The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

After hearing the ”Original” story about the holy grail war, the atmosphere among Emiya residents became gloomy. Saber becomes depressed after learning that the holy grail cannot fulfill her wish and the truth about the last holy grail war (and the fate of Ilyasviel’s daughter). Shirou is also depressed after learning about her ”adopted” sister’s ill fate and the danger of the tainted holy grail.

Lastly, Rin is very angry and depressed at the same time after learning the fate of her biological sister in the Matou family and the real killer of her father in the previous holy grail war. In fact, Rin planned to introduce Shirou to the Church tonight, but after hearing information from Kaito, Rin now wants to destroy the cursed church instead!

”Kaito, let’s go to Matou’s residence and quickly save Sakura!” Rin quickly stood up and urged him to follow by dragging his arm.

”Calm down, master! You are going to ruin my plan! It’s too risky!”

”How could I be calm after learning something like that!” Rin yelled at his face in distress, ”After all! Sakura has been suffering for so long without me knowing!”

”Uh...

Hearing Rin’s comment, Kaito quickly shuts up since he really can’t blame her for it for her reaction. If something similar happened to his family members, Kaito would be willing to drag the perpetrator to hell personally with his hand.

Both Saber and Shirou look very angry, especially Shirou, who has a clear painful expression on his face. Shirou undoubtedly feels very guilty for not noticing Sakura’s suffering and seems determined to save her as soon as possible.

However, as much as he also wants to help, Kaito knows very well that saving Sakura tonight is a stupid idea. Not because they lack manpower, but because doing so would alert both Caster and Archer (Gilgamesh) on the other side, making the plot very unpredictable.

At least until he makes sure that Ilya and Sakura are saved, Kaito doesn’t dare to take a gamble against plot correction. He planned to make sure everyone was willing to ”follow” the original plot closely until they managed to save both Sakura and Ilya from danger.

Fortunately, if the original is still correct, they will meet Ilya tomorrow (since Shirou is supposed to summon Saber tomorrow). During the day, Shirou and Rin will have the opportunity to save Sakura and prevent Matou Shinji from killing students-- while at night, they also have the opportunity to face Hercules and persuade Ilya to join them.

Kaito wasn’t sure about the timeline since he made Shirou summon Saber one day earlier than Original, but he was still sure that the important plot still happen.

...

”Calm down, Master. Going there would only make things convoluted. If you do that, the future I know change, and the chance to save another participant also decreases! I can’t predict the future I didn’t know, and I wish you cooperate with me!”

”Shut up, Kaito!” Rin who isn’t in her right mind then threatens, ”I am going to save my sister tonight, even if it means I will use the command spell!”

”Uh...”

Kaito couldn’t help but become speechless hearing it, and then looked at Shirou, asking for help.

Fortunately, Shirou seems to understand the importance of following a plan, and also quickly gives his input,  ”Tohsaka-san, I think you need to calm down.”

”I also want to save my sister and Sakura, but for the sake of guaranteed success, we should cooperate with Kaito-san.”

”Indeed.” Saber who was able to calm down, nodded and added, ”At least, first, we need to make sure both Einzbern and Matou participants are already out of danger.”

”You can save them, right? Archer.” Saber continues asking seriously.

”I do.” Kaito nodded and confidently explained, ”Don’t worry, you can trust me. As long everyone is willing to cooperate and bring both of them here, I have a way to save them from danger.”

This is not Kaito talking nonsense, but he truly already thought of a way to save them. For Kaito who stored a few custom holy grail wars on his Gate of Babylon, he just needed to replace the mini grail inside her body and transfer Ilya’s soul to the custom grail.

As for Sakura, while it’s a bit tricky, Kaito had the idea of using the full power of Imagine Breaker (which he trained to some extent) to destroy all supernatural elements inside her first to eliminate any danger and possibility of her turning into another corrupted grail or prevents Matou Zouken from controlling or use her body.

Although this probably would eliminate her participation in the holy grail war or even her qualification as a magus, he promised them that it would be temporary. When the chat group system comes, Kaito is willing to pay some points to let Sakura get back her qualification as a magus.

...

”Alright... I agree. Let’s save both Sakura and this guy’s sister first.”

After hearing Kaito’s confirmation, Rin eventually gives in and temporarily agrees to Kaito’s plan. He realizes that the top priority now is to save and eliminate the dangerous elements in Sakura and Ilya’s bodies, rather than seeking revenge.

It’s only waiting for 1-2 days too and Rin can compromise as long the end everything goes well.

”However! After they are safe, promise me Kaito, you are willing to help me to revenge against those bastards!” Rin said with fiery eyes and a determined tone.

”I promise.”

