautious in his actions. Although most of the fighters from the Hong Alliance Seven Rudders had left, he did not dare take it lightly, nor dared he approach the main building to hear what Ye Qing and the Iga-ryu people discussed. However, while hiding in the shadows, they just happened to see the six elders leaving the Hong Alliance Seven Helmsman Manor with the man.

Wanyan Hongsheng and his group originally came to the Hong Alliance Seven Helmsman Manor to find the Seventh Elder. So, when they saw the Seventh Elder being taken away, they immediately followed. However, as they were unclear about the opponent’s specific situation, they dared not act rashly, nor could they get too close, so they followed from a distance, even without the Iga-ryu people noticing their tailing.

After reaching the abandoned factory, they stayed hidden, not daring to get too close. However, staying at a distance did not mean they had no gain. The man who negotiated with Ye Qing was just talking with some familiar faces about the situation of the six elders, which the trio coincidentally overheard completely.

”So these six elders have been drugged by Bai Li Xi and can’t exert any strength now!” Old Sixth Wan Yan’s eyes lit up, looking at Wanyan Hongsheng, saying in a low voice, ”Third Brother, here’s our chance. If we act now, no one can stop us from those six old guys!”

Wanyan Hongsheng and his group had not acted all the way because of their apprehension about the six elders’ strength. After all, these six were Peak Masters, especially the Great Elder, whose strength was no less than Wanyan Hongsheng’s. If it came to a head-on fight, they would definitely be at a disadvantage, so they had not taken action.

Hearing now that the six elders’ Inner Strength was suppressed by drugs was, of course, the best opportunity for them.

”Excellent!” Wanyan Hongsheng took a deep breath, lowered his voice, ”Come, let’s go grab that Seventh Elder first!”

”Not only can we rescue the Seventh Elder, but we can also kill those five old men!” Old Sixth Wan Yan said excitedly.

”What’s the use of killing them?” Wanyan Hongsheng glanced at him, ”Are you stupid? The Iga-ryu people hold a deep grudge against Ye Qing now. Killing these five elders is equivalent to helping Ye Qing. Keeping them can still restrain Ye Qing’s strength, understand?”

”That’s true.” Old Sixth Wan Yan nodded repeatedly, ”In that case, let’s first go grab the Seventh Elder!”

Wanyan Hongsheng also nodded, looking at the Executioner Scholar beside him. Although the Executioner Scholar looked puzzled, he did not ask anything, nor did Wanyan Hongsheng explain.

”Scholar, please keep watch for us later!” Wanyan Hongsheng instructed, not letting the Executioner Scholar participate. First, he didn’t want the Executioner Scholar to know too much; second, since the opponents didn’t have Inner Strength, he and his brother were already more than enough.
