The Rebirth of the Fierce Little Cute Girl

Chapter 445: Chapter 444: Offering Advice

Having made medicinal paste all afternoon, Yiyi was indeed tired. However, she thought about chatting with her mother when she returned, so she hadn’t slept yet. Still, she waited until falling asleep but didn’t see her mother come home.

The next morning, Yiyi went to the dining room and saw her mother sitting and having breakfast. She couldn’t help but ask, ”Mom, what time did you come back last night? You hadn’t come home before I fell asleep.”

Upon hearing her daughter’s words, Ding Yuejun smiled and said, ”I came back a bit late last night. I’ve been busy recently. Next time, don’t wait for me; just go to bed early yourself.”

Old Ding sat in the main seat and, after hearing this, quickly looked at Yiyi.

Yiyi naturally noticed the gaze of Old Ding, and she also didn’t want to see her mother so tired. So she quickly said, ”Mom, no matter how busy work is, you have to take care of your health. Don’t get too tired. Next time try to take fewer orders; nothing is more important than your health.”

Old Ding hurriedly chimed in, ”That’s right, Yuejun. Even if you don’t listen to me, you should listen to Yiyi. Don’t tire yourself out next time, especially since the family doesn’t need you to work desperately to earn money. There’s no need for that.”

Seeing the worried looks of her father and daughter, Ding Yuejun’s heart softened. She then said, ”Dad, Yiyi, I understand. I’ll be careful next time.”

Upon hearing her daughter’s words, Old Ding finally breathed a sigh of relief and quickly said, ”As long as you know.”

Yiyi also sighed with relief and then started talking about the Song Family.

”Mom, godmother should be getting discharged soon. Let’s go see the little baby then.”

Upon hearing this, Ding Yuejun nodded with a smile and said, ”Alright, why don’t we go over now? You’re off today, and I’ll take a lazy day, skipping the store.”

Before Yiyi could say anything, Old Ding already said, ”Good, then you should go together to have a look.”

Seeing Old Ding eager for her to rest, Ding Yuejun smiled and shook her head. After finishing breakfast with her daughter, they set out.

Song Xiaoqing was very happy to see Yiyi and Ding Yuejun coming over, ”Yiyi, Yuejun, come in and sit.”

Yiyi saw that Song Xiaoqing looked much better and felt relieved. She then quickly looked at the baby beside her, ”Godmother, have you named the baby yet?”

”Yes, he’s named Song Le Kang. Your godfather hopes he grows up happy and healthy.”

Hearing this, Yiyi nodded and said, ”That’s really a good name.”

Ding Yuejun also nodded in agreement and said, ”The name is simple and easy to remember, really very nice.” As she spoke, she gently called out ”Le Kang.”

Seems like the little baby heard and just happened to open his eyes and looked over.

Seeing this, Yiyi and Ding Yuejun’s hearts melted, ”Little Le Kang is so cute.”

Seeing that Yiyi and Ding Yuejun both really liked her child, Song Xiaoqing felt delighted and pulled them over to talk about the funny stories from the past few days, ”Two days ago, as soon as his dad picked him up, Little Le Kang peed, and we couldn’t stop laughing.”

As a new mother, Song Xiaoqing was quite excited overall and showed deep affection when talking about her son, constantly caressing the child beside her.

While the three were chatting, Song Chi walked in. He saw Yiyi and Ding Yuejun, greeted them with a smile, and quickly went to see his son. Seeing the little one opening his eyes to look at everyone, he was extremely happy, ”Ah, Little Le Kang is awake now. Do you want a hug from dad?”

But then the little guy slowly closed his eyes again.

Seeing this, everyone couldn’t help but laugh.

Unable to suppress her laughter, Song Xiaoqing said, ”Little Le Kang hasn’t had enough sleep yet. When he gets hungry for milk later, he’ll be up. You just have to wait a bit.”

Song Chi had no choice but to sit idly by, but his gaze remained glued to his son.

Seeing Song Chi like this, Ding Yuejun couldn’t help but smile, then looked at Song Xiaoqing and asked, ”Xiaoqing, when are you planning to be discharged?”

”We’re able to leave the day after tomorrow morning.”

Because their baby was born prematurely, they’ve stayed in the hospital much longer than others. Fortunately, after so much nurturing, their son was finally like other newborns, so they can be discharged. ℯℯ𝑙.

”In that case, we’ll come to see you then.”

Upon hearing this, Song Xiaoqing quickly waved her hand and said, ”Yuejun, you don’t need to come specially. The hospital is so close to our home, it’s really not a hassle, especially since there’s a nanny helping out. When Little Le Kang turns one month old, it’s fine for you to come then.”

Song Chi also chimed in, ”Yes, it’s convenient when we leave the hospital. I’ll take care of everything then.”

Upon hearing this, Ding Yuejun smiled and said, ”Alright, take care when the time comes. And don’t forget to inform us when Little Le Kang’s full-month celebration happens.”

Song Xiaoqing quickly said, ”Even if I forget others, I certainly won’t forget you. You are Little Le Kang’s great benefactors.” Her words were heartfelt, truly grateful to Yiyi and her mother from the bottom of her heart.

Upon hearing this, Ding Yuejun quickly waved her hands and said, ”Xiaoqing, please don’t say that; it’ll make us feel distant.”

”Alright, alright, I won’t say it again. You must come to Little Le Kang’s full-month celebration.”

”Of course.”

Yiyi and her mother said with a big smile, and after sitting for a while, they left.

”Yiyi, I’m planning to go by the clothing store; what about you?”

Hearing her mother’s words, Yiyi sighed, ”Mom, didn’t you just say you’d relax and not work overtime so much? You promised grandpa.”

”Don’t worry; I’m just going to take a look and will be back home soon.”

Seeing her mother say this, Yiyi didn’t say much more, ”Then I’ll also go check on the pharmaceutical factory; I’ll return home soon, Mom. You really need to be home when I get back.”

”Rest assured, child.”

Ding Yuejun smiled, touched her nose, and then bid farewell to her daughter.

When Yiyi arrived at the pharmaceutical factory, she first went to find Mo Ping.

Mo Ping, seeing Yiyi coming, quickly came forward to greet her, ”Little boss, you’re here. Have a seat first.”

Yiyi nodded, and once seated, immediately started checking Mo Ping’s pulse.

Mo Ping showed a puzzled expression, ”Little boss, I haven’t felt unwell lately. No need to check my pulse.”

Yiyi didn’t say much. After checking Mo Ping’s pulse, she began asking him some questions.

Seeing this, Mo Ping didn’t say much more and gave a detailed account of his situation. After careful consideration, Yiyi decided on a prescription, ”Later, I’ll prepare a dose of the medicinal paste specifically for you. Make sure to note down your feelings.”

”Rest assured, I’ll record everything daily.”

As soon as business was mentioned, Mo Ping became very focused.

After Yiyi had been busy for several hours, she completed the paste and handed it to Mo Ping before returning home. Once she arrived and saw her mother already home, she couldn’t help but smile, ”Mom, you’re very punctual today, really came home earlier than me.”

Hearing her daughter, Ding Yuejun smiled and tapped her nose. Though the days ahead were still quite busy for her, she managed to come home on time each night.

And in the blink of an eye, the time for Little Le Kang’s full-month celebration arrived.