Kaito nodded seriously and promised, ”I would gladly help you, but for now I hope everyone is willing to play your role until both Ilya and Sakura has been secured.”

”Got it. We need to convince both of them to trust us too.” (Shirou)

”I am also willing to cooperate.” (Saber)

”As long you are keeping your promise, then I will follow your arrangements.” (Rin)

Kaito understood Rin’s feelings of anger, so he had no intention of forbidding her from taking revenge. For him, as long as the first and second optional tasks were completed, he would agree to end the Holy Grail War that very day.

Shirou also prefers to save people first, rather than take people out of anger. As for Saber, she is willing to trust Kaito’s plan because he is a person who is capable of wielding a holy sword like herself-- believes he is a good person.

Thus, with the support of the Protagonist and Main heroine who is willing to cooperate with him, Kaito now becomes optimistic that his plan will go smoothly without any problems, and can save the 2 girls from tragic fates.

Unfortunately for them, when they all talk about this, another participant out of the plot also listens to their conversation without any of them realizing it.

The next day, as promised to Est, Kaito and Est went for a walk around Fuyuki City together while Rin and Shirou went to school as usual. Since Saber was like Kaito, a servant who couldn’t enter astral form, Kaito decided to invite her along for the walk, making this a three-person ’date’.

While Saber wasn’t on the optional quest to befriend, naturally Kaito wanted to be real friends with Saber since she is a good person and there’s nothing wrong with befriending one of the main heroines of Moon World.

Though... The date mainly consists of Est and Saber buying every food they can find on the street.

Right now, Saber wearing modern clothes prepared by Rin like in the original, a blue, knee-length skirt (with tights), and white shirt (with a blue string tie), and brown boots. Unlike Saber, Kaito barely dresses up and wears his usual attire of a white T-shirt and black jeans, the only difference being that he wears a Rowlett watch on his arm. As for Est, her attire is her usual student uniform with long knee socks like usual, since Est herself doesn’t like to dress up.

...

”Is the crepe good, Est?”

”Very good master!”

Earlier, while walking around, they found a crepe truck selling crepes on the side of the road—which, of course, Est and Saber wanted to order, and they also ordered a lot of them. Luckily, money wasn’t a problem for Kaito, though Kaito knew that making too much money could cause inflation in this country.

”Do you want one, master?” Est said while pointing one of her Crepes at Kaito’s face.

Kaito immediately accepted it, and patted her head, ”Thank you, Est.”

”Hmm... Archer. I am sorry that I can’t offer you one.”

Hearing Saber’s apologetic tone who was walking behind them, Kaito shook his head and wanted to answer ”It’s ok” to her.

However, Kaito was shocked when he saw that there was no Crepe in Saber’s hand anymore! Very fast, because he was sure they had just bought this Crepe a minute ago!

”Eh? All of them are eaten?”

”I am sorry, but they taste so good,” Saber answered with a shy blush, which Kaito admitted was cute.

No wonder everyone was looking at them strangely right now, Kaito was sure they were also surprised by Saber’s very fast eating ability. As expected of the famous king of eaters-- king Artur.

...

”Speaking of which, Archer. Do you think Rin and Shirou will be okay?” Saber suddenly asked in concern-- knowing they would be in a dangerous situation any second with another participant lurking around Homurahara Academy, which is their school.

”Should be okay, Saber” Kaito answered nonchalantly, ”Just relax for now, and enjoy the scenery, okay?”

If anything happened, Rin and Shirou could summon them using a command spell anyway. Heck, he could take a look at them right now using teleport if he want to.

”Alright.”

Convinced by his words, Saber tried to relax as Kaito said and quietly followed from behind. However, after walking for a while, again, Est pulled Kaito’s arm and pointed at a nearby Takoyaki stall.

”Do you want that Takoyaki too?” Kaito asked kindly, ”I am pretty sure we already have Takoyaki earlier.”

Est shook her head and said, ”Take a look closely, there is a familiar little girl in the queue at this Takoyaki stall.”

”A Little girl?”

Hearing what Est said, Kaito and Saber took a look at the queue carefully and found a little girl with pale skin, crimson eyes, and long white hair wearing a collared, purple long-sleeved shirt with a light purple scarf to match, a long white skirt and purple boots.

This discovery surprised Kaito and Saber, and they accidentally made a sound that attracted people around them.

””AH!””

Because of their screams, everyone around including the little girl herself also noticed their presence, and the little girl also gave the same reaction when she saw them together.

”AH!”

Why were they all shocked by each other?

Of course, Because the little girl that Est meant was Ilyasviel von Einzbern, a participant in the holy grail war and also one of the targets of their plan to rescue.
