Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

”Look at you, you’re sweating all over from dancing. How inelegant,” he said to her with a smile.

”I’ll do it myself.” She said as she reached out to grab the handkerchief from his hand, but instead, she caught his wrist. She also felt his hand pause, his gaze shifting down to look at her.

”What exactly are you doing, grabbing my hand?” His voice carried a hint of danger, and his hot breath brushed across her face.

Xia Qingqian was so startled that she quickly let go of his hand, stepped back a pace, and looked up at him, saying, ”I can wipe it myself, no need to trouble you.”

Actually, she didn’t want him to do these things for her. How could a big man do such things? His hands should be used for great deeds.

In her eyes, he was like a king standing at the peak of the world.

”Don’t move!” Beitang Yao held her wrist, pulling her a little closer to him, then continued wiping her, saying, ”Do you want me to kiss it dry?”

Hearing him say this, she dared not move, letting him wipe the fine sweat from her face.

Xia Qingqian looked up at him concentrating intensely and couldn’t help but laugh, ”Yao, your features are really striking, very beautiful!” Especially those ink-black eyes like the night sky, more dazzling and captivating than the stars above, and his skin, smooth as silk, shining without large pores, just fine texture.

Upon hearing this, Beitang Yao frowned, suddenly lowered his face, and said in a low voice, ”Say that again?”

Xia Qingqian thought he hadn’t understood and really repeated, saying, ”You are very beautiful, even more beautiful than a woman!”

If he were a woman and lived in ancient times, he would surely be a stunning beauty!

”Men can’t be described as beautiful, understand?” His sword-like brows slightly furrowed as he reached out to pinch her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze.

”You, you really are beautiful!” Xia Qingqian frowned, ”You’re hurting me.”

Beitang Yao released her and said, ”Men shouldn’t be described as beautiful, you should say handsome, very manly, got it?”

”Uh-huh, got it!” She nodded repeatedly, saying, ”Young Master, let go first. I won’t describe men like that again in the future.”

Honestly, he’s indeed very striking. Even without makeup, he’s stunningly beautiful; if he were to put on makeup, what then?

Calling him beautiful won’t cost him a thing, right? Does he have to be so petty?

Beitang Yao let go, his gaze lowering to see the red marks on her chin from his grip, feeling a sense of pity, he rubbed it gently and asked, ”Does it really hurt?”

Maybe he was a bit rough. Hearing her compliment just now inexplicably irritated him. A man described as beautiful, how awkward, like a total pansy!

Her eyes were misty with a thin veil of tears, shaking her head she said, ”It doesn’t hurt now.”

”You duplicitous woman!” Beitang Yao gently kneaded her chin and sighed.

He pulled her back to the sofa, embraced her and kissed her, then said, ”Close your eyes first, I have a gift for you.”

”What gift?” Xia Qingqian was very curious. He had said before leaving that he would bring her a gift.

”Close your eyes.” He kissed her beautiful eyes and said, ”Until I let you open your eyes, don’t open them.”
